Terrible delivery time. Even a guaranteed next day delivery last week took 4 days. This week I have wasted 2 days waiting in for a parcel that has said out for delivery, and still hasn't come. I hate this company. It is the worst that I have come across.

My concern is that Amazon spain, which I´ve had good service, used them for a small delivery for me. I wrote to Paack the following, "You said you tried to deliver and I was home and my gate was wide open. I waited all day. Your delivery person simply didn´t try or even stop here. How can you expect to work with Amazon with this service? I expect you to bring it to my house right now. It´s 7:30pm and you said it would be here today. CTT of Portugal had no trouble with their delivery and they were fast and efficient. Spain department of consumer affairs should investigate this company.

Similar to other reviews... They tried to deliver to the wrong address twice. No contact, nothing. Imposible to contact them, as they only refer you to the chat bot which refers you to tracking link, getting you in a never ending loop

Terrible service. Company lied about delivering an item then suddenly it turned up today after complaining. Why say it's been delivered when it hasn't??? Incompetent company that should not be operating.

Very bad experience. Our Amazon order should be delivered on 25 August 2024. We got a message that they couldn’t deliver it, whereas our security office - the address to where the package should be delivered- is open 24/7. After several emails from my side, the package should be delivered today, 28 August (!) between 09.00-22.00h. However, no delivery again today. So, Amazon.es no longer send packages with this courier. It’s not trustworthy at all!

What went right would be a better question. Kept saying couldn’t deliver incorrect address Three times I’ve given the address to them . How do they get away from it. I used eBay to buy from and I will be informing you. Absolutely rubbish.

They pretended to deliver the package when they literally didn’t! I was home all day, my doorman also gets my packages if I’m not home. Now they won’t answer or send the package again. I hope they bankrupt fast… im afraid of ordering online now cause im afraid they’ll assign paack to deliver my package

NUNCA LLEGADA NADA QUE TE ENVIEN CON PAACK. Empiezo a pensar que es una empresa ficticia porque no es posible tanta incompetencia ni intentándolo a propósito. Pedido retrasados sin explicación, falsos intentos de entrega, pedidos devueltos al vendedor por dirección incorrecta, etc. Tras multiples penosas experiencias con este servicio de transportes, ya solo pido pedidos a puntos de recogidas para evitar que me pueda tocar Paack 🤦‍♀️

When I see that Paak is the courier I know the parcel will be at least 3 days late. Have just had an email saying that they tried to deliver at 11.05pm (item was due on Monday) but I wasn't home. They just basically tell lies until they feel like delivering. They are the worst courier company I have ever come across. Am amazed that Amazon use them

I can not believe this!!! The delivery person didn't even do a complete phone call didn't ring the doorbell and suddenly I just get an email saying they couldnt deliver because the customer was unavailable. I AM HOME IM TRYING TO CALL THE DELIVERY PERSON BACK BECAUSE ITS ONLY BEEN SPLIT SECONDS. How difficult is it to answer a call or stay on the call for 10 seconds when you have bothered to dial a number and that too when it's literally your job? Theres no way to address this on Paack's website, no email address to reach out to them just a chatbot that tells you you were not home WELL I'M MAD BECAUSE I AM HOME WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN? What kind of service is this? All of this happened in the last 15 min btw

Mi pedido lleva mas de 15 días de retraso y les he escrito ya 5 correos electrónicos diciendo que lo necesito de urgencia ya que me voy de vacaciones ya y necesito lo que he pedido, la respuesta ha sido 5 veces la misma: ha habido un problema, le llegará pronto. Jamás escribo reseñas y menos negativas, pero esto es ridiculo y frustrado!!! 0 soluciones. 0 información!!!! Después de esas reclamaciones finalmente conseguí un número al que llamar. Después de 4 intentos diciendo que no quedaban agentes libres y que les escribiese un correo, conseguí hablar con uno. Si respuesta, la misma, ha habido un problema y no le puedo dar más información. Después de insistir, nos prometió que al día siguiente recibiríamos nuestro pedido. ¡MENTIRA!!!!! De verdad que hubiera preferido que cancelaran el pedido y punto. Sin duda la pero experiencia que he tenido jamás. Obviamente puedo entender que se comentan errores, pero no que nadie te de una respuesta, Una fecha, una solución!!!!

Lowering the standard of logistics in Spain. The carrier contacted me by WhatsApp in an unprofessional manner, using an informal tone and telling me in capital letters not to call him and to share my location. Furthermore, instead of delivering the order to my home, as I had paid for, he left it at a bar and told me to go pick it up. Unbelievable.

I was supposed to receive my package yesterday and they lied about it sending an email that it was not possible to delivery it as nobody was at home!!! I’ve been at home the hole day! I can see from the previous comments that they are no reliable at all!

They lie about the estimated date, the delivery date, they lie that they tried to delivery your things. They also lie that the package was damaged and can’t delivery it to you, they steal your stuff, and you need to order everything once again or request refund directly from the store you bought because they just don’t care. This happened to me 7 times. And this very day is happening again. I really hope that this company bankrupt asap. I sent so many emails and complaints, but they just said “im sorry the inconvenience caused” or they don’t even reply. Because of PAACK I’ll stop buying online the trauma that I am always losing stuff that I spend hours choosing.

always wrong ! The only company do not use maps - because never find my adress and poor company do not have a phones to call so I can meet or explain how to find a destination ... how they still exist???

2 packages stolen. Claims to deliver to guardian of the building when they are not working. Scam company and seems like nobody has ever good experience not sure why Amazon is using them. Considering not shopping with Amazon because of this anymore
