Shipping is a little delayed but it's like that anywhere right now.. we have to remember we're all bored and can't wait to get our new projects and start them..being stuck in quarantine sucks for everybody. “I ordered a custom painting kit from PWD on August 22. After I placed the order I came across a negative review of the company on Instagram and I decided to seek other reviews to get a clearer picture. I ended up at this site and read all of the negative reviews. I started getting nervous wondering if I would receive my order. The best case scenario I came up with was getting the order in October or November based on the shipping advice posted on their website. I even reached out to the company via Facebook and spoke to Heather who reassured me that she would be available to help with any problems. I decided to show a little faith and waited for my order. To my astonishment the order arrived on September 10. The box was a little crushed but everything was intact. I've yet to go through the diamonds to see if everything was sent, but I'm excited to start on it.”

“My first orders took 8 weeks for one kit and 9 weeks for the other kit to arrive, but they did arrive. I wasn't sure if I was willing to wait so long for another kit, but PWD was the only place that carried a picture I wanted. So I placed an order on August 2 and received my order on September 2. I'm really pleased that they managed to speed up their delivery. It's not Amazon speed, but then again, Amazon doesn't carry the picture I wanted.”
