“False delivery declaration. They ignored my request for proof of delivery. They have opened an investigation to find out what happened to my order but they don't update the tracking: my order is still marked as "DELIVERED". Terrible customer service, unable to provide any kind of response.”

“I ordered a parcel from Amazon. They decided to ship it with Paack. At 21h30 I got a notification that the package was delivered (we were home, nobody rang the bell to deliver it). So I went to the entrance to pick it up. There was nothing. No way to contact the company. Fortunately Amazon reshipped the same product free with a different delivery company and I got it. But will never be using Paack if I can avoid it.

Realicé la compra de un producto en esta tienda confiando en la fecha de entrega 02/08/2023, pero no han cumplido con el horario programado.
Paack asignó un horario de entrega entre las 08:00 y las 20:00. Sobre las 18 h, contacté telefónicamente con la empresa de reparto Paack y me aseguraron que la entrega se haría con total seguridad antes de las 20h. No se realizó.”
“This company is seriously awful. I’m avoiding them forever. I’m not buying anymore brands that work with paack. They are actually answering an e mail saying sorry after responding all day, losing my time trying to change data for the delivery that I’m waiting for 4 days. Their customer service isn’t helping at all, they don’t pick up phone, they lie in the phone options and send you to their website where you can’t modify or change anything. Disaster. Awfully disrespectful and useless responses. My package will go back to the storage center or whatever because they deliver by the time they want between 9 and 10 PM- miserable they don’t do anything to help. Avoid them-”
“Hey are the worst! The lie about trying to deliver parcels, they give you a delivery window of 13 hours and then they send stuff back, zero contact, impossible to speak to them. I have been waiting for my parcel for 1 week, every day they update the tracker and then change it at 5pm saying they had logistics problems. Then they dont deliver and send stuff back to”

“The courier tried to pass the responsibility to me for not delivering saying that the company was closed , I responded , Yes usually in Portugal, where you are, the companies close from 5 to 7 pm this is 10 pm...
From this point, probably because of that answer, the package was forgotten in the warehouse for more 5 days.”

“Had a terrible experience. I have no idea why this company has such a high rating. Got the notification that the parcel was delivered but in fact it wasn’t. Paack is extremely incompetent and not trustworthy. Customer support is even worse. They just ignore your emails. If you have alternatives please don’t use Paack otherwise get ready to have your order stolen.”
