Collection Failed twice. Rebook the collection and still failed to collect. No invoice given and no phone number to contact.. impossible to speak to someone when u had a problem about their service. NOT HAPPY!

Placed order for collection, but nobody arrived, rebooked giving the current climate some leniency but ended up 5 days later and parcel still hasn’t been collected! No one to speak to. Won’t be using again. Avoid!

Really bad at sending parcels, didnt do what they said they would do, customer service is a joke no assistance, stick to royal mail!

I sent a microphone worth £1500 with parcel2go and fully insured it with them which cost me an extra £120, this was in November 2019 and they lost it , its now may and they said I could claim but asked me for proof of purchase , I bought the microphone 20 years ago so don't have this paperwork so they are now saying I can't claim, its been 6 months ive had to deal with this terrible company.NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Please, stay clear from this company. If something happens to your parcel, you will not get a refund. I had 3 parcels collected by one of their couriers, which offered the option to bring printed labels on collection. I had clearly labelled each package with the correct address and its tracking number. Their driver took the parcels from me without saying a word and then proceeded to incorrectly place the labels he had brought, mixing the 3 of them up. I found out when the recipients got in touch with me saying that they had received the wrong parcels. I contacted Parcel2Go a couple of times (it takes a lot of waiting to get to someone in their online chat), and finally they told me that I had to rearrange collections, but they would not refund me for their mistake with the original orders. I ended up losing a lot of money and time. Avoid Parcel2Go at all costs!

What an absolute joke of company - go directly to UPS .. a couple of pound more expensive but worth it. Customer service here is non existent. No number to call and speak to someone live chat makes you wait 30 mins to speak to someone you then get templated responses - they transfer you to someone else who can help and round and round you go. Till you give up and lose the will to love. Hope they go bust as it’s what they deserve.

Cowboys. They have managed to ‘lose’ a bicycle that was collected by ParcelForce and subsequently deny all liability. It’s obviously been stolen and yet the Police have not been involved. What exactly do P2Go charge for then? Any Duty of Care is gleefully ignored. Five weeks and counting...

Parcel was scheduled for delivery on Wed, 13 May then rescheduled for Thur, 14 May. As of Fri, 15 May it still hasn't arrived. There doesn't seem to be anyway to contact them either. No phone number and live chat doesn't work. I won't use them again.

I've sent returns to the supplier and after 2 weeks they returned the parcel back to me without a box and so dirty, and after 1-hour waiting on the live chat the answer was "According to our systems, the parcel was returned, as the item was undeliverable due to emergency conditions. The goods were being held in the warehouse, but then the team has rescheduled them for a return." With no refund and damaged parcel How can I return the parcel again to the supplier? without box and dirty Absolutely horrific!! They damaged my parcel and opened it and give it without a box!

After 2 failed business collections with 2 different couriers, I spoke to live chat who were not able to provide any solutions. Happy to take your money but won't offer any real help or support when you need it. Very poor customer service!

Stay away from them ! For the 1st time I decided to use them to post a parcel and use the drop off at a locker option but unfortunately it never arrived to its destination. It has been collected from the locker but then never received by Myhermes where it should have been dropped by the company. So I opened a claim on the 30th March and been twice on live chat since ( we are the 13th May) but keep being told to wait as they are investigated this and told me there is nothing else to do and can only wait until they received a reply which was meant to be within 14days ! Avoid at all cost!!

Absolutely horrific!! Consistently failed to collect a parcel, zero communication, after hours had to go on a laptop to use live chat to be met with an incredibly rude and quite aggressive woman who was completely unapologetic. After two more failed collection dates I tried to cancel to get refunded- then get an email saying they’ll need to “review the case” and “approve the refund” by researching it!! Shocking. Cannot believe they are able to operate. Reporting to ombudsman, trading standards and anyone else relevant.

Absolute joke! I sent a parcel out to someone and it said they had received the parcel although they didn’t! Opened an Enquiry over 2 weeks ago and no response still!

Shockingly bad service. My parcel got collected a week ago for 48hr delivery service. Tracking showed "business address closed" line on Wednesday 06th May, when in fact, the address was and is open (spoken to the receiving side). For 3 days no updates. Opened a case. Yesterday received an automated message that my parcel was found and attempting to redeliver. Checking today - still shows the same message "attempting to redeliver". What the hell! No customer services to talk to, their 24hr open chat line doesnt work, so no human feedback. Just appalling. Would never use them again.

I went to book a delivery with ups using this company but, they wanted to charge £20 extra due to the location being 1 mile from a main road. I booked direct with UPS and no £20 extra charge was applied.

Am in shock to hear that my parcel arrived had written it off as lost/stolen whatever. Dropped off at local PO on April 10th tracking telling me not dropped off. On chat numerous times. Finally see in London on April 16th stays in London coincidentally til my case is moved up & leaves London May 2nd. Delivered May 8th. Even though it was delivered I would not use this company again as there was too much tracking/querying to be done on my part after handing over 44 euro.

Please don’t use this company - it’s awful. I booked a courier and when it was due to be collected I received an email to say collection had failed. I spoke to someone via the online chat and they told me that collection and delivery date is not guaranteed....???? Basically my package could take weeks to be delivered with no guarantee or when. They act as an agent on your behalf and you have no control over the process. It’s also really hard to contact anyone as the online chat is really hidden within the site.
