Absolutely disgusting appaling service…paid £15 for next day delivery for my item…that one was cancelled and postponed for the next day Then i had mixedup messages about the time slots between place ive ordered and Panther logistics Even postponed they were late 90 minutes.Parcel came up ripped and item bruised in few places… Both driver and drivers mate attitude was demanding,patronizing..They both looks scruffy and were complaining about long working hours and „shitty company” they working for…never even mentioned „sorry” or any other friendly explanation..i would be surprise if they were sober as well!!pathetic service!

Fantastic delivery service from the 2 guys who delivered my new mattress Nothing was too much trouble took their shoes of at the door and unpacked for me

Really amazing delivery experience the guys are super nice, calling me texting me and was waiting for me while I was on the way from school with my daughter in the car. amazing experience, special thank you for Alex Dorin.

Ordered 2 sets of drawers and a dressing table from noa and nani. Paid for next day delivery (even though 5 days later) as was off work for that time. Took 4 deliveries to get satisfied order. First delivery, boxes were missing (drawers came in 2 boxes and dressing table in 1). Received only 1 chest of drawers. 2nd delivery, missing boxes came but both chest of drawers and dressing table damaged. 3rd delivery, resent new chest of drawers and dressing table but again box missing again (dressing table missing). 4th delivery missing box arrived. On each delivery even at times the items were not damaged inside, the packaging was heavily damaged. Doesnt surprise me if more than half the deliveries from Panther are damaged. Noa and Nani refunded our next day delivery charge but did not compensate for the further 3 occasions I had to take either a morning or afternoon off work to wait in for the deliveries. Unfortunately even if these issues are down to the delivery company and not Noa and Nani I will be thinking twice of purchasing anything from them again or even a company that uses these for delivery due to the ridiculou issues. Receiving notifications of delivery between 9-10.30pm for the following day makes it difficult to organise being in. Little more notice would be preferable.

Two mornings wasted waiting for parcel I still haven’t received, am now told after I called it will be another 3 hours. They didn’t even call me to save wasting my time waiting around. Appalling service. Do not use

We had bought a sofa which BJS had ‘attempted’ to delivery. Having sent back the sofa because said company had been unable to gain access, Wafyfair resent the item out with this company - Panther. The two man team made short work of bringing in the 3 piece sofa suite, including the large sofa the other company found too heavy and too big to bring in. No whinging - just straight down to business and professional!

Ordered from Dunelm and was charged £9.95 for delivery, but I was able to choose delivery date which was 4 days later. From there the farce began. Both Dunelm and Panther began sending conflicting emails regarding delivery dates. Now supposed to be delivered today 5 days later than first schedule. Never again will I order delivery from any company who uses this delivery service.

Not happy at all. Renovation project ruined by this useless company. Ordered several items from Dunelm and all the deliveries via Panther are late. All Other couriers they use are on time so has to be Panther at fault. Was in contact with them but service is shockingly bad. How does it take 2 weeks to get 4 chairs and they still not here. I think Dunelm should reconsider who they use as Panther is giving them a bad name

Was told my delivery would be expected following day. Asked my boss to take off some work which was approved after a hassle of trying to find some one to cover me. Extremely let down when told as early as 9am the next day there was a failure with my item. Looked online for a review of Panther and it seems like a lot of other people are experiencing similar issues. Absolute waste of holiday.

Delivery was bang on time. The tracker was excellent and Neil and Silviu worked quickly and efficiently. They wore masks and even though they were in and out several times they always took their shoes on and off or blue over shoes on.

Delivery time not kept. Waited on all day. Given an amended time of two hours delay and was told to "rest assured " that I would be contacted when the van was 30 - 60 minutes away. Not contacted. Tried to 'chat' then told that my query would be answered within 24 hours! How is that a "chat"? Tracking page not working. Men eventually arrived. Didnt have a good understanding of English. Over 8 hours late. Didnt know that they were collecting the old bed. Didnt know that they were to assemble the new bed. 'Assembled' the bed. My friend and I then had to assemble it ourselves. Left mus on several steps of my stair carpet. Left forty hand prints on the bed. This was a delivery for Sealy to whom I shall be complaining.

Very bad experience. Hopeless company. Didn’t keep their two hour time slot and ended up without knowing what time the delivery will come and waited all day.

Absolutely terrible company. Like others they tell u late at night the day before the two hour time slot. After taking time off and rushing there, in the morning they texted you to say there is a delivery fault/ failure. Looking at the review, they seem to do similar things to others. Then when I asked what time it will come they says that they will let you know later but the email said that they will let you know at night just like the email you have received the day before. The delivery finally came 8 hours after the time slot. This is after repeated phoning and complaining. Absolutely hopeless. A disgrace. I only bought the mattress through mattress online because they promised 2 hour slot. It is unfortunate that they used panther logustics. I ended up wasting the whole day literally waited from 9:55am time slot til 6:20. I really feel cheated. A real scam

Terrible service. Panther sent a team of amateur sub-contractors to deliver my new Bed. No assembly or setup, instead my expensive purchase was just left on doorstep. At the height of the pandemic their drivers used no Covid PPE, am awaiting reply from complaint to Panther.

Abysmal tracking, delivery already 2 hours later than the 2 hour time window promised and based on my position in the list, that’ll pass 3 hours before anyone shows.

BEWARE! Package delivered yesterday. Slight damage but that was not the worst!! THREE LIVE MICE were inside it!!! Yes you have read this correctly. Panther Delivery Customer Service is diabolical. Tried to blame it on the supplier even though they admitted that the package was delivered by their drivers in their van. If you are going to use this company be warned, OPEN YOUR PARCEL WITH CARE, OUTSIDE YOUR PROPERTY.

I have had to cancel an order for a double bed that I made through QVC, as Panther Logistics refuse to deliver if you do not have a lift, and live above the third floor. I told them I was so glad that other companies did not adopt their regulations as I would be living in an empty flat. Sainsbury’s throughout this Pandemic has brought my online shopping to my front door, without a single negative comment, I also mentioned my husband before he retired used to be an ambulance driver, he climbed stairs, and never asked what floor do you live on, and do you have a lift. I am absolutely disgusted with this company’s customer service, and going by a lot of reviews I have since read so are a lot of other customers.
