“Very unprofessional bunch of rude people, very hard to deal with. Feeling like talking to the brick wall when chatting with the office etc. They only look to get your money, loads of hidden fees, charge you half of your money when they cancel your order. In general, to save yourself the stress and loss of money, I'd not recommend their service and look for business elsewhere. 2 weeks now, and I'm still awaiting my refund and invoice for the money they charged me for nothing. Joke of the company...”

“STAY AWAY This company is a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. Firstly, I booked a pallet from Germany to UK, their partner emailed saying it’s scheduled then said they can’t schedule it till Friday 1st November and I was flying out on Wednesday so wouldn’t be able to load it! They then ring me asking to remove the review and they’ll process the refund quicker!!! Here I am 3 weeks later with no refund, I’ve had to contact my bank to dispute this and I will be taking legal action as my money is stil stuck with these guys. Worst company ever FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY GET THEIR COLLEAGUES TO RING CUSTOMERS TO REMOVE THEM! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY”

“Staff was helpful till the point of when it was collecting the goods. There were 2 services with which I thought was different couriers. One was DB shenker at £420 or something. And the other was £496 however the pickup date was a day earlier. I fleww out to Germany and said I’d need it picking up that date. The day of the pickup, DB shenker wanted paperwork. So I was flying back on the Wednesday they said they’d collect, so I was still able to go ahead with it. Their excuse was they needed to registers the goods with customs. Only to then get a reply saying Friday 1st November would be earliest!!! 2 days after my flight! I then contacted pallet2ship who said they’ll try get back, were absolutely no help! My recommendation is to go with FedEx, way cheaper, quicker and reliable pickup. Then pallet2ship have the cheek to charge me a cancellation fee, so I will be contracting my bank.”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY CHARGED FOR WHAT I WAS QUOTED £170 THEN ASKED TO PUT MY PARCEL ON A PALLET BY THEM THE FOLLOWING DAY I GOT CHARGED £316 SURCHARGE FOR THE ITEM BEING ON A PALLET ANYBODY THINKING OF USING THESE CON ARTISTS DONT AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE”

“DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR AVOID!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THESE INCLUDING THE MANAGER GEORGE ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH MY DELIVERY TURNED UP 7 DAYS LATE WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COMPANY PAID HIGHLY FOR DELIVERY THEN APPRENTLY ATTEMPTED DELIVERY AND WAS NOT SUCCESFUL AFTER SENDING GOOGLE IMAGES OF MY ROAD LYING ABOUT IT BEING BLOCKED! THEN EMAILED TO SAY THEY WANT A FURTHER £30 TO BRING IT IN A DIFFERENT SIZE VAN OR NO DELIVERY WILL BE MADE! POSSIBLY THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER AND WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER TO LET EVERYONE KNOW KNOW TO AVOID!! I HAVE EVER BIT OF EVIDENCE TO BACK UP MY STORY!! “Absolutely disgusted with this company. We paid for a service on the 30 July which did not happen and we are still waiting for a refund (over 4 months later). The day they were supposed to pick up they called to say they could not do it for the amount paid. They then offered another solution for 3 times the amount. We declined this and are still waiting for a full refund.”

“Never Ever use this company , we have secound time delivery with this company , first was from England To Ireland and we pay 500 £ for 3-5 day delivery and stay in coatum fro 4 month and after we return to my supplier . Then I place on order for delivery from Ireland to Romania pay 450£ for 3-5 day delivery and is now 3 weeks never now where is my pallet. But this they are in big problem with us, becouse never return the money for first order and never answer the phone o in chat . Never use this company please check before use it.”

“BEWARE - DONT TRUST THEM! We use them 4 times. what we can tell about them is: 1. many extra hidden surcharges for no reason. 2. one-week deliveries take 1-2 months or are lost in transit! 3. No one picks up phones. 4. Office registered in SELF STORAGE facility. 5. MAJORITY OF 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE,ON TRUSTPILOT, ON FACEBOOK OR ON GOOGLE ARE LEFT BY 1 REVIEW ROMANIAN ACCOUNTS AND THAT COMPANY IS OWN AND RUN BY ROMANIANS. FACEBOOK REVIEWS LEFT FOR THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE FROM THE SAME SMALL TOWN IN ROMANIA (AS YOU CAN SEE THAT ON FACEBOOK) CLEARLY REVIEWS SCAM! ALMOST ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE LEFT BY "INVITATION" (WHICH PALLET2SHIP CAN SEND TO ANYONE - EG. THEIR FRIENDS FROM ROMANIA OR TO THIER FAKES ACCOUNTS) PURE SCAM!!!! 6. bottom of the website saying that pallet2ship exist since 2007 when the website was registered in 2015 and the company was registered in 2015, so another lie! “I've paid pallet to ship . To send a pallet . The pallet is still sitting in front of me and my money stolen . They blank my calls and emails and demand more money because they went to the wrong address but say they've been . Which is entirely outside of my control . DO NOT USE! THIS COMPANY GO ELSEWHERE”

