Unbelievable. Worst service I ever saw ! No customer service, nothing ! They say that they try to deliver my parcel twice, and I was at home both dates and time. They provide me with some fake pictures wich prove to be false, that's not my house. Avoid !!!!!!

They called me and said they'll be there in 1 minute to deliver my Amazon package, I was downstairs in 30 seconds and waited for 5 minutes, only to receive an e-mail saying that I was not reachable. Don't use this company for Last Mile Delivery. It may be cheap, but its definitely going to be more expensive in the end.

They ¨attempted¨ a delivery on a Saturday night at 2225 hrs. 1. I don´t believe them. 2. That is a totally ridiculous time and day combination. Amazon find someone else.

First, it says out for Delivery and then it says not been received by courier. Two days late so far, can’t even find out where it is. Looks like another delivery company who can’t be bothered to deliver and keep sending the item back

Paack courier company with absolutely non-existent professionalism. Summary of my order nº 600378801in April 2024: a/ Paack changes the shipping address of my product in its database. Consequently, they tried to send my product to a wrong address b/ they did not contact me to correct the address when they were unable to deliver the product c/ they did not allow me to correct the wrong address despite having called them several times d/ they require my supplier to send them an email with my correct address (which they already had. They mixes it up with the one of another client!) e/ when the supplier sends again my correct address they indicate that they can no longer change it because they have resent the product to the supplier and the only solution is that the supplier send it again. I think there are only two possible explanations for Paack's poor courier service: a/ Paack is absolutely unprofessional in managing its database, mixing customer addresses? or... b/ Scamming, Paack trying to charge twice the courier service, by indicating that the only solution is to send the product again? (in my case it was a shipment from the US and consequently with very expensive courier service)

It astonishes me that Amazon trust Paack to be their delivery partner even after so many negative reviews, I placed an order on Amazon and the package did not arrive and when querying with Paack, they sent a delivery note with a fake signature. See the image with a line for a signature. Amazon, please don't use paack as you are doing a disservice to your sellers if customers are not receiving their order.

Recently i ordered something that cost $$ on Amazon. i choose fast delivery and hoping to get the item as soon as possible. Then, they claimed that they have the wrong adresse and accused me for doing that (i checked the adresse that i gave in Amazon and it's the right one). Then, ended up they sent me the wrong parcel. I have to contact with Amazon to track the lost parcel. This is my first time experience with them and my first worst experience in online shopping. The worst ever, Amazon should never consider them as the transporter.

First time I've dealt with them and I hope it's the last too! Order placed on Aliexpress on 12/04, cleared through customs and entrusted to paack on 25/04. Since then I have been waiting for the package to be delivered. Countless emails they respond to with "we're sorry, we're taking care of it" and I'm pretty sure they'll respond to this review the exact same way. If you need to ship, DO NOT RELY ON THEM. If you have to receive a package instead, PRAY. After "only" 19 reminders via email, they thought well of marking the shipment as "delivered", without obviously there having been a real delivery... I have already issued a warning via certified e-mail and if I don't see my package , I will report everything to the local authorities.

Every time Paack are used for Amazon deliveries they say that the address cannot be found and will try again. Amazon, Correos and other companies find it but Paack can’t. I think it’s an excuse for them not to come to the Pueblo

Everything is wrong. Unprofessional, lying about delivery dates, constantly changing estimated delivery date and time, CLOSING THE CHAT WHILE NOT BEING ABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, leaving formal email complaints answered either with generic template or unanswered, also lying about attempted deliveries, providing ZERO details about where the package is, avoiding information of the nature of 'logistical issues' - this company is one huge logistical issue and they should be defunded as soon as possible. Merchants like Amazon and Shein should stop using them, as it does damage their reputation as well, indirectly. What's funnier is that on TrustPilot, they answer to each dissatisfied customer with the same, generic template. Pathetic service, pathethic unprofessionalism, scammers and liers.

Unbelieveably atrocious. Two Amazon orders left at a petrol station 3 kms from my house. My address is clearly on the Amazon orders I have told Amazon.es they will receive cancellations from me if, after ordering, they show Paack as the transporter. I am 88 and not driving .

