Lying on the tracking information. Changing delivery day daily with no explanation or help. I wish I could choose the courier so I can avoind this company at all costs.

Absolutely terrible. I live on a main road in the centre of London but three times the driver "could not find address as it was entered incorrectly" my address was entered fine, he just might have been able to deliver it if he didn't (same driver every time) attempt delivery to number 31 instead of number 37 everytime. Customer service are useful, try and blame it on you and then say "I've updated this now it will be delivered tomorrow" just for the same to start the next day. Driver will "attempt" to ring you but hangs up before the phone has a chance to ring more than once and then will not answer calls back immediately, probably so they can f*@! off quickly without delivering.

Soon as I read that the business started in Dubai I know straight away this a fraudulent business but what baffles me the most is why Selfridges is doing business with this unreliable so called delivery company. I have been waiting for my next day delivery five days now still waiting.

Package stolen by the delivery person? Tonight, Monday September 27, 2021, package marked as delivered at 8:55 p.m. Nothing, nowhere. So, I imagine the package was stolen by the delivery guy? Tracking number: 534000010400496363

Literally the worst courier service in existence. Bought some items from Zara and Paack delivered them to a random address. They could not tell me where they sent it and advised the only solution would be to go and knock on neighbours doors to find it. In a world where there are so many great courier companies, dear lord how is this one still in operation. Avoid shopping online with Zara as it is doubtful you will ever receive your purchase.

I need to give worst delivery company of the year. They never deliver the next day parcel. They moving the date, never delivering. I ordered and paid next day delivery for Zara Dress, it never deliver. Now I order from Look Fantastic, they are changing date never delivering. Worst Worst service!

1 star: Bad 2 minutes ago Ordered my clothes from Zara Ordered my clothes from Zara, on Monday the 6th of September, meant to come on Wednesday the 8th of September, we are now on Sunday the 12th of September and I am still waiting for my clothes to arrive, called Zara 3 times, they said they sent paack an email, it takes 24-48 hours for their response, absolutely awful experience, never ever had a problem with Zara, until now!!!not sure if I’m going to even get my clothes, do not get things delivered from paack, who knows when u will get ur order, go into the shop instead, unfortunately!!! Never again

Absolutely shocking delivery company. Next day delivery has not arrived. 3 days later I am still waiting. No communication, you have to case them. No proper way to contact them. Delivery window of 9am-10pm is ridiculous especially as they give you no information. No proper updates on their site. Shocked that a company like Kickers would use such a poor company. It does not reflect well on them. This is the last day I will wait for my order to arrive. If it does not come I will cancel the whole order and request a refund. I actually cannot believe how bad they are!

Terrible. Ordered from Zara with two hour delivery slot… package was miles away at that point. Waited in, watched the driver zig zag around, get to my area six hours late, then go back again WITHOUT DELIVERING!! No phone number to call… a total joke. Won’t be doing that again…

Oh my God I cannot explain how s** they are in words! Failed to deliver on "next day delivery", okay it happens. On day two, they postponed it again afternoon, contact with live chat, NO DRIVER! BLOODY DELIVERY COMPANY WITHOUT A DRIVER! avoid avoid avoid. they are abs. jokes! they still cannot guarantee when a driver will assign for my delivery, its already 4pm on Friday. They are HOPING today until 11pm...im reading previous reviews, doesnt even seem they will. I bet they will sign as "upsie you werent at home " useless!

Very poor service. tracking says Zara parcel has been delivered but I am in the house and it has not. This has happened before. There is no way to see if parcel has been delivered elsewhere by mistake or no-one to contact directly. Should be provided with driver number

I need to give them 0 stars. I do not have words for how poor a service this is. Monday - order is to be delivered 9am-10pm. I get an email saying they could not deliver as my address was wrong (first ever time this was the case across hundreds of orders through other couriers). Tuesday - I get told by their chat that it is out for redelivery, 9am-10pm slot again. I wait. nothing. Wednesday - first thing I go on their chat and ask what happened, apparently my order was never out for redelivery on Tuesday, but rather was returned to the warehouse!!! Wednesday - I somehow mysteriously get another email saying my delivery driver missed me (I was home, no doorbell, no calls, no neighbours contacted despite all the details on the delivery). Somehow the parcel is then back on its way to the retailer?! This is absolutely shambolic service. They are a farce, and a shame big brands like Zara or MyProtein are being scammed by this company.

Awful service ! So many texts and emails to say order is being delivered and then all of sudden my address is not correct ! Strange how it was always correct in past . Think I might need to reconsider ordering g from Zara as its a joke now .

