Only gave 1 because can’t give zero. We sent 3 ebay items in one packlink parcel . We linked all 3 to the same tracking number . Yes , you guessed , they lost it , but would only pay out on one item . This was the case even though they had all the evidence and pdf evidence . Totally unethical company , no way to appeal , simply don’t reply . Ebay not interested even though asked them to address packlink policy . Basically packlink will not cover combined postage shipments . Unethical and dishonest company... don’t use them.

It was all good until now they want to charge me a 5 Euros extra one month after the delivery for faking that my parcel was overweight. Around one month ago I handed over my parcel in the shop, there the attendant weighed the parcel and it was within the condition. But then today I received an email from them saying that my parcel was overweight (it was a shoes box with only 1.1 kg but they said it weighed 5 kg.) There is no evidence but simply an email saying your parcel is overweight and they charged from my payment card right on the same day of email. Pity that I would never use Packlink any more.

PACKLINK IS A SCAM !!! Do not use them… I paid for a service to send a box home to Australia from Rome and the parcel for some reason never left Italy. It was apparently ‘returned to sender’ the parcel now via Poste Italia had been attempted to be delivered to an address at an Airbnb that I was staying in at the time. As I was not there I could not receive parcel. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact Packlink via ‘contanct us’ or the help section. Not one person has contacted me regarding this problem. I have received numerous generic automated responses saying the same thing ( which was put in a claim for loss ! ) very annoying! Even though I know that the item is at poste Italia in Rome I now cannot get the parcel as they claim I have to get Packlink to sort out issue.

My package was stolen by an Evri employee at their depot. Evri say the issue is Packlinks. Packlink require every detail including my inside leg measurement and some weeks later pay £25 compensation for a phone worth £180. I’ve requested company details in order to take them to a small claims court, but it would appear they don’t actually exist!

Like many others here, the parcel I sent through eBay went missing. I refunded the buyer £70. Eventually Packlink agreed the claim. The £5 postage was refunded and they said they would compensate me with £25. It has never arrived, emails disappear into the black hole named Antonio. Avoid.

Ebay Item number: 285060539168 GB2022EBAY0061271261 Pack link Claim Resolution number UPS / Pack link Tracking number: 1ZV827Y1DL28309702 Item Collectable Hardy Fishing reel So, I am selling this fishing reel. I dont know how old it is, but its a Hardy, a much sought after vintage reel by fishermen - in great condition. I have an ebay account, great feedback, so I decide to put it up for auction. I am a little bit nervous, as I am scared of the seller saying he didnt receive it, so I post it next day delivery, signature required...the top postage of £9.97 insured for £60, even though I know its worth more. Well, the buyer got a bargain and bid £76 for it, but it doesnt make it past Bargain Booze in the UPS tracking. Off the record, the bargain booze guy tells me, that parcels are always going missing, but its not at the shop. He thinks the recent influx of agency staff drivers, due to postal strikes are stealing the items, not scanning certain ones, and that I shouldnt have drawn attention to my item by making in 'Next Day'...'Signature required' So, now worried, I contact Ebay. They say they have my back, as they can read the tracking. I wont lose any money. The buyer gets upset, and raises a case...understandably. Four weeks later, and its still not arrived. Ebay hold my funds, and dont even look into my side of it - liars I guess about having my back, and pack link /UPS's say they cannot pay me any compensation because it was a prohibited item due to the age of the item. How would I know this was a prohibited item from the link ebay sent me to? Anyway, I lost my georgious reel, £9.97 postage that I paid UPS, and ebay even had the cheek to only pay me fees on the item, not the postage that the buyer paid. They refunded the buyer from my credit card. My belief is this is a scam company. I will never post again, or use ebay. Shame on ebay for recommending a scam company - in my opinion. Someone needs to investigate this company. How many items have gone missing? How many didnt they pay out on. I am sending all details to the Ombudsman to investigate.

