I sent a parcel via Parcel2Go, it was an Xmas present and I insured it for 200, when I noticed it stopped tracking I contacted them straight away and was told to wait as it is still time. I sent on the 28th of November 2023 and contacted them 1st of December when it said "Driver not scanned", then nothing happened, after the 8th I raised a "Parcel lost" claim, they wanted all sorts of personal data, like bank statements or an eBay screenshot where I had bought the item, luckily I had a bank statement, declaring that those are Saint Laurent shoes, but the price was higher (well, yes, but I bought them a few months before) so they are being difficult about that, my friend was absolutely OK with getting 2nd hand designer shoes as a present that I had worn once. Now they keep sending me requests showing the damage for a "partial claim" - which partial claim, and which damage? They have LOST the parcel, I will be taking them to small claims court!

WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER have they picked up on time (it once took them a month.. or dropped off successfully. Over the years they have caused me hundreds of pounds in lost packages and/or embarrassment with suppliers. My latest experience was so bad that the supplier was equally baffled. (I made a point of paying for cover and glad I did...kind of) Firstly, they supplied the wrong labels (the gave me print off ones instead of a scan for the shop to print off) When they were picked up (both packages were the size of a semi detached house so hard to misplace or get confused over), they delivered 1 but not the other (they were both going to the same place and identical). Both showed as delivered but they delivered 1 to their own P2G warehouse (why will never be understood or established) It took days and hours and hours to contact them to get answers (none of which they had). So, having spoken to Yodel I gave them the address where the missing package was (as i said their own warehouse). Why they didn't know this, I have no clue. They kept me on to them for over an hour saying they were trying to sort it out and then said....."its the end of my shift now so i cancelled it all and you will have to claim it back as I see you bought cover!"... "I don't want to claim it back I just want you to collect the parcel from where you stupidly sent it and get it to its destination please!" "Sorry...too late.. its with claims now!" Did the stress stop there? Ofcourse not! I challenge ANYONE to claim back the value of their parcel without jumping off a cliff before you get it! Absolute wxxkers! They don't care! They are as organised as a drunk pensioner with dementia. DO NOT send ANYTHING of significant value with them. If you do... pay for cover....but even then...at your own financial risk and your own mental health because they will make you waste dats and days and hours and hours jumping through hoops for them to even look at it.

Package wasn't delivered when there website stated it did! I (recipient) contacted there customer service team and was sent a picture of some old man with his dog holding a square box in his (house) doorway? The package (content - picture frame) was addressed to go to a "Click & Collect" convenient store (Londis) so the photo obviously didn't match the item in question! Then was told to contact the sender as they couldn't provide more information due to legal reasons????? What a incompetent company!!!!! And by the way the courier used by the sender was Evri/Hermes so not really surprised in the atrocious service! I would give zero stars if it was an option but seeing as I can't I'll give some free advice, don't use this company as it's a joke so don't let them make a joke of you!

They damaged my parcel in transit, and then disposed of it without even updating me on what had happened. I had to find out myself by checking the tracking history. They then refused to pay for the damage despite me having paid extra for full protection on the parcel. The website makes it very difficult to get in touch with a real person, and it seems that their decision on claims is final as no option was given to respond. I would recommend you avoid this company

I’ve been using P2G intermittently for some years as it’s a good economic option for moving packages abroad. It has to be the worst website ever. It took me 12 hours to process one box. Trying to get help is torturous. For something so complex as shipping abroad it is really important to have either experience and or experienced help in jumping the multitude of hoops. P2G has not upped its game in 10 yrs and is very inconsistent vis customer service. Cheap but not cheerful.