I WISH I COULD RATE THEM 0 STARS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. ALL THEY DO IS LIE, THERE IS NO HUMAN ELEMENT, A BLOODY JOKE!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY ARE LIARS! PURE LIARS! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED ITS UNBELIEVABLE.

1st delivery attempt = 3 emails sent at the same time (please confirm your address, your parcel could not be delivered, please pick a time slot for the following day). - The timing of these emails all coming at the same time begs whether this is legitimate. - The address was completely correct. Did the driver bother to try and deliver the package? - No news from Paack. Average waiting time of 24-48 hours to get any response. 2. Promise by Paack to re-deliver the next day between 10am and 12pm. Mid-afternoon I get in contact with the store who call Paack - result = the item was never scanned at their warehouse and was not sent for delivery. - Client facing side = never scanned on the 24th July. - Email from Paack saying they hope they have been of excellent service stating that the item is in transit. No response re: client facing side and being able to track the parcel. 3. I receive a conflicting email from Paack saying that my parcel will be delivered by End of Day. Speaking to the Store, who get in contact with Paack, they apologise for their mistakes and in fact the parcel will not be delivered today nor tomorrow. No reasons given for the conflicting emails. 4. New notification on 'Track Delivery' telling me my parcel will be delivered between 10am - 12pm 25th July. No news. No missed call nor knock at the door. 5. Notification saying the item was out for delivery on the 25th evening. A pure lie. 6. New notification, 26th July = 'Item has been returned to Sender.' 7. I call up the store who are able to receive more news. They have said if I want this order back, they will have to process a refund which takes 3-5 working days. I ask them to get in contact with Paack to investigate this. 8. Paack lost my parcel. No news from Paack. Overall = Paack, you are a despicable courier service with no 'human' element to your services. Is this a joke? Would not recommend Paack to any business or individual. Slow response time, lack professionalism & customer service skills extremely poor.

Said they delivered but did not . I was at home when they sent text !? Seems to be a common theme reading other posts . No way of contacting them or finding out where they did deliver !? Do not rely on these people or anyone that uses them for delivery - MyProtein in my case.

I ordered from Zara and got sent a dispatch email that Paak was delivering my parcel. The email said that my delivery was meant to be on 10 Jul, but nothing arrived. Today (11th July), got another email saying 'your order is on it's way', I still haven't received anything. I paid almost £4 for this delivery, its very disappointing. And the delivery timeframe is so vague - '9am-10pm'. I do not understand why zara still chooses this company as their courier!!!

The worst delivery experience I have encountered. Claimed to have attempted delivery on two occasions when the property was occupied. Many other deliveries were accepted to my address over the two days PAACK claimed to have attempted delivery. No note left in the letter box. Package was returned by PAACK to Amazon as undeliverable. Highly unreliable delivery service.

EVERY Paack scheduled delivery, and I do mean EVERY delivery is the same. Paack send me a message, your package is out for delivery. Followed by, sorry we missed you, we’ll try tomorrow. Follow by you package has been delivered. I beg to differ, delivering to a different address a few streets away is not a delivery. Sure it's a safe collection point, but only as a last resort, not a we didn’t fancy putting in the effort on this one. If I wanted my package delivered elsewhere, its highly likely that would be the address I would use on the order. My latest Nespresso order was meant to have been delivered on Saturday. At around 4:15 I got a message saying they were outside my address ready to meet me. Excuse me? did I miss the part where the noble art of couriering became meet the delivery driver at a time and place of his/her choosing? Most delivery drivers would press the bell to get my attention, but it seems Paack don’t roll that way. I know they didn’t press the bell because the bell rings my phone, and if I don’t answer the phone it rings my mobile. Neither or which had any missed calls. The deliver was ‘rescheduled’ for Sunday anytime between 9am and 10pm apparently. A nice 12 hour window of opportunity there. But of course it wasn’t delivered despite me sitting in all day, it was delivered Monday. I use the term ‘delivered’ loosely. It’s sitting at the usual safe collection address a few streets away and like an idiot, I have to go out and collect it. While I am here, let me talk about recycling. Like most responsible people I believe in doing my bit for the planet as every little bit helps. Some months ago I started out with one bag of recycled Nespresso pods to collect. The only recycling option I have is to rely on Paack to collect the recycling when delivering. Since Paack can’t be bothered to deliver to me I. I’m now sitting here with not just one bag of coffee pods for recycling but THREE.
