I bought from Samsung own website great i thought....no way ...even they couldn't help ....3 times they said they would definitely deliver, even the complaints manager said yes it will be with today. They basically lied to me or they were lied to by the depo .. My advice don't use them ..

Absolute rubbish. Paid for a specific date for a large garden item. Inbox and text was then bombarded with messages saying day before delivery I would receive a time slot. That never happened so morning of delivery I called them. I was told not only would I not receive it that day, it would be another two days before I received it as they had sent it to the wrong depot the other end of the country. I told them it needed to be delivered first thing Saturday morning as they were delaying it by two days it was then arriving the day of our party. They could not be certain it would arrive in the Morning even though it was their error you would think they could manage even that. But no again for the next couple of days bombarded with texts and emails asking if I wanted to upgrade. Basically they wanted to charge me thirty quid to take the packaging away. No thanks. Over the course of the three days they were supposed to deliver I must of had a hundred emails and texts. It was endless. All the messages reminding me how useless they were. So the night before the final delivery date I receive a text well about five another half a dozen emails telling g me my time slot between 4-7 in the evening. Are you kidding me you would of thought but no I was having a twilight delivery on the day of the party if the stuff I had ordered in plenty of time but their inept admin team sent it to the wrong part of the country. Bit o my that on the day of delivery I start getting messages saying the driver is running TWO HOURS LATE. The item then arrives in a box big enough to live in which is obviously not going through the front door. It wouldn’t go through the door of Buckingham palace it was that big. So I said it will have to be unpacked. With that the driver was on the phone trying to find out if they were allowed to. There was no chance he was going to get it into the garden and he had no intentions of even trying to help us. So they just threw the enormous box of my driveway and left us. Mid party with the garden furniture that should of been delivered three days previously dumped on my driveway. I then started receiving emails saying they hoped it was a great experience and could I leave a review. Well here it is Panther YOUR COMPANY IS RUBBISH. YOUR TELEPHONE AGENTS LIE UNTIL THEY ARE CAUGHT OUT THEN START BACK TRACKING. I COULDNT IMAGINE A WORSE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. How’s that for a review I’m going to block your emails and texts now so I don’t get anymore if your junk mail

3 delivery dates given but cancelled on the morning of delivery. They lost my item which was a two person delivery. 4th attempt my delivery was delivered. The two delivery people did thier job satisfactorily.

I wish i knew how awful this company was I would never have let myself take on the stress. Delivery drivers rude, unhelpful and just an inconvenience. With 2 unsuccessful delivery's I cancelled my order of a washer dryer which I actually needed but didn't want any more stress from these cowboys. Jerrard is an absolute weapon he shouldn't even be employed by anybody. So now I'm left with a pile of washing and no dryer. I recon the reason they didn't deliver was because they had to bring it up some stairs and couldn't be bothered

Everything included absolutely rude staff. Just not interested in the customer. Never want to have to use this service again. Sky Glass should take note.

0 stars !!!! I will never buy from a company again if i know its this mob delivering. Original delivery date 18th May, timeslot given the night before of 5-7pm, fine. On the 18th at 9am i get a text to say theres a delivery issue & my order will have to be rescheduled, not awful, got a goodwill gesture from Dunelm at this point for my trouble. Got a text at 1pm to say they will still come today on another vehicle but no timeslot only half hour notice, fantastic, lets finally disassemble the bed now in anticipation for it coming. Text at 6.30pm to say my delivery will now be scheduled for the next day, nowhere to sleep now, great…. Apparently will be updated that night with a timeslot. No timeslot given. Finally on the 19th May, i find out from a live chat robot that im 6th drop so itll be some time in the afternoon, still with a 30 min notice. Now the tracker is updated with a time slot of 8.20 to 10.20, and its now 11.30. Must be miracle workers these lot. Absolute joke, steer well clear !! - bed arrived finally at 12.30 and the drivers couldnt have been any more nice. But still, i will never buy if i know its coming from Panther!

Awful. If you see Panther are delivering your order from an online retailer just cancel it and go elsewhere. it is honestly not worth the hassle at all. If you thought places like Evri and DX were bad then you've not dealt with Panther before.

