Ναι ,και εγώ θα έβαζα 0 αστέρι ... Εργάζομαι στον ίδιο χώρο σε κάποια άλλη εταιρία σημαντικό να το πουμε αυτό . Ο άντρας μου αποφασισε να μου πάρει το δωρο μου των χριστουγέννων από την εταιρία αυτή . Παραγγελία από μέσα Δεκεμβρίου .Σήμερα έχουμε 11/01 δεν έχω παραλλαβει τιποτα .Εχουμε στείλει εμαιλ .δεν υπάρχει καμία εξυπηρέτηση πελατών .Αναρρωτιεμαι αν υπάρχουν φυσικοί εκπρόσωποι σε αυτή την εταιρία ..η Oysho έχει εισπράξει κανονικά τα λεφτά της. .Στην εταιρία κούριερ που συνεργάζονται δεν υπάρχει κανείς να απαντάει στα τηλέφωνα σε κανένα κατάστημα .Δεν γνωρίζουμε καθόλου που βρίσκεται το δέμα .Έχουμε ζητήσει από την oysho με email επιστροφή χρηματων .Δεν μας έχουν απαντήσει στο αίτημα αυτό ποτέ .Άρα μέχρι στιγμής σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι σε έχουν κλέψει . Πρώτη φορά βλέπω μεγάλη εταιρία που αδιαφορεί για τα reviews της . Και φυσικά θα επικοινωνήσω με το ινστιτούτο καταλωντων και θα βρω το δίκιο μου .

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Horrible experience and no apology. Item came with security tag attached. I returned item to get tag removed. They resold the item to someone else and refunded me my money. I wanted the item but had none left in stock. It was part of a Christmas present. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I had organized my trip overseas and placed an order on their website, where clear estimated dates were provided. Unfortunately, a portion of the order did not arrive on time, and I received no explanations or updates from the Oysho team. When attempting to contact their customer support, they consistently asserted that estimated arrival dates are not provided for purchased items. I shared a screenshot clearly displaying the stated date, but without an apology, they insisted there was nothing they could do and that the date shouldn't have been confirmed on the order. It was a highly frustrating experience, and the customer service exhibited unprofessionalism.

Horrible company, horrible can't contact them, they don't get to chat. They don't return your emails. They loose your items in mail and don't give your refund. I actually have no idea how they are able to still be in business but I give them a year before they are out of business. Truly, there are so many great clothing companies out there, let's not support this hideous treatment of customer.

I tried to return a waterproof jacket that I spent €79 on in Portugal because the zippers on the pockets would stick. I wore the jacket for 2 hours and realized this. The manager and sales girl laughed at me and treated me like I was crazy. They wouldn't even do an exchange because the ticket wasn't attached. I have never been treated so badly. This was in Porto at Santa Catarina. I will never buy from them again and will be posting everywhere I can, including expat websites. These companies don't seem to understand that Amazon will get all their customers when this is how they do business.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I definitely dont recommend buying at Oysho. Terrible customer service. Because of an IT error in my account, I wasnt able to start my return. I contacted the customer service during the return period and didnt get an answer for 10 days. I contacted them again, by that time the official return period had already passed, They then replied, I cant send the stuff back because the return period had already passed...this is absurd...then I wrote them again, saying I am aware of this however it is their fault that I had a technical issue in my account in the first place and they didnt reply after my first mail for 10 days. I am still waiting for that reply but its been 4 days again...

The Oysho customer service is a nightmare. I spent almost an hour going back and forth with them about a stupid birthday coupon not working, only to have no resolution. It was a pretty ridiculous interaction (needless to say I did not end up purchasing and definitely will not)

Absolutely terrible service. Paid over AED178 online for pyjamas, they took my money. No confirmation email, no follow up, no goods no nothing. Fortunately I paid by card so now a battle for me too get my money back. Just terrible.

