“Amazing casket More beautiful in person than the picture. Fast efficient service from warehouse in New Jersey to funeral home in Franklin Square, New York. Paid $150 for expedited shipping and casket arrived the next day in perfect condition. Saved over $2000 above the $5200 casket at the funeral home which was far inferior. Would have appreciated notification that the casket was delivered without having to call Overnight to verify.”

“I highly recommend Overnight Caskets. The price is far lower than what we would have paid through the funeral parlor. We had a short time to prepare for the services and burial, but they delivered ahead of schedule and the casket was beautiful.”

“My experience with this company was very well received if they help me along the way I received my merchandise in a timely and professional way the prices were great My experience with the company was that if I had any issues someone was there to help me along the way they kept me informed of where my package was at all times so it was a great experience dealing with them and I will deal with them again”

“I am extremely happy with the purchase, the delivery time and the customer service. I ordered a casket for my brother the Tuesday evening, I accidentally left out a digit from the address instead of typing 163 I typed 16. However I did not discover the error until that Thursday evening, by then the casket was shipped. I called customer service that Friday morning and in a state of panic was wondering what would happen. The guy assured me that they will take care of it, and the casket would arrive at the Funeral Home on Monday as promised. It was delivered as promised, I was so grateful because honestly I was getting anxiety. The casket was exactly as shown on the website.”

“Overall I had a very positive experience with ONC (Overnight Caskets). Initially I ordered online the “The Praying Hands Monarch Blue Casket” with relative ease, however afterwards I received a phone call from the warehouse (Justin) indicating that the casket I ordered was not in stock. He offered an alternative similar casket (less money and a complete refund of my 3 day shipping cost of $150), however it was not to my liking. I told him that I will review online other websites as well as ONC. I found the same Praying Hands casket on another site, however it was an additional $500. I went back to ONC’s website and saw another casket that I liked (that was coincidentally $50 cheaper) and after reading all the positive reviews towards this particular casket (Knight Silver), I called Customer Service ,who then transferred me to the warehouse, and I spoke with Justin about the availability of the casket and the $200 credit. He said that they had that particular casket in stock and that he will issue a credit and guarantee free delivery within 3 days. I am happy to say that the funeral home received the casket 1 day early and that the casket was delivered undamaged. I was very pleased with the look of the casket and (at the viewing) I overheard a few people commenting how good the casket looked. I am very pleased I chose ONC because of the great CS, quick resolution, and savings (in comparison with the funeral home casket of $4,800) which helped to pay for other expensive funeral costs.”

“I was very pleased with overnight caskets. The quality and customer service all were excellent. I was a little disappointed that the casket we ordered was not available but they contacted me right away with other options. I was happy with the price feeling I got more than I paid for. We purchased this casket for my father so it needed to be special. I would recommend. In fact we are purchasing another casket for my uncle. So glad I found this website.”

“We have unfortunately lost both parents within 3 years and purchased both their caskets here after obtaining information from our uncle. We couldn't have been more pleased. Both were very sturdy and beautiful! It did take about a week to get but they delivered directly to the funeral home.”

“They had a great rating and comments on BBB site. So, I ordered my a casket for my mom last week, two day shipping. It was delivered on time, today actually. It's beautiful, much more than I expected. I paid less than what the funeral home was charging and got a better quality, better looking casket. I would definitely purchase from them again. Hopefully that time will never come... I highly recommend them. Great job and product!”

“Everything was prefect except there was a small scuff on the back of the casket. Ordered on March 7 and was delivered to the funeral home on March 14. Overnight Casket was quick to contact me when the funeral home did not want to accept the casket. The delivery person was very kind to wait until a family member got there to sign off on the casket since the funeral home won't accept the casket without a family member being present. I will definitely order from them again.”