Servicio lamentable no me han entregado un paquete que compré en Privalia diciendo que sí lo habían entregado recogiendo una firma falsa y un DNI que no existe pongo correo a la empresa y lo único que me dice es que el paquete ha sido entregado y cierra el parte sin resolver nada esto me ha ocurrido ya en tres ocasiones

Paack é uma enorme fraude. Tudo nesta empresa parece acontecer numa plataforma digital: falsas atualizações de endereço e falsa tentativas de entregas. No terreno duvido que algumas encomendas saiam do armazém, caso contrário seria mais rentável ter pontos pickup, que não têm, que distribuidor porta a porta. Uma empresa unicórnio no verdadeiro sentido, tudo ficção. De duas encomendas que me deveriam entregar nunca chegaram, mas a atualização do tracking era fantástica, e falsa. Aguardo reembolso da Amazon, que está confortável com o meu dinheiro.

Lots of my items from Amazon.es supposed to deliver from paack. But it never received. The funny thing is their tracking states that order delivered and they also got fake signature of me. Now when I open a case with them, same thing their support staff mentions. Dont ever order item if the delivery is "paack"

Horrible experiencia Horrible experiencia. No hay servicio al cliente. Esperaba 2 paquetes de zooplus que iban a ser entregadas por paack, solamente recibí 2 notificaciones que han venido entre las 13-14h y que van a intentar de nuevo. El próximo día parece que vinieron a la misma hora, pero ni me llamaron ni preguntaron un vecino si puede recibir. Intenté contactar con su servicio al cliente pero no hay teléfono ni email, encontré un email infoatpaack.co pero no responden a varios emails, el Chat es un sistema automático que no responde personalmente y no sirve para nada. Al final me llega un email que han devuelto mis paquetes, porque no me encontraron dos veces. Cómo no se comunican difícil que entreguen a una hora a la cual la gente trabaja y tampoco se puede cambiar la hora de entrega ni avisar que lo dejan con un vecino. Fatal. No voy a pedir más si la entrega es con esa empresa.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They said they tried to deliver my package on a Sunday?!? First of all who delivers on a Sunday, then they said they tried to deliver my package today I have been waiting ALL DAY AY HOME, have not left ONCE! And yet they LIE and say that since I was not home that they package is being sent back to the seller. THEY ARE LIARS!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ASS AND THEY DONT HELP AT ALL!

Currently on third attempt to deliver a parcel. They have some unspecified 'problem with the address' but have not attempted to call the number we gave them in case of problems. Ever other delivery service can find the address with no problems.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. I have never failed to receive a package. Same address, same phone number for years. But with the most important delivery, they have proven to be a disaster. My parents had to stay at home all day expressly to receive the package without fail, and it turns out that the delivery man lies saying that they could not deliver the package due to absence, when the doorbell at my house, apart from being noisy, comes with the supported by my dog's barking, so it is impossible for anyone to have opened the door if it had rang. After receiving Paack's notification of failed delivery due to absence, 2 minutes later I called my sister, who was also at home waiting for the package, and she told me that no one had rang, and that the dog had not barked either. Therefore, it is very clear that the delivery man lied. Afterwards, I decided to call Paack, to claim that the delivery person lied, and on top of that he didn't call me, as professional delivery people usually do, and they simply responded that it had been rescheduled for tomorrow. So I decided to send written complaints to your email. And the only thing they answer is that they will try to investigate what happened and take disciplinary measures so that it does not happen again in the future. And what about the order I'm waiting for today? Don't you solve the problem of the PRESENT? The disciplinary measure that would be effective is to tell the delivery person to make the delivery again TODAY, even if he has to extend his working hours, because it was his mistake. Anyway... I am very dissatisfied and disgusted with the service. I am clear that the next time I see Paack being hired for delivery, I will reject it. I will do what is necessary so that no more deliveries come to me with this company. I don't give a minus five stars because you can't.

La peor compañía y con mucha diferencia de todas las demás. No dan los paquetes y los devuelven o los dejan en casas donde no están autorizados, tardan en dar los envíos NO LO RECOMIENDO por lo menos en Alcalá de Guadaira Sevilla