“This is my first time to use the service from this company. The experience is really bad! I have an pallet to be shipped from Germany to United Kingdom. I have place on order online on in mid Jan and completed the payment. However, the company told me there is no carrier that can provide the service at the moment and asked me to wait. After several conversation finally they told me in early Feb there is an other carrier can be used but I have to pay around 40% more of the shipping cost. I have completed the payment again and they ask them to complete several documents which provide the information I have given them already. The pallet has been collected for 2 weeks but there is no update from the company. I have to keep asking the status EVERYDAY but they cannot give me any information like where is the pallet! The service is very poor. Don't use the service from this company!”

“There are not a shipping agent. They are a broker that offer a cheap delivery, but then hit you with huge port clearance fees in conjunction with the actual shipping agent at the other end. Stay well away, unless you want to be conned.”

“I got a quote to ship a pallet to France and settled on a 2-3 working day transit time. Despite advertising this, they then sent an email that stated 1-5 working days transit time. 6 wording days have passed and the estimated delivery time has passed with no updates form the carrier. I have contacted Pallet2Ship who have not responded. In addition to this, I was unhappy with the lack of information on the website regarding weight and measurements. They charged me extra because I did not include the actual pallet itself in the dimensions. I found the tone of the email from them very harsh and not at all customer focused.”

“Wow, the worst delivery experience ever! Sent a pallet of stone geese to a customer in Yorkshire, Instead they got electrical equipment! Discovered that the geese were in Germany and told delivery would be put right quickly. Agreed refund of postage charges and passed these back to my customer. Weeks went by and at this point the customer was becoming less patient so I suggested I would make another pallet up and ship to the customer and they could send the pallet from Germany back to me. They were expecting to charge me for this at full rate so I just used another company. Original pallet sent in early July and finally declared lost on 3 September. Took until mid December to pay out when threatened with further action. Communication was all one way, if I wanted an update I had to seek it.”

“Well where do I start. Booked a half pallet , the items filled just over a quarter pallet so small and light. Collected from me on the Wednesday heading to Cornwall, cost £97.46. Previous shipments have cost £50-55 average. The following Monday I receive an email from the company saying the "roads in Cornwall are too narrow for the truck", well yes it is Cornwall after all. Is this the first delivery they have ever made to the west country? They state they will charge me a further £25 plus VAT to redeliver with a smaller vehicle. I object to this and the representative states "re-schedule the delivery with the recipient and I will sort the extra charge". I do so, the pallet is delivered and I look at my card statement and they have taken a further £36. Clearly Pallet2ship believe that 20% vat is not enough!!! I make that calculation £30 inc vat. The point is this, disbelieve what they say both verbally and in writing. There are certainly more competent transparent and trustworthy shipping companies out there. Summary, £136 to ship a small light pallet 300 miles, daylight robbery! Never again. TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS READING THIS PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT EVERYTHING IN THIS REVUE IS FACTUALLY 100% ACCURATE AND NOT EXAGGERATED IN ANY WAY.”

Hi Peter, thank you for taking the time to review us!Indeed the road was narrow and the driver couldn’t access it, but you had the possibility to specify that the access is restricted, and we would have requested a smaller truck, more, the delivery contact number was incorrect, if you had provided a correct phone number, the driver would have reached the receiver and find a solution, meet at the corner of the street or somewhere nearby and deliver the pallet.Our colleague tried to call you, as well, but without any luck.Of course, that we had to return the pallet at the depot and the driver wasted a journey and occupied a slot in the truck with your pallet for nothing.From here the charge, and it is stipulated in our Terms and Conditions which you agreed with at the moment when you finalized the booking.We are not making any profits from these charges, and whenever a failed delivery occurs, we try our best to waive off the charges, sometimes it is not possible, as the depot was right in this case and it was not their fault or ours for not delivering this pallet. Regarding the price you have paid for a Half Pallet to be transported, if you considered that our services were too expensive, you were free to use any other company, no one forced you to book us for shipping your pallet,even if we are one of the cheapest options when it comes to transport pallets. I am sure you can understand our policy and would agree that setting up a truck for a re-delivery would impose a charge, as no one in this world works for free.Also, let me assure you that those £6 will be refunded to you as a matter of urgency. Honestly, your review does not reflect the truth, as you forgot to mention that you gave us wrong details and you didn’t answer the phone when we tried to call you to sort things out.
