Received a faulty item, customer service were hesitant to give a replacement etc, in the end, I received no email response, so just paid £7.99 for socks with a pull on them. It's a shame as I like their products, will try avoiding buying from them as their customer service is very poor. Learn from big and successful companies such as ASOS and stop acting like a bunch of cheats Oysho

Terrible customer service purchased some items for my daughter, all too small not true size. I asked to exchange, and they said no as it was just over the returns deadline, rude customer services not happy to help, used to purchase regular but will never use again.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever purchased from. Both the blazer and the over jacket came with stains on them. I took pictures and sent them to customer service 4 times. They declined the request for a refund. The material Oysho uses is cheap and it is not worth the price. The customer support is even worse than the disgusting material they use.

Appalling customer service. Cancelled my order without any notification. When I complained they just used generic, automated responses that had no relation to my complaint or used phrases like ‘your order was not completed successfully’. Well yes, I know that but why? Kept being told to refer to my ‘financial institution’ when it turns out they were out of stock! …or at least that was the last excuse. Who knows what the truth was but the whole experience was exhausting.

Item didn’t arrive. Contacted them via live chat but didn’t communicate, emailed, really poor customer service. I’ve been waiting 5 days for someone to get back to me. Will never order again and who knows if I will ever receive my leggings.

The return experience is awful, very unclear instructions on the email, you dont know where are the drop-offs eitehr if the QR code is accepted or not. When I got in touch with the customer service they said they are aware of all that....why dont they improve it then? Waste of time!!!! User experience is very poor, it was my first and last time buying with them.

Customer Support is great: don't mix-up different orders when your are returning articles! All my returns were processed correct after all :-) Fashionable trendy sport articles, night- and loungewear, ladies underwear, swimwear, shoes many choises!! Quality is sustainable and very good!!

Would have given 5*, if their Customer Support wasn't so poor. Returning 5 items and only 4 items were reimbursed. Their reply was: don't mix-up different orders, while I had printed seperate return labels and put them in the plastic bag of the underwear it belongs to. Very silly to put their reputation on the line for a small amount of € 12,95!!

I ordered the light touch bra and leggings in green, after reading the reviews I was a little concerned however they arrived in perfect condition the following day, fit was good and they were very comfortable to wear, so much so I ordered a 2nd set. They are exactly what they say LIGHT TOUCH so if you’re expecting the same as sweaty bettys you’ll be very disappointed but I’ve worn mine for a number of yoga practices and they’re perfect. I dropped a point as the leggings tend to roll over on the front & side waistline as there’s no true waistband on the leggings which is disappointing but otherwise really good.

I bought some pieces from Oysho and one of them was really bad quality, so it started to torn up from different places, and the costumer service did nothing, no refund no replacement, just a discount code if I buy from them 🤦🏻‍♀️

Purchased few items and didn’t receive confirmation email. Got back to their website and they canceled the order! I tried again and they did the same. Costumer service (at least in the US) is the worst. They don’t even have a proper costumer service to fix any kind of issue. Really disappointed and never buying from them.

I bought a tracksuit and within just one day of wear, both the bottoms and top were pilled terribly leading to a horrible feel. It's such a shame since the style is lovely and it looks so good on, but the quality is shockingly bad.

Awful customer service, it has been 3weeks, since I bought. My package got lost in the mail. They had nothing to do under this terrible situation, replied auto-made response against my complain. I am the one who found my package lost by contacting Fedex. I am still waiting for their sincere answer and confirmation for refund. On top of that, Live chat was suck, I haven’t seen it was working properly. To be honest, they even do not deserve one star.

The package got lost in the mail, but then finally arrived 1 week later. Awful customer service, you have to contact them directly through chat or email to return the order. It took me more than 1 hour to receive the shipping label from them + returns are not free, $6 will be deducted from your return. I don’t know how is it possible in 2021. Will never use them again.

Refused to return or exchange a pair of leggings for being a few days out of the 30 day policy (due to ill health). For the sake of £40 and letting me be able to swap a pair or leggings they have lost a good customer! The customer service was also shockingly poor and unhelpful. Really need to up their game to compete with rival companies that know how to look after their customers and don't penalise you for bad circumstances.

Do not buy anything at oysho! You only discover that the product is not as expected after you wore it, which makes it impossible to return it. The customer service is very very unfriendly and unwilling to cooperate. I have bought several products at Oysho and I have never been satisfied. The bikini that I bought lost its colour after I swam in the sea/pool or a couple of times. In addition, I have bought two sport leggings. From one of them, the lacing was of terrible quality so I had to restitch it myself after a short while and the other legging is transparent for sweating, meaning that you can see your belly sweat and the shape of your underwear after some heavy cardio.
