“HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE IT TAKES 3 VISITS 6 MEN TO DELIVER A FRIDGE FREEZER.
Delivery American Fridge Freezer, the order stated additional services wet disconnection & disposal & wet connection & install. Delivery guys refused to uninstall told me they informed their manager before they left they could do delivery only no uninstall or installation he told them to deliver it. They stood and watched my 70year old husband uninstall and remove the heavy doors on his own & they then put the fridge on the van. They proceeded to bring the new fridge freezer in & dumped it in the hallway. I spoke to their person on the phone explaining my food was defrosting I had no freezer or fridge and she said it was a regular occurrence and that they would send an installation team out that day & would ring me back she didn’t I rang again got a similar answer and eventually was informed they would send someone the next morning to install. They arrived took one look at the fridge in the hall said no we can’t touch that you need an installation team we have just come to plumb the fridge in we don’t remove doors. We eventually got a third team in they installed & plumbed in the fridge in the kitchen late that afternoon.
We lost £100 plus of fridge & freezer food which had defrosted & spoilt. The only good thing was it was refuse collection day and we didn’t have to keep rotting food for a week. My insurance won’t cover the loss of food because they say it’s Panthers negligence so Panther are you going to recompense me ????”
“Received email confirmation of delivery date with two hour window, 10:14-12:14 ! Rang mobile number of delivery driver Shaan an hour later than the intended slot. He pretended he couldn’t hear me & hung up…several times. Rang the retailer I purchased the goods from who said they’d contact them to see what was happening. Eventually after a 8hr wait I had to leave to attend to horses etc, dogs were also desperate to go out as they hadn’t been out since 8am. Considering I was 5th delivery slot of the day, out of 23, this is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. So I have cancelled my purchase and ordered from another company who don’t use Panther. Also Live Chat was unavailable.”

Two people (The driver and co-worker) were send to help; Lee and Steven.
They took the good to the house, unpacked it, put it in its right place in the room, took the packing away and left.

“We ordered an LG American Style Fridge-Freezer from LG’s online shop. Unfortunately, the charlatans calling themselves Panther Logistics were responsible for delivery and installation.
The LG fridge-freezer arrived with their three-man crew, which we had specified with both LG and Panther by telephone would be needed to deliver and install the fridge-freezer, as the doors would need to be removed to get this large and heavy unit into the house and into the kitchen. The 3-man team of unfriendly and very unhelpful wide-boys from Panther informed us follows: “We are the correct team to deliver and install your fridge-freezer. You are down for delivery and installation by the three-man team (us), but not for removing the doors of the fridge-freezer to get it into your house.” (I repeat, we had previously confirmed by telephone with Panther Logistics and LG UK that we needed a three-man team to deliver, install and remove doors as necessary.)
I asked them: “Are you the team that knows how to remove the doors of the fridge-freezer?”
They replied “Yes, but we can’t do it because it’s not down on the docket.”
So the LG fridge-freezer was TAKEN AWAY AGAIN on the Panther Logistics van.
THIS IS AN APPALLING SERVICE AND SHOWS A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER CARE.
I wrote to the Managing Director of Panther Logistics, a Mr. Gary McKelvey, to complain. Mr McKelvey was too much of a coward to respond personally to our complaint. Instead one of his minions, a very rude woman, phoned us, failed completely to apologise, and actually talked over my wife without listening. This ghastly woman informed my wife that Mr. McKelvey had "gone out" so couldn't speak to my wife himself. (No doubt the coward had disappeared to the golf club.)
Before these appalling idiots at Panther Logistics reply with a comment to email their complaints dept (ha ha! Lot of good that will do!) - I repeat that I wrote by first class post to Mr. Gary McKelvey, the Managing Director of the pathetic dog and pony show, and the result was as above. The whole pack of them should hang their heads in shame.

I was having my American fridge freezer replaced but they left my new appliance in the middle of the kitchen. Now I’m completely stuck!!! “A real bad experience! We were told our order will get delivered today, then got a text message their is delivery issue. Then their customer services called their has been some error on system- it will get delivered today for sure . It’s now nearly 10.30 at night and no delivery and no message from company. Really unprofessional and a big company like Samsung should not use them.”

From Furniture Village .Silentnight used Panther as their carrier. No problem with delivery however van was dirty and damaged and guys scruffy. After they left, noticed that pendant and gold chain had been stolen from a bedside table. Complained to Silentnight who simply referred the matter to Panther. Two weeks later Panther confirmed it was not their guys,
Despite the police report. Neither company would accept responsibility and were content with platitudes about their concern and customer service. DO NOT USE PANTHER
Check with your retailer. Insist on an alternative carrier.”
“Cain & Sean delivered our sofas today what a fantastic team nothing was too much trouble very polite and friendly they phoned to say they were on there way and being able to track the delivery was great too. They assembled both the sofas together and set all up in no time. Having ordered the sofas 2wks ago in store and being told that delivery wouldn’t be until the beginning of March 2022 this was fantastic news that they were delivered today.

“Ordered a bed from Dunelm & selected delivery date when placing order. Heard from Panther a few days later & they had changed the delivery by a day, which we could accommodate, so that was OK.
The day before delivery, we received a text & email from Panther, giving a 2 hour window for the delivery to take place. (11:30 to 13:30) When still no delivery by 16:00, I eventually managed to contact Panther via their online chat facility, only to be told that they do not deliver to my postcode & the delivery window I was given was for them to deliver it to a 3rd party courier, who would then contact me in 3-5 days to arrange a suitable delivery date!
The person I contacted did not know who the 3rd party courier would be.
The next day, while an hour away from our house, we received a call from a local-ish courier (based 40 miles away), asking where he could leave the boxes, as he was at our house. Luckily, we have a small shed in the garden, which was open & he could leave the boxes there. I mentioned that Panther said that we would be contacted prior to delivery & he said that Panther had not told them any of this & that they were a nightmare to deal with.”
“It’s been over a month I am waiting for my delivery. I purchased a sofa of Wayfair and neither companies have been able to sort this issue.
Panther missed two slots to collect my sofa from the provider. To add they delivered this to the wrong depo. I have been calling daily as the reference issue does not work on their website.
They expect you to sit at home waiting for a delivery and no show.
Shame I am unable to prove zero stars because this company and experience is utterly appalling.
