“Optical Express in Crawley pulled out all the stops at short notice to supply me with replacement contact lenses . Many thanks indeed to Alex . Without the lenses my summer hols would have been put on hold.”

“I’ve recently had a problem with my right eye and my optician Ung, Suzanne & Mel have all been very supportive & helpful. Ensuring I got my contact lenses quickly and followed everything up for me. Everyone’s patience and understanding has been first class. All three colleagues are a credit to the company.”

“Wow I had my first contact with Gillian in NORWICH and she put me at my ease explaining the operation as I had to have both eyes done, I could not see out of my right eye at this time, then I met Sinead also there who put me through some tests to see what I needed, from there I went to Chelmsford one week later to meet the surgeon Dc Mani, I was again made welcome and everthing explained, just under 3 weeks later I had one eye done and the other next day, what an amazing experience I nearly fell asleep during both operations, was comfortable and all the staff put me at my ease the whole way through, I would recommend OPTICAL EXPRESS to anyone and everyone I am meeting as I travel a lot I tell them how good they are, Having seen Sinead again for a check up she is lovely,So if you are thinking about having any surgery go to them THEY ARE THE BEST.”

“Went to Optical Express Bluewater on the 10th June for my yearly eye test. Needed new reading glasses and the Assistant Angel was so very helpful and attentive with a lovely sense of humour. Could not fault her customer service skills.”

“I had my eyes tested at the Paisley Centre. The staff were very helpful. I have a narrow face and the staff, especially Lisa, pulled the stops out to get me frames that suit me and fit me perfectly. Not cheap, but love them. I am having Polaroid lenses put into my existing Tiffany sun glasses frame as I like them and didn't want to replace them. I haven't got my glasses yet but, so far, I am very happy with the service I received.”

“I woke up with a stabbing pain in my eye last week very painful, I called optical express at 9am and they told me to come straight in the staff and the optician were great, very pleasant and helpful. gave me antibiotic drops, it really helped within a few hours felt so much better, they saw me again the next day just to check everything as ok and again 4 days later. Fab 5 star rating”

“My husband and I have both attended the Motherwell store in the last two weeks and every time the staff have been excellent. Very friendly and helpful.My husband had to have glasses and the girls were very helpful in assisting him choosing the frames .Jade especially helpful in the process . The lady who tested my eyes today was very nice and made me feel at ease”

“I have been going to the crawley branch of optical express for a few years now and my experiences there have always been good Maria is happy to answer questions whilst examining my eyes and her kind personality helps me to relax. Then Liam takes over to help me choose frames for my glasses. He always explains everything clearly and his knowledgeable advice is much appreciated. Many thanks for all you do. Mrs Zella Saxby”

“Visited the Livingston branch yesterday for an eyetest. Initial ocntact was with Carrai, who perform the necessary admin and basic tests, then on to Lorna who performed the eye test. Lorna was professional, friendly and explained each step of the test. Carrai was helpful, and friendly. Have not purchased my glasses yet as too indecisive, but will definately return to Optical Express. Great service. Thank you both”
