“The commercials are misleading. Who in the world would pay $4300 for a brake repair ? I could replace my entire braking system for $2300, but the whole system would never go out. My parents got the program, waited 6 months to file a claim, they never received their $$. Always a runaround.”

“Oxcare's contract covers two Oil changes per year. On my first oil change, I mailed in the receipt, and they never received it. So, I called and they said to email it in the future which I did and got my refund. My next oil change, which was seven months later, I again emailed the receipt to claims but never got my refund, When I called, they said they will not refund the oil change and that I should have paid the shop directly and called them right then, This IS NOT what they told me to do. They should honor this because it was their mistake. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They have poor communication with their customers”
“I signed up for an extended warranty with Ox car care on July 11, 2022. I was told by a supervisor that I would be charged $49 a deposit. On the website it clearly says "30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". I called on July 18, 2022 to cancel the policy and was told that $49 is a processing fee and not a deposit so it's none refundable. I asked, why was I told something different when I signed up? I was told BY A SUPERVISOR, "I don't know, that's not my problem." The customer serious is horrible to say the least. I literally called 5 times just to have them ask repeatedly, "why did you sign up if you were going to cancel the policy?" That question is rude and invasive as if people don't or can't change their mind. I just want this policy canceled and my money refunded. It shouldn't be this hard to get my money back for something that I never used. This place is a scam. Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE.”

“The company does NOT pay out any claims. I tried to file one a year after paying them every month on time. They are not ethical and even after cancelling, they will continue to bill your account. When I called to cancel the person on the other end argued with me for 30 minutes. Then said I had to mail in some form. Which I did certified mail of course. “They are ABSOLUTE liars,. I purchased a warranty through them and I paid 49.00 and then feb-may paid 235.00. My 2003 for explorer broke down and had to be towed, my mechanic called them and it took over two weeks for them to call them back. Either had to leave a message, which they never returned or the claims person was never in. Called them and told them I wanted a FULL refund ( I didn't want to hear about their 30 day policy), then they had the nerve to ask for a year history of where we took our vehicle and told our mechanic they had to send an inspector down to exam our car. The people in their commercials and reviews are all LIARS. I have called numerous times about my refund and emailed numerous times about it, NEVER heard from them.

Worst experience ever, they do not hold their end of the contract up, they didn't for us, nothing was covered for our vehicle and we had one of their best warranties, so they say, yeah right,. Upon purchasing an extended warranty coverage, I spoke extensively with the representative Amilcar Archila in length, I was told A claim could not be filed for 30 days or 1000 miles. Unfortunately my car broke down and stopped in the middle of the road on the 30th day however at 1462 miles. 462 more miles then what was stated ( The 1000 miles) to me prior to buying into this scam. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Traverse Ls February 26, 2021. My car is very well maintained every 3000 miles a oil change is being done as required. I've NEVER had any issues with my vehicle. This is the first car I've purchased therefore I've done what it takes to maintain a healthy functioning vehicle! Again it's a 2014 used car! I can not foresee the future however I can be prepared. Hint reason for purchasing the extended warranty. It took 3 days to get my car towed, I had to use AAA to get my car home then had to wait until the weekend was over to get in touch with a person. Then had to go back and forth for 6 hours in order to get my car towed to a ASE certified shop. My car broke down Friday May 6th 2022 my car was not towed through Ox Car Care until that Monday May 9th 2022 at 3:41pm. My car is still sitting in the shop. Upon my vehicle being checked out. The alternator was gone, power steering, as well as the harmonic balancer. However due to the fact that so many things went wrong at one time it requires a special inspection to insure there were no pre-existing conditions. The car is 8 years old with previous ownership! No one has effectively communicated with me. Now I'm still waiting to see if the repairs are going to be covered. They do not listen to what the customers who make sure these people have their cushy salary has to say. Everyone takes everything personal. This is business and my only vehicle is down. AGAIN THIS IS WHAT SOCIETY HAS COME TO IN THE PANDEMIC CRISIS...TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MINORITY DISABLED WOMEN?!”
