Can't do a review at this time as casket is in North Carolina and I reside in Virginia. I won't be able to see casket until my aunt actually passes.

Did not ship on time, still charged the overnight shipping cost when they said that they would not which is $100 worth of shipping costs. They also "magically" did not have the casket that was on-sale from 5k to 1.7k and then offered an alternate one that was just a couple $$$ more for the "same price" like they were doing us a favor... Edit: 3* because they did refund after I had to reach out to them.

The casket arrived damaged due to what appeared to be poor packaging. The cardboard box only covered three sides, not the bottom, and the nylon straps cut through the cardboard and scraped the finish. The funeral home tried to buff out the scrapes and we used a marker to fill in chips as best as we could. We covered areas with flowers. No time to get a replacement.

The idea of this service great for those of us who can't afford the expense of a funeral. However the casket selection I made could not arrive on time and I had to make a last minute second choice which meant a floral adjustment as well. I was promised a $200 refund for the inconvenience but didn't receive one (yet). If you use this service be sure to order a week in advance if possible. Would have been a 5 star rating if there had not been glitches that caused me anxiety.

Casket was damaged on arrival. The side of the casket was out. have to now pay for someone to fix it.

I asked when the casket would ship and got a response asking when we needed it. I told them the date I would like it to arrive and asked if that would be possible. I never got a response for this question

While monitoring the tracking of the order, it appears that the shipping pick-up time was purposely delayed in order to justify the additional $200 charge for "guaranteed" delivery by a specific date.? On the other hand, it was the first time that I've seen a funeral director compliment the closure of a casket to the entire congregation at both the viewing and the service for the deceased, basically (low-key) encouraging the attendees to find out from me WHERE the casket was purchased.☺️

It says free shipping to Colorado, so I ordered the casket, they called said we won't ship to you you live to far from a big city, so now I have to go pick it up 3 hours away. I have to do this promptly as they won't hold it there for long. It's been a stressful event and part of the reason for ordering from them was to order it and forget it. Friendly people just not what was advertised on shipping.

I placed an order that needed to be to the funeral home by the 13th which was exactly 3 business days to be delivered when I placed the order. (which is stated at check out on their website). When I still had not received a shipping confirmation by the 2nd business day I called and the girl I spoke to said shipping was 3 to 5 business days and that's probly why I had not received a shipping confirmation yet. I had no choice but to pay the extra $200 and was Assured it would be there by 13th. My item made it a day before it was suppose to be there which leaves me to believe the item was already shipped and they just took the extra $200 from me. They also delivered the casket to WRONG funeral home and did not have any of my LO's information or my information on it so the funeral home knew who it belonged to.

The saleslady on the phone wasn't too sharp, or was brand new to this business. Also, the delivery driver told the memorial park that he was delivering a "casket spray" instead of a casket itself. That meant the delivery was rejected and asked to be brought back a few days later. I had to call to remedy this problem and make sure it was handled correctly. How can a driver not know what he was delivering?

My only complaint is the tracking process and lack of response from customer service. Otherwise the casket I chose was out right perfect considering the circumstances.

Ordered a casket that said it was in stock, received a call about an hour later saying it was out of stock in the west coast facility, and could not order another one or have it shipped from any other location. Very polite customer service, but disappointing experience.

The person that delivered the casket to the mortuary just left it at their parking lot. I felt that was very disrespectful. Otherwise the casket was very nice & thank goodness there was no damage.

Overnight casket delayed the delivery of my casket for my uncle it was supposed to be shipped on the Thursday and they said the earliest Wednesday I called them Thursday because nobody gave me a courtesy call to let me know that the casket was not there when I called the young man told me that he did not have my casket that I ordered and that he can send me a similar one and it will not arrive until Monday in the memorial services was Tuesday the viewing what's on Monday it would be too late the representative said they called the supervisor I asked him for the supervisor number I was refused the number because they said they never called the supervisor they called the freight company so therefore suspicious alarm me with the lies being told about calling the supervisor I raised pure hell with the representative and asking that I need to get my legal adviser involved the representative said they can refund me my money but what was I going to do with it being a Friday and no time or chance to order the casket in time for the viewing on Monday and the service is to after back and forth calls well over six to eight calls I get a call from the mortuary in the mortuary said they talked to the casket company and the casket company is trying to reach me because at that point I didn't want to talk to him anymore finally when I called the casket representative they told me the casket that I ordered was on the freight and when will be delivered overnight too many games too much anxiety for 1 and 1/2 the bear on top of the grief of not knowing that the casket that was fully paid for at the time of purchase will not arrive on time for the services I would not refer them again or refer anyone to them but the casket was beautiful and we got a lot of compliments other than that taxi services taxi business checking customer service

Convenient and decent prices. However the casket I ordered, though it showed available online, turned out to not be available. I received a call the following business day to say it was not available and was up-sold a more expensive casket over the phone. At that point we had little choice but to pay more to get another casket since we did not have more time before the funeral. If something is not available it should not display as available on the website.

Follow up calls were not prompt. I was on pins and needles trying to get casket in time for viewing. Had to pay extra $400 to get it to us in time. I made numerous phone calls for the order. The cost was reasonable and the quality acceptable. Would I do it again. NO! Their idea and mine differ in what is considered overnight. Had to go through too many people to get the order placed and guaranteed delivery.

i was sent the wrong casket if i had to have that day it would not been possible to proceed with the funeral. contacted overnight and they in turn got the correct casket to me in plenty of time before the viewing. casket was very nice thanks for making it right
