“Caution customers...These are completely fraud people who try to allure and fool customers . Pls pls dont buy anything from them...my 1914 rupees is gone down the drain...the money got deducted from my account and there has need no revert or reply from these people on my cake and dry fruit basket which I ordered for my fathers birthday to be delivered at Kolkata...Never felt cheated so badly before this...Its been an eye opener for me...”

“I ordered today 23rd Nov for same day delivery, I received my order... but unfortunately my 1st experience was as expected...*BAD* 😡 Received... 📍wrong product...instead of chocolate chips cookies, I got butter cookies. 📍bad quality, nearly expiring (in 7 days) coffee bottle. When complaint on WhatsApp, got a very strange & unsatisfactory response...will attach the screenshots. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“It was an amazing service by OyeGifts. I never got this kind of fast delivery ever. Few days ago, at the occasion of birthday of my little daughter. I was in office and I totally forget to book cake and some gifts for her. Then my wife called me and suddenly I ordered 2 KG chocolate cake for her via OyeGifts. I was thinking that they will not send my cake on time but they did within 4 hours. Cake was fresh, good to taste and price was affordable. I am so happy with whole team of OyeGifts. Thanks to you guys.”

“Placed an order for delivery at Hyderabad on 17th Sept. After they didn't deliver on the date and time opted for, I tried reaching them on phone number provided on 18th, but the number was switched off continuously. Connected with them through chat on portal which was ended abruptly after I asked them to cancel the order and process the refund as delivery commitment was missed. Messaged them on WhatsApp and when I asked for cancellation and refund, look at the way they responded !! Do not fall trap to Oye Gifts.
