“Again one star because I can't give less. Sent them a complaint regarding non delivery of my Amazon order. Apparently it has been investigated and the incident closed. No answer as to what happened and my amazon order has still not been delivered although they continue to say it has been.

“Paack is an experience that is consistent. Consistently bad. Text links that don't work, texts arriving in the middle of the night, deliveries turning up at the weirdest times (11pm is the worst I've seen) and this has been going on for ages. I order a lot of things from Nespresso and its just a lottery as to what chaos will ensue with the delivery, but you can be sure of one thing it will probably arrive but anybody's guess when and at what time.”
“I ordered 2 pairs of jeans for same day delivery from Zara on Wednesday 9th Feb 2022. The parcel was due to be delivered between 20:00-21:30. at 21:42 I received an email from the courier company Paack Company to say that the driver missed me.
This was not the case as I didn't hear the buzzer for my flat go or receive a phone call from the driver to say that they were outside and for me to meet them to collect.
I rescheduled my order to be delivered for Thursday 10th Feb 2022 between the hours of 18:00-20:00. The same thing happened, I received an email shortly after 18:00 to say I missed the driver. In this instance, I had reached out to Paack Company directly and asked for the driver to call me on arrival. Once again, no one buzzed my flat or called me I rescheduled again for today, 11th Feb 2022 for the parcel to be delivered between 18:00-20:00. I sat my the front window overlooking the main road and entrance to the building for 2.5 hours. No one showed. I then received an email to say that they've my parcel to the retailer, after not having attempted to deliver to me the third time!
This is unacceptable, deeply infuriating and horrendous service.”
“I had first given very good review when paack was new now they are getting rea rubbish worse than any other company they keep lying saying sorry we missed you we'll try tmr again next day same story excuse me this is frustration when you are expecting next day delivery.it is for a reason .this is not acceptable 😕”
“A have contacted them multiple times leaving delivery instructions they have asked for. I was also on the live chat. Despite all effort they were unable to deliver the package.
They ignore all instruction and communication is robotic.

“Absolutely awful. My parcel was out for delivery 19:00 - 23:00 5 days in a row. Then yesterday it was apparently 'delivered' to my home at 22:07. I was at home all evening. Nothing was delivered. Nothing was left. I've contacted Paack but they're insisting it was indeed delivered. Erm, it wasn't. I'm not getting any help from Paack or Mango, where I purchased the items. I just want a refund now - I don't care about the items. I'm at my wits' end.”

“Poor service, contact is robotic, if you're at home the whole day waiting for them maybe perfect.. but a minimal problem and impossible for them to solve anything.. tipical low-cost service”
“I'm so annoyed. I've talked to customer service multiple times because the delivery person was saying they tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't physically reach me nor contact me through phone. They didn't ring me, nor did they even reach my address (as I could see via the live delivery map they provide). Customer service put my complaint through to the driver around 5 days ago ... and I'm still getting emails saying "We're still working on your request". I also got another email today saying they're returning my parcel back to it's origin. I'm so annoyed with this service I do not reccomend at all. Unhelpful and LAZY drivers.”
“My package was logged as delivered when it has not been delivered to myself or any neighbours. No calling card either or photo of where the item is. Customer support was useless.
By the looks of UK reviews, they have made some big deals with brands in the UK but consistently getting 1* reviews. Seems like a scam.”

“Every time my packages get picked up by this courier I have an issue. On the last occasion, I was waiting for my package for four days, the tracking just kept saying 09-22 and kept refreshing with the new date every day. Every time I filled out a contact form, I got automated message and no one gets back. Today it refreshed to say it has been sent back to the retailer with no explanation! The frustrating part is it was an item that is out of stock so I’ll never get it back! There is no contact numbers or any support from them. If your package gets picked up by Paack - GOOD LUCK!”
“The worst delivery company in the world. Courier never rang the doorbell or knocked once yet being at home all day. I even purposely sat in my living room with the front door in view between the specified delivery time and no courier came. This company is a scam. It’s very disappointing that large reputable company’s like Zara and Selfridges are associating and trusting their parcels with this scam company. My bet is they are pretending to deliver parcels and keep them for themselves. Disgraceful.”
