“What an unfortunate company. Been calling for 3 days to start a claim & sat on the phone for 30 minutes without hearing anything. I push 1 for a call back and never received one. I emailed them to start a claim and a constant back and forth between what believes to be an automated emailing system constantly stating the same thing. "Need the repair order and estimate to move forward with this claim. This has been done 5 times already with the exact same message. I call the number for sales to see what I can get and without 1 ring an employee answers ready to sell this service. I see what is going on... This company will gladly sell you this warranty GOOD LUCK getting any of the repairs addressed. Awesome automated voices about how "Great Ox Car Care" is. This is the most genuine review for this company. As I type this, on hold for the 3rd time today for 23 minutes and still counting. 1/2/2023.”
