Still awaiting for parcel stuck in the system since 16 May. Customer service keeps saying clearing backlog. It’s now 2 July. Tracking is useless.

Absolutely abysmal service, we will never use them again and will recommend that no one we know uses them. We were sending baby clothes to a friend, a box of about 40 x 40 x 60cm and it has been lost. It's not like it could slip through a crack!!! It took them weeks to get back to us and the tracking just said in the depot in Bristol for weeks. The box was only covered for £20 (our fault for sure) but who would be interested in baby clothes, shoes, nappy covers, knitted cardigans... To buy it all new...about £400. Absolutely infuriating. No explanations. We're about to try and get the £20 that the contents were covered for back. Based on other people experience of their customer services I do not have high hopes. DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO.

Parcel not collected 3 days in a row. Money charged then explanation is OUR SERVICE IS NOT GUARANTEED. Is that a f....ing joke or what??? No any contact option just chat. Looks like this is fraud company, money laundry business. They feel unpunished as well as they have no any respect to customers. Do not count you will get here any comments or explanations - they are just rude cheaters.

No customer service, a total idiot and passive and ignorance live chat, breaching GDPR, no tracking a claim, no feedback on the ticket in half a year. Do not use this service, if you must try only use it for searching and book parcel on the vendor's site. Now I am submitting the full history to the gov backed authorities and starting the investigation incl. GDPR, commercial fraud, etc. The result will be that the following people may be facing jail and huge fine until it goes nothing: Fil Adams-Mercer Richard Adams-Mercer Steven Kramer James Greenbury

Absolutely hideous - used twice and managed to misplace both parcels. One actually got lost, then found, then a week later lost again, never to be found!

Worst experience ever with a third party... I used Parcel2go to compare a parcel delivery as I consider it an easy way to get some prices. I ended up using UPS, 1 day delivery with drop off. So I dropped off my parcel, and after a week I received an email saying that I provided wrong sizes and weight to when I booked the courier and I need to pay from £9 an astonishing £55. Parcel2Go treated me like an offender even after I provided pictures with the box delivered saying that they are not regulated and don't have a complaints procedure in place. So, from a declared length of 55 cm and 10 kg, UPS measured it to 131 cm and 64kg without any proves. It's just above UPS's threshold to be able to charge you. I do not recommend Parcel2Go to my friends, as it took 7 days since the parcel was delivered until I got the email from Parcel2Go with UPS's claim and I needed to upload proves with size and weight of the box. Luckily the recipient still had the box with the label on it. Ref: P2G73406255 Maybe if I would have gone straight with UPS or any other couriers I would have had the notification on the same day. Next time I will go direct with the Post Office as it is the only trustworthy delivery company in my opinion.

Lost two parcels now, Can't get to talk to anyone as they only have an automated bot. Inpost were the carriers and their tracking data has it as held at depot where they lost it. Claiming compensation for lost items is also a joke..

I booked a parcel through parcels2go to be delivered by hermes to birmingham only 40 miles away. Tracking stated del refused, then req. to be ret. to sender neither TRUE.after the w/end marked as del & signed for, not true . HERMES had put the wrong address to send back to me. THREE WEEKS after i found my item for sale on ebay, this person said that hermes had del. my parcel to him. AFTER spending £15 on getting it sent to my buyer & phone calls. HERMES NOR P2GO WILL PAY ME> BEWARE

Parcel was returned undelivered as apparently Hermes couldnt see the huge sign with the residence name on (correct address given). I then tried to get a refund. It took ages to get through to customer service, they agree to repay you. You then get an email saying they were going to investigate. Then this week i get one saying that as i had not sent any documents the case would be closed. I emailed back and said that i had never been asked for any. I sent off a copy of my invoice, today i get an email saying the case was closed. Them and Hermes are con artists, they pass you back and forth with no intention of repaying. I ended up taking the parcel myself as it was for my 91 year old Aunt. Rubbish companies use at your peril.

It's been now nearly a month since I sent a parcel with this dodgy website. I thought there is no worse customer service and support than Parcel Monkey, but here you go. Tracking stopped the next day after I dropped my parcel to a drop point and no money, no info, no refund, no compensation, NOTHING. a month??? seriously, in XXI century after a month they are unable to chase B2C courier to get info about the parcel has been "lost"? Couriers know exactly what parcels they can "lose" seeing code P2G. I'm going to sue this company. Point 8. of their terms and conditions. SHAME ON YOU P2G!

The worst online platform for having your parcels delivered. If you have anything worth delivering pay a little more and go to the actual company like DHL or Fedex, that way if something goes wrong at least they can help you. Parcel2go does not have a real customer service that can help you and their contract with delivery companies does not allow the company to raise any questions with them directly. However as a customer when tracking undelivered parcel, they just apologise and tell you to go back in 48 hours to see if they have managed to ship your item. Thus unless the complaint goes through to parcel2go from customer, the actual delivery company can't do anything, but parcel2go does not raise the issue with delivery company. Thus, if you can't get to lodge an inquiry with parcel2go then how are you supposed to resolve the issue? Pay more directly to the actual company and you would at least be able to get in touch with them and have them held liable for anything that goes wrong. Parcel2go has held on to my parcel for a week at Stansted and refuse to update or let me know when it will delivered.

Don't trust them with your parcel - if they lose it, they will do nothing to help you and lie about giving you a refund. They do nothing to get into contact with the couriers

I used this company to deliver a parcel. The parcel arrived to the customer damaged. It looked like someone had taken a hammer to it. I had to refund the customer his money. I contacted Parcel2go and was told even though I had paid insurance for its safe delivery I was only entitled to a refund of the delivery costs. They are now telling me that my parcel is prohibited and is not covered under the insurance policy. I have lost over £50.. Total not acceptable and I cannot even contact them. Absolutely unacceptable from a company that claims to provide its customers with the best parcel experience

Don't use this company. Gave full details for pick up of an eBay purchase from a company premises with manned despatch area. Notification that they couldn't pick up the package. Had not tried. Another day same thing. Kept checking the tracking and was the same on the 4th day but got a message from the seller that it had been collected! A few days later it showed as being in my local despatch centre. Also spoke to p2g who confirmed this. A few days later it was delivered to the seller again. She gave up and refunded me. So the £100 speaker I bagged for £23 was lost. Bearing in mind I was working from home and was in the house all day every day we know they didn't try to deliver. Emailed. Complained. By the time we figured out that the P2G hadn't logged it as a claim for a refund they said the 28 day deadline for the reclaim had passed. Unbelievably incompetent. If they respond with an excuse I am happy to post all of the screenshots emails and chat transcripts. Zero stars or negatives unfortunately not possible. Let's see if this review is flagged for review by them... they don't want the truth to come out.
