“A have contacted them multiple times leaving delivery instructions they have asked for. I was also on the live chat. Despite all effort they were unable to deliver the package.
They ignore all instruction and communication is robotic.

“Absolutely awful. My parcel was out for delivery 19:00 - 23:00 5 days in a row. Then yesterday it was apparently 'delivered' to my home at 22:07. I was at home all evening. Nothing was delivered. Nothing was left. I've contacted Paack but they're insisting it was indeed delivered. Erm, it wasn't. I'm not getting any help from Paack or Mango, where I purchased the items. I just want a refund now - I don't care about the items. I'm at my wits' end.”

“I'm so annoyed. I've talked to customer service multiple times because the delivery person was saying they tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't physically reach me nor contact me through phone. They didn't ring me, nor did they even reach my address (as I could see via the live delivery map they provide). Customer service put my complaint through to the driver around 5 days ago ... and I'm still getting emails saying "We're still working on your request". I also got another email today saying they're returning my parcel back to it's origin. I'm so annoyed with this service I do not reccomend at all. Unhelpful and LAZY drivers.”
“My package was logged as delivered when it has not been delivered to myself or any neighbours. No calling card either or photo of where the item is. Customer support was useless.
By the looks of UK reviews, they have made some big deals with brands in the UK but consistently getting 1* reviews. Seems like a scam.”

“Every time my packages get picked up by this courier I have an issue. On the last occasion, I was waiting for my package for four days, the tracking just kept saying 09-22 and kept refreshing with the new date every day. Every time I filled out a contact form, I got automated message and no one gets back. Today it refreshed to say it has been sent back to the retailer with no explanation! The frustrating part is it was an item that is out of stock so I’ll never get it back! There is no contact numbers or any support from them. If your package gets picked up by Paack - GOOD LUCK!”
“The worst delivery company in the world. Courier never rang the doorbell or knocked once yet being at home all day. I even purposely sat in my living room with the front door in view between the specified delivery time and no courier came. This company is a scam. It’s very disappointing that large reputable company’s like Zara and Selfridges are associating and trusting their parcels with this scam company. My bet is they are pretending to deliver parcels and keep them for themselves. Disgraceful.”
“Outrageous service! ​I'm utterly astonished at how bad this company treats its customers. My package was marked as delivered as it was signed for by someone other than myself (fraud) 3 weeks ago according to a screenshot. I have not received my package nor had information about the resolution. Multiple conversations with "help" desk have been far from helpful. In the last one I asked to speak with a manager was refused outrightly by Lerrey Ann with no explanation as to why I couldn't speak to her manager. Instead, she provided me with an email to send a complaint and ended the chat. Basically the equivalent of hanging up on me. I have no package, no news about what has happened to it and have had appalling customer service”

“If I could give Paack zero stars I would. There is no contact number to reach the company and said my package was delivered when no attempts were made and the package is nowhere to be seen. I live in an apartment with conceirge who said nobody had tried to deliver anything. It is literally THE WORST delivery service ever! I have no idea why zara changed their delivery service to them, they are awful!”
“Beware! Amazon Prime uses this Paak carrier now! Same day delivery turned out into a nightmare as the order has been marked delivered and never received it. Tried unsuccessfully to reach out to them. No phone number available and their website is full of errors. Only collects your data and no enquiry gets submitted. I'd give zero stars if I could!”
“There is no way you could get in touch with the delivery person and Zara didn't give them my phone number. How am I suppose to contact anybody to get my package? Nobody is answering to the only phone number they have online and Zara does nothing to help. It's a joke”
“Ordered from zara worth £100. No tracking number was provided from them yet it shows item was delivered. I stayed at home all day to receive the package but I haven’t received anything. Zara customer services are just as bad and tells me it’s been delivered??? And they need 48hrs to investigate this. It’s so frustrating and I don’t think they’re even aware of how many bad reviews they are getting for changing it to this courier. Absolutely shocking!!”