Claims process is slow, lazy and frustrating. Waited ages for replies, many of which unclear to then be told the item I am claiming against isn't claimable for loss or damage. Why send me through all of the hoops to tell me my claim isn't valid in the first place?! Advice for customers - check the item list against prohibited items in event of a loss or damage claim. You will likely find that most things cannot be claimed against...

Ordered a shipping label through ebay after selling a PC, the first label I ordered ended up with the wrong weight as the package was 6 KG heavier than expected. Cancelled that label and asked for a refund then ordered a second label. I am now being told that I actually did in fact use the first label and I will not receive a refund because the package it was supposed to go on is "in transit." If I check the tracking number it says awaiting package, so they obviously didn't even bother cancelling it even though my account says it is. Not sure how it's actually in transit if they haven't even received it?? I have clear evidence of it being cancelled and not being in transit. What an absolute useless waste of time this company is.. I will be contacting my bank and telling them about this FRAUD. Since I am being charged for a service I never used.

Appalling customer care. They never pay for lost or damaged items. Do everything they can to be obstructive. Dreadful company - they just take your money and flip you a finger if you have a problem.

The item arrived broken and they took no responsibility, as they always do, claiming that the packaging was not good enough. I think they didn’t even look at the pictures I’ve sent with all the layers of cardboard, bubble wrap and wood threads. Totally disappointing.

I've used it 3 times to move my personal belongings, and each time I had a problem! 1) Parcel blocked at the custom because (I found out after days of calls) they need a copy of my ID, which doesn't appears in the instructions. 2) Parcel is rejected by the courier because of some issues with custom codes. After 9 days, I still don't know where the parcel is, why exactly it has been refused, if I lost the money for this shipment and what I should do prevent it from happening again. 3) Parcel has been delivered at a collection point, but I'm asked to pay custom fees. Being only personal belongings, I have tried to contact Packlink to ask for clarifications. Nobody replied. I moved to another country and I am still waiting to receive my stuff. I would never recommend Packlink. Better use Shipmybag or other services, maybe more pricey, but definitely more reliable!

Non reliable - do not use. My mum sent me a package at the end of September. After a couple of weeks I have opened a practice to check where my box was and they asked me to send them some documents, which I missed to sent and they told me the practice was archived. I then opened another practice and sent all the documents right away. They have been ignoring me and just keep closing my requested as “solved” but my package is still out there and they are still not taking responsibility for anything even though I insured the shipping. Awful service.

Worst delivery and customer service. They lost my delivery and offered 25% of the item value as compensation. They don't have a phone and their chat is completely dysfunctional

My experience has been terrible. Two months after getting my parcel I got charged 25 euros extra because according to Packlink, my pack was 2 cm wider than the accepted measure. And, "if you disagree please send us a photograph of the package to certify the weight and dimensions of your package (using a ruler to certify the dimensions and a scale for the weight)I will never use it anymore" . I throw away that box two months ago! Horrible service. Never again

currently have an accepted loss claim that has been awaiting payment since 13th September. Despite emailing on 5 occasions I have not even had a courtesy reply from Antonio who I believe is handling this after Victoria completed all of the work. All you can do with their complaints service is email back or go on the site where it frustratingly just tells you your case is still open. I have had to pay the buyer over 3 weeks ago £70 which is a lot of money when you are not a business. I am switching the majority of my business as a result.

Dear past and future customers of Packlink, I completely agree, from my very own personal experience that this is a terrible company and no one should never use them. But please don't despair if you are trying to claim from them and have not been able to. help is here !! I just got £1400 back from them for a damaged amplifier which they were refusing to pay. Please know that Packlink is a Spanish company. so please contact https://www.ukecc.net What is the UKICC? Packlink tried to charge extra for a wrong parcel weight which was not true. They accepted that it was an error and no charge would be made only for it to be processed through PayPal a week or so later. Watch out if using Packlink that your PayPal account has not been switched to "pre-approval" for Packlink which enables them to dip into your PayPal account without reference to you. Packlink seems to me to be operating on the limits of legality with an atrocious attitude to customers
