“Casket arrived on time and was as nice as I expected. I would use you again. Only thing I would suggest is after the order is placed to have more up to date info regarding when it would be shipped and delivered. Since I ordered on a weekend that was unclear, website said open 24/7, but I was told later that you do not ship on weekends. Would have been good to know in case casket needed to be delivered by a certain day. Tracking was not available and info was never updated once casket was shipped. I had to call numerous times to find out where it was and when it would be delivered because there was no info available. You always answered the phone and checked for me, but it would have been easier to be able to track it myself. When ordering, the online chat never did work, no response the few times I tried. I was a little leary but I went ahead and ordered it online, though I did have questions I would have liked answered first before I placed the order and gave my credit card info. All in all the service was good and your product too..”

“Follow up calls were not prompt. I was on pins and needles trying to get casket in time for viewing. Had to pay extra $400 to get it to us in time. I made numerous phone calls for the order. The cost was reasonable and the quality acceptable. Would I do it again. NO! Their idea and mine differ in what is considered overnight. Had to go through too many people to get the order placed and guaranteed delivery.”

“Overnight Caskets were amazing! The website was straightforward and easy to maneuver, no difficulty with placing my order, and I received a confirmation email right away (during the difficult time of losing your loved one, you want the process of completing the final arrangements to go as smoothly as possible). I had the casket shipped overnight and it was received at the funeral home (a couple of hours earlier than expected) in perfect condition. When my family went to the funeral home to make sure it was exactly what we ordered (this was for our loved one and very important to us), we were incredibly pleased! The casket was absolutely beautiful! The picture on the website did not do it justice. The price was very affordable and after inspecting it, the funeral director said it was excellent quality. I would definitely recommend Overnight Caskets as you only want the best for your loved ones!”

“The ordering was easy and the casket was beautiful. The only little unforeseen problem was the driver getting a flat tire the day before so the casket was delivered the following morning, the day of the funeral. Fortunately, it was an afternoon service so it all worked out well after my nerves were on edge a bit.”

“This was my first time ordering a casket on line but you were recommended to me by a friend who used your service three times and she was very satisfied. I was a bit hesitant to order on line because I needed the casket delivered next day. I ordered it at around 1 pm and I spoke to the funeral director around 2 pm the following day and the casket had already arrived. I did not have to pay any extra fee to have the casket delivered the next business day. Thank you for your great service.”

“The Casket was Beautiful! There were issues with delivery. Wish I would have known ahead of time. Didn't know it came on a semi-truck, with no platform to raise or lower it, but you guys came through with another truck, so, Thank you for that!”
