“well worth having treatment x”

“The pre-surgery consultation process was thorough. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The surgery went very well, I went home as instructed, slept although by then the anaesthetic had worn off and I was in PAIN and didn't think I would ever be able to fall asleep but my body kicked in and when I woke up three hours later it was great! Since surgery, my far vision has continued to be fantastic but I am really struggling with the need for reading glasses for all close vision needs. Once my eyes have completely healed after three months though I'm hoping that prescription reading glasses will be better than the cheap 1s that I am currently using. I find it easy to read when it's bright daylight, but when it's slightly dim it's a lot more difficult. Overall though I'm pleased I had the surgery (with the proviso that it's super annoying having to rely entirely on reading glasses).”

“Really happy with the result. Just had my second eye done a week ago but my eye sight is really good already would recommend it to anybody . The staff at the shop were all really friendly and helpful. I was a little worried before I had the first eye done but the staff put me a ease. Thanks optical express.”

“Should of had it done earlier has stopped all the bother of lens and glasses. For rest of time no need for putting lens in each days and having to carry around glasses as well just in case of problems . Looking forward to going in swimming pool on holiday and being to be able to see everything under water.”

“I didn't realise just how much better your vision can be when you choose to take action to correct your vision using Laser treatment. When you are thinking about it you don't realise just how much your life is improved. No more searching for glasses in the morning. No more eye regime before bed (removing contact lenses). Just simple living.”

“As warned, I had a few hours of watery and itchy eyes, then that went away and they were dry for the first week, but that has gone too. The quality of my vision has varied a bit - also as I was warned it might - but it seems to be settling at a good level, though not absolutely perfect. The staff and optometrists here have been very friendly and helpful. The only thing that has made me feel slightly 'processed' is the fact that I got a reminder text, phone call and email about my first appointment (before I had paid), but none for the more important follow-up appointments. Still, generally it has been everything I hoped it would and I'm really enjoying not having to wear glasses or contacts.”

“Hopefully this has got rid of my glasses and CL's for a good few years. My vision of swimming underwater will become reality and seeing first thing in the morning is a real blessing. Right from when I made the first phone call - the service from the staff including all the admin work and the discounts offered were explained cleary. The laser treatment itself took 10 mins -all my questions were answered and the post care continues to be excellent too”

“The staff were all very professional and friendly, and made me feel confident about the procedure and answered all questions i had with clarity. I would recommend this procedure to friends/family as my vision, only 4 weeks on has improved no end and its still in the process of healing. All in all, i am very happy with the service from start to end.”

“Staff at clinic very professional and attentive. This is reassuring as the decision to have eye surgery is a big one. The difference eye surgery has made to my life is beyond words. The easiest way of describing the difference to vision from wearing glasses is that it's like lifting a smeary polythene sheet away.”

“Fromthe moment i decided to have the treatment, the care has been great. “I knew exactly what to expect before the surgery took place, which was down to the knowledge of the staff and the time they spent with me before the procedure. The procedure itself was quick and not painful - but a bit uncomforable which I knew to expect. The aftercare has been very good.”