Absolutely appalling service I am still trying to chase up a missing parcel, the seller won’t resend and says parcel to go are investigating, which was days ago now. On this tracking it says it was delivered by evri, I have asked time and time again for proof of delivery as I was in all day, but no one gets back to me, all I’ve be told is the seller will update me but she isn’t because parcel to go haven’t updated her and the seller says no refund if they have proof of delivery, the only person who doesn’t have proof or the parcel is me. I feel so frustrated by this company and the seller as neither are doing anything about it

They completely ignore the customer. I had a parcel lost. 4 weeks after it was lost I got a photo of it behind a bin. It said delivered to customer?? I sent several emails etc and no reply or parcel or refund. Absolutely nothing.

Everything works fine until you have to deal with their TERRIBLE customer service. No chance of dealing with a human being, their "live chat" is a joke. And if you ever have to make an insurance claim for damage (their insurance costs are very high too) they will bombard you with needing to supply so many documents the claim becomes impossible. I seriously advise anyone to avoid this company and book directly with a courier.

Time wasters and rubbish system/QR/Drop off services - DO NOT BELIEVE reviews about "superb/excellent Cust.Service" - majority of these reviews are either paid or fake. They also tried to persuade me to remove a negative review - These are the worst brokers trying to make a dollar but their system does not synchronise with the courier systems. They generate QR codes that don't update immediately. Most of the orders can't be sent same day but next day due to same issue (not synchronising in teal time to be able to drop off the parcels!) - Did I say drop off? Sure enough. NOT ALL the drop off locations will accept parcel2go QR either, so better just use par el force evry or whatever - DIRECTLY - these guys meed to change a lot of things until their services will work flawlessly. At present its a hit and miss and with busy businesses you just don't have the time to waste with them and their rubbish dated systems and services. Tip for consumers: RUBBISH Cust Service, their QR code works on/off Playlist a lot of location where you can drop off the parcel, however not all the locations accept their code because it’s not updated with the couriers system in real time. Basically waste of time completely.. Products used: International EU Parcel postage

I am extremely dissatisfied with Parcel2Go's poor level of service. My shipment was lost by Yodel, and my complaint was not addressed. Contact with the company was limited, and if I hadn't reached out myself, no one would have followed up on my case. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible service. They lost my parcel with no apparent reason. I'm sure my parcel didn't have wings to fly. Its definitely SOMEWHERE. parcel2go has no telephone or email address to get in touch with them. Their live chat is constantly having technical issues. They are a big scam.

Between parcel2go and the lying idiots at Evri, i have been waiting over a month to get a refund for a failed collection, Evri said they tried to collect, I’m retired and was at home on occasion they said they attempted collection, the same day the item should have been delivered and i had paid the guaranteed delivery date fee or get a refund. Still waiting two chats online messaging last one said they would give me a refund. Still waiting 3 days later never use them again.

if I could give them no stars I would. I insured a parcel that went missing when Tuffnells went into adminstration. They are making it as difficult as possible to claim that insurance. I have to supply receipts for everything in the suitcase although I've told them it was full of decorating tools, old clothes, ornaments etc. Absolutely shocking service, no consistency between staff either and if you ask questions they don't answer just send the same generic apologies that are meaningless.

We booked a fiberglass item with them and paid additional insurance. The object was 10mm thick fiberglass, built for people to jump up and down on for amusement game, extremely strong. upon delivery it was badly damaged, dropped on the end from an estimated 6-8 ft. We supplied all the required documents and pictures, they kept coming up with reasons why they would not pay and we kept sending proof. Eventually they said the material ie fiberglass was not covered and yet they took additional insurance premium to cover the delivery even though they knew it wasnt valid. All they offered was a refund for the delivery charge and not the £ 320 value of the item they damaged.

One star rating is too much for this uncaring company. Unfortunately I used them to send an expensive Keyboard. They lost it. There is nobody to talk to. No emails get answered, The web page to report it doesn't work. The complaints phone number doesn't work. I email tjem they don not reply. Parcel Farce who they sent it with will not talk to me directly. No I am left not knowing what the hell is going on. It is a week overdue now and I do not know where to turn. Stay clear. OH I ahave posted their parcel number that the site says isn't valid!!!
