“Very accommodating and professional throughout the entire process of ordering my mother's casket. Her casket was just like the one in the Funeral Home except, less expensive. I have already recommend overnight caskets to friends and they have recommend overnight caskets to their family and friends.”

“Their service and courtesy were fabulous. They were wonderful at communicating with both us and the funeral home as well. They went out of their way to get our order done in a tight time frame, and substituted a slightly higher priced item for a lower price when one that had been shown as available on the website turned out not to be. The casket itself looked very nice, and the quality was quite satisfactory. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the delivery was later than promised, and we were under a lot of pressure from the funeral home to meet the time since it was a Saturday. They did keep in touch and kept giving us estimated times, but that went on all day and kept changing. They did get it there, but it was a little after the funeral home had closed. It all worked out, but was added stress at an already stressful time, although the funeral home was equally responsible for that. But otherwise I would recommend them with no reservations.”

“Very satisfied with Overnight Caskets. I was going to order the very same casket from Costco but they were backordered. I looked online and found this company located in Los Angeles, same casket, lower price. I called,ordered and everything went smoothly. At such a sad time it is comforting to know there is a reliable and honest company.”

“I ordered from Overnight Caskets to save money. A lot of people don't know that they don't have to buy the casket from the funeral home. Ordered and had it delivered the next day to the funeral home. Was in touch with Mark at Overnight Caskets because I needed to be at the funeral home to inspect and sign for the delivery. A time frame was given and the delivery was within that time frame. Casket was boxed very well; no damage. I took away the cardboard and styrofoam so the funeral home wouldn't have to dispose of it. The casket inside and out was beautiful, just what I wanted for my mother which I couldn't afford at the funeral home. She would be proud of me since she was a bargin hunter. Overall, this was an easy order and delivery. Would recommend 100%.”

“I learned my lesson the hard way when the funeral home had me at my family's weakest. I swore it wouldn't happen again. 2nd time i had family member select a casket from overnight caskets prior to need. Surprisingly the conversation wasn't that difficult. The selection was better than the funeral home and the prices were much better. When that day came i was prepared. The casket showed up next day and was absolutely beautiful. We got more compliments on it than I expected. People were shocked when i told them where and how much. Do yourself and your family a favor and have the discussion sooner than later. Its a lesson you learn too late.”

“I wholeheartedly recommend Overnight Caskets. When my dad passed away and we had to purchase a casket, our funeral home in NYC quoted a price of $5,000 for the casket, and it was not made of solid wood. I immediately felt that the price was outrageous and started doing research online. I came across Overnight Caskets and told my family about it. They were all very skeptical and did not trust buying the casket online. I chatted with Jeffrey online and told him about my family's reluctance. He assured me that there is no need to worry and that they had a local warehouse. He said if there was anything wrong at all with the casket when it was delivered, his driver would simply return to the warehouse and replace the coffin within hours. I felt reassured and purchased the casket. I placed the order at about 9:00pm, and shortly after 11:00am the next day, the delivery person gave me an estimated time of about an hour that he would be at the funeral home. It is the policy of the funeral home that if the casket is purchased from a third party, a family member has to inspect it before they will accept it. My brother was there to inspect it and took pictures to show the rest of the family. We were all very pleased with the quality of the product (solid wood), which was a fraction of the price that was quoted to us by the funeral home. The prompt service and quality product provided by Overnight Caskets greatly alleviated our stress during such a bleak time. I cannot speak highly enough of them.”
