I recently paid for expedited shipping to arrive in time for my daughter's birthday but due to their mistake the order was delayed and now wouldn't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. Customer service wouldn't even help saying it's the fault of the shipping company, yet they can't just refund me the amount and have me just make the purchase at a local store. Such a complete waste of time. You're just better off heading into a store and calling it a day. Now I going to be that dad that shows up to his daughter's birthday party empty handed because of Pandora. This is an experience I will never do again and will never order form Pandora again

For the price the quality of products is poor and customer service is even worse. Sent wrong item and I can’t even begin to explain how long it took to resolve!

Spent 150$ to get the free promotional bracelet, which arrived broken. I called customer service to be told there is no warranty on free items. Thanks for the lovely gift I can't use.

WORST EXPERIENCE Beyond disappointed in the service provided. After receiving the wrong item not once but twice I decided to not risk getting the wrong item a third time and asked for a refund. I was advised it could take 7 to 10 days. When I followed up on the 11 day. They advised there was an error with the refund and I would have to wait an additional 3-10 days.

I have ordered a bracelet for my mom as a Christmas present then to find out that 2 weeks later that bracelet turned a different colour even though it was worn for a week and then keep safe. It was really disappointed especially when I’ve been trying to reach out to them through their email and explain and they had the nerve to drag me along and stop replying. After this of course I was more than disappointed and asked for a refund and till this day they aired me. This is really unacceptable as this is my right as a customer especially when they specify of their websites that their products have a 2 year warranty. Pandora is a well trusted company but after this..I doubt. This company has been claiming their products are legit this is violating the Consumer Protection Act , The Trade Descriptions Act.

So disappointed in Pandora at the moment. Will never ever buy a gift card from again eventhough me, my sister and my mum don't really buy jewellery from any other shops. Me and my parents got a £300 gift card for my sister 30th birthday. One of the item got cancelled and they informed about it her at 2 am and because most of the people sleep at night she didn't reply to it. Pandora decided to send her £83 gift card refund (the cancelled item was worth £125) instead of offering a different item for the same price, which she would be happy to accept. After spending hours on the phone she was promised by the manager that if she orders a different item for the same price they will send the balance of £42 onto her account. After placing the order and paying £42 of her pocket they sent her another gift card for £33 instead of money transfer of £42 as previously agreed. So she ended up with £42 short and a gift she doesn't need now. The worst customer service ever! Thanks Pandora for making my sister's 30th birthday so "special" 😡😡😡😡

Customer service is shocking! I ordered a pair of earrings when Pandora had a 20% discount code. When the earrings arrived they were faulty. I returned them online as stores are currently closed and requested a replacement. Pandora ignored my request and want me to pay full price for a pair of non-faulty earrings. I complained so they offered me a 10% discount, again I declined and was offered 15% discount. Customers shouldn’t be penalised for the fact that stores are closed due to COVID. Pandora shouldn’t be sending out faulty products. Customer service agent actually used the phrase “not my problem”. I’m not asking for much, just to be able to reorder the earrings at the price I paid at point of sale.....nothing more. Very poor service!

I've never experienced any.problems with any of the items I have bought. My experience of the online store has been good and the products come quickly. It was slightly longer just before Christmas but then the postal service was much busier and they probably were too. I've found the store staff in 4 different stores I have been to helpful.

Poor customer service! My rose gold ring is tarnished and worn once bought in November.This is the 2nd rose gold ring this has happened to. I honestly never want to go down the refund customer service again as I really feel traumatised. Please save your money and buy elsewhere and get quality elsewhere.

Me and my boyfriend went to Pandora at Springfield where we got an awful experience. The team lead who attended to us was rude and condescending, she treated us like we couldn't afford to buy anything and almost seemed to mock me when I asked a question.

Dreadful customer service from Julie Manager at Telford store.She should be retrained in how to approach customers, how to speak to them in a correct manner and tone.She is definitely not to the standard to have that Manager Title. Problem was when I needed to exchange a charm that was bought for a Christmas present, due to my daughter being bought one from a friend.As soon as she new I had bought it on the online shop her attutude changed even though I had the packaging, the invoice one of the products I ordered two.By the time I was talking to a lovely shop assistant explaining what I had already said to the woman monitoring the doorway who turned out to be the manager, the manager rudely interrupted us stating that I must not be given a refund as I had bought on line,I had never asked for a refund all I wanted was an exchange.She was loud, rude and did not seem to care that other shoppers were listening to how she was speaking to me and the shop assistant.She said the shop assistant was new to the store and wanted her to know She not only made me the customer feel uncomfortable but the shop assistant and on lookers.The exchange took place but my experience with the exchange was very un -pleasent.No refunds, no credit notes will be offered only exchange for the same price.With being low in stock this was hard , felt under pressure to exchange for anything worried about the loss of money. I felt like Pandora are breaking some kind of consumer rights law by doing this.

I placed an order. They didn't ship everything saying 2 items were out of stock. Fine. They refunded the items, but no the total amount. It was minus the tax on those items. This was July. The keep saying 7-10 days but nothing. Now they won't even answer my emails ! Nice Pandora. I guess you need the money