Oh my God this is the worst experience of my life in delivery. Thank God for professional delivery drivers and other people in DPD and amazon etc. The phone messages indicated they would deliver between 13:49-1549 but I would get a call 30- 60 mins before. They rang me at 1:45; he categorically insisted I should be there at 14:00. I told him I was promised a call at least 30 minutes before delivery. he said "I am calling you now". (I would assume the calls are recorded. Please take time to play this conversation.) After going back and forth same info I think he hanged up! That's the only reason I would think as he never rang me back. I managed to drop everything and rushed back home. I got home at 14:02 and they were not there. I rang back , did not answer. He rang me back immediately and said they would be there in 5 minutes. Finally, they arrived. I had everything ready and door open. As usual I have slippers at the door for my hygiene. (I appreciate some people may not be comfortable removing their shoes. They did not ask if to remove outdoor shoes or not! Actually one of them took the slippers and gently there them to the corner! Clearly it was a sign of "not respecting my house"or another reason I really do not know . They were speaking in non english language hence a clear indication that they did not want me involved or any other reason I really don't know. I wanted the delivery in two different parts of the room but clearly could not get that message across when they were communicating to each other in Non -english language. remember the aggressive conversation earlier was a clear indication that I should probably be very careful when communicating to them despite my need for the order being delivered. After delivering the two loads, I asked if the delivery was completed and one of them said "yes". Otherwise I would have been left waiting until I possibly see the vehicle move off. I am still figuring out what on earth just happened. These people need education, not punishing.

Delivery was actually an hour earlier than expected which wasn’t a problem. However I have never had more surly delivery people, no-one actually spoke to me at any point, one said absolutely nothing and the other one only grunted. They dumped the new mattress on the side, took the old mattress off the bed and were about to leave when I asked them to unwrap the new mattress and put it on the bed. One just left and went the van and the other one did as he was asked but with very bad grace. I’m in my 70s and you’d have thought a bit of common courtesy would have them do that without being asked. At least he took the packaging way with him. But if I never have another delivery from Panther it will be too soon.

Gave me a delivery window of between 13.20 and 15.20 hours. The delivery eventually arrived at 18.42 hours with no apology for the lateness.The delivery was for three radiators and some accessories. All the box’s had fragile on the outside but as they opened the rear tail lift door none of the fragile parcels were strapped to the side of the van and all had clearly fallen down during transit. Two of the three radiator box’s were damaged and one had clearly been repaired with brown parcel tape. The live link to view the location of the delivery was constantly down on the day and as the van pulled up outside the live link indicated they were 26 miles away. It took me around 25 seconds to open the front door from the driver knocking on the door by which time they had clearly reported to the contact centre that I was not in ( I know this as the contact centre rang me and left a voicemail on my phone)I opened the door as they were about to set off. ( Clearly the drivers were running so late they just wanted to give a short delivery attempt and go).The radiators were delivered over 3 hours late, but without any doubt I would never opt to use this company again. Service was so bad I would not re-use the online plumbing merchants from which I ordered the goods. Use Panther logistics at your peril !

Placed an order with Pets At Home and paid extra for next day delivery. Order placed before 8pm cut off time, confirmation from Pets At Home that order would arrive the following day (28th). Email from panther logistics later said delivery had been booked for the day after (29th). It will be Pets At Home's responsibility to refund the next day delivery cost as the service I paid for has not been delivered, but this is due to Panther.

The delivery men took my 65 sky glass tv without putting it in a box and knowing the was big items in the delivery van and the tv got damaged by this and now I'm being charged for the damaged by sky of 328 pounds witch was coursed by them

I received a text to advise my delivery would be 8-10am the night before. On the morning I received a text saying "Please be advised your delivery is now on a back up vehicle and your timeslot is no longer applicable". I rang customer service twice. Both members of staff were polite but couldn't help in determining what time I would get my delivery. I was told the van may leave at 10 or 11 or 12! By using the link, I was able to find out that I was the 6th delivery of the day. Finally my goods arrived at 4.30pm. I would never knowingly use Panther again and in future, I will check with a supplier to see which courier they use. If it's Panther, I will go elsewhere.

ordered kitchen appliance from a firm who had the misfortune to select Panther as their delivery partner, had a message first thing with an estimated deliver slot of 9-11 am, when I checked the online tracker at 11 they were shown as being 2 hrs away < I was drop 7 and they were still on drop 1 !, at 1.30 another text advising they were running 2 hrs late , so 2 hrs would move the deliver to 2.00 but they were still 2 hrs away on the tracker, finally at 4.00 they arrived, no call 30 min ahead as promised and no sorry for making you wait all day from the driver ! there must be better 2 man delivery firms out there as these don't deserve to still be in business !

So....I am still waiting for a delivery which should have arrived this morning.....and then between 1 and 2 and then 3 to 4. Phoned the company who said its still being delivered today just don't know when and then cut me off. Not at all happy is an understatement. If it doesn't arrive today I'm refusing delivery.

Despite booking a specific date and getting multiple reminders and texts (which verged on harassment) that I would be given a delivery slot the night before, I received a phone call 10 minutes before they were turning up and on the day before delivery was booked. I had to scramble to get someone to go to my house, as obviously I was not there - I work, to ensure the cardboard box was not left in the rain. When I rang customer service to see what was going on I was advised to email them - this is unacceptable. This was a Dunelm delivery so I will be complaining to them directly as Panther customer service doesn't deal with issues or complaints!