50€ Pants ripped on 2nd use. Contacted the company as something like this never happened to me and they did not agree to refund. I wonder why they have such a high price point for such bad quality as they admit that the item was not faulty - but how can it break on the second use? I loved the brand but after this mistreatment I will never buy from them again and will definitely discourage anyone from spending their money on anything from oysho as there is no customer protection at all and it has shown how bad quality it is

I will never order from this company again. Terrible attitude towards customers. Complete disrespect. I placed my order at the beginning of December, hoping to receive my swimsuit before the holidays. The site promised delivery in 3-4 days. I have paid shipping. But it's mid-December and I still haven't received my order. Support did not apologize for the inconvenience. They said just wait for the order. Thank you very much OYSHO, now I'm going on vacation without a swimsuit!

Pants looked great, fabric feels nice, price within reason. Except that after one wearing they ripped at a difficult to fix seam. Quality poor avoid buying.

They have the worst customer service ever, they just reply with apologies but dont resolve the issue. As much as I love their leggings I will never order from them again ....I never got the pants and never got the credit back.

We purchased Oysho merchandise in Spain and fell in love with the quality. However, as soon as I placed an order online through usa oysho it was a mess! It took a while to place the order, they did not deliver, sent an email apologizing and giving a discount that I could not apply to sale items. I got refunded for the items after reaching out again. Now the same items are available on sale for 3 times de price and I cannot apply a discount.

Bought a set of outfits in Hong Kong retail store. Inner thigh of the pants split during the class, basically showing my underwear out. I took it back to the store, the stuff said they can’t help with very bad attitude Will black list this brand forever

My parcel has never arrived, the courier has sent me a photo of someone else`s door saying it`s been left outside however it wasn`t my door (no door number in the photo) and when I looked around the block and asked neighbours it was no where to be seen. Since beginning of July I have been calling Oysho daily to ask for an update as the stuff I ordered are no longer in stock so I am trying to get my money back via refund and they have been nothing but a pain to speak to! Every time I call they tell me that the issue have been passed to a different department to be dealt with and that specific department is not responding. (Which initially I was told that it would be 2-3 working days to resolve). It has been nearly a month now that Oysho is keeping my money for the items that them and their courier partners have failed to deliver. Not being able to receive any clear information, decision or a dead line for a refund is very frustrating and I am now feeling that they are simply stealing my money off me. Worst customer service I ever had to deal with. I would avoid going forward.

Cancelled most items in my order after 1 paid for all, only fent 1 item without letting me know upfront about it (or at all). I was suprised that the items didnt arrive, no notification whatsoever, but they took the money for the express delivery without a problem. Terrible customer experience, will never order again.

The worst company ever. I've ordered leggings for about £150 and 3 out of 4 pairs arrived dirty and worn. Took me a week to get a hold of them and when I did they kept asking me for pictures over and over. I asked for a refund for those items, took again one week for them to respond and asked again for pictures and if I tried to wash them. I would not pay £150 to have to wash brand new pairs of leggings. I have asked again for a refund and been told after 3 weeks to send them back. I’ve told them I don’t want to send them back as they don’t have others in stock and I need them for a long trip, as a courtesy I asked them to give me a refund or a replacement. Again, they asked me to send them back. Horrible customer service, never ordering from them again. Not worth the money at all.

What a god awful company. Took them 5 days to reply about one missing item in my order. “Hi sorry we don’t deliver to hotels” I DONT LIVE AT A HOTEL and THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MISSING PANTS! PIGS!!!! On top of the missing pants a second parcel is meant to come and I asked them to update its tracking and guess what!! They completely ignored that request and not I have to wait “1-2” working days for them to answer when that really means 5. AVOID. AVOID THEY ARE CROOKS.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service on live chat, only way to get an answer is by phoning them (the Agents are helpful via phone). Incomplete order received with photographic evidence provided yet they were ‘unable to do anything’. Money wasted, don’t bother buying from here.
