“Unfortunately we have received very poor service from this company. Firstly they did not provide their palletising service when and as requested. Due to this our items were a day late being collected. They promised to have the pallets delivered to the destination by 12 noon the next day. They failed to deliver on this and were over 4 hours late. Further to this I have since tried to contact them and complain and have had no response which is particularly appalling.”

“The website was easy to use and reasonably clear. When my pallet was not collected as I expected I looked back into the website and in the small print found that "next day" only applied to business addresses and not residential. I run a small business so from my point of view I am a business address but it is a residential home as well. Its a little difficult to understand how Pallethub differentiate between the two and this could have been made more clear during the ordering process. Apart from that small glitch everything else ran very smoothly with the collection and the delivery and the prices are good! I will use the service again. Thanks Lynn Clark Materian Limited”

“Very helpful staff that I spoke to and order collected and delivered exactly as stated. The only wee glitch was that I was unable to track it. I did however phone the staff who were immediately able to tell me where it was. Really good service Well done. Ron McGilp”

“As a first time user I found the order web page confusing, had to ring Mansfield to get advice, it didn't seem logical to click half a pallet, my parcel was 1.4 mtr long. The tracking was excellent, didn't understand all the terminology but gleamed enough information to know where my parcel was. The delivery driver was excellent, nothing was to much trouble, he even put it in the garage for me. Finally the cost was very competitive, I had been quoted £120 by " a man with a van " and he wanted it dismantling.”

“Delivery arrived minus the vast majority of the products I had ordered due to delivery pick-up guy being unable to read the order which told him exactly what he had to pick up. Also communication and customer service virtually non-existent due to the myriad of people you have to try to deal with. Avoid like the plague.”

“Pallet was collected on time and delivered as requested. However product was re-wrapped and checked prior to collecting and was subsequently damaged when it arrived at the destination. I have hoped for a secure delivery and have had to replace the product”

“Very quick, efficient & cost effective service - would definitely use again. That said, we were surprised that the pallet arrived on a flatbed with no means of unloading despite request for delivery with tail-lift, but luckily we were able to borrow a forklift from across the road; not everyone would have been so fortunate and I don't know what they would have done !”

“The ordering system was quick and easy. The pallet was picked up on the correct day and I believe was delivered a day earlier than specified. Hence I was more than satisfied with the service received.”
