Avoid this company like Covied-19. They are a disgrace!!! Horrendous experience. My parcel has been delayed in customs in Thailand for almost a month, and despite many, many e-mails and two online chats, absolutely nothing has been done to expedite my parcel. Furthermore, their corrupt website does not allow me to chat on-line because "my case is ongoing". They have offered no compensation, no refund, NOTHING!!! Avoid Parcel2Go like the plague!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Sent parcel. When I went to track it, it stated ‘not delivered, damaged parcel’. So where is my parcel now but more importantly HOW CAN I SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING to discuss this!!

Appalling service and lied about collection attempts. I used Parcel2go to send a package sold through Shpock. They gave a collection time between 8am-8pm. At 6:30pm we received an email saying 3 unsuccessful attempts to collect while we have been patiently waiting for the collection all day. Companies lied about their activity are not to be trusted. Parcel2go is one of such companies.

Appalling service. Have “lost “ a number of high value parcels from our company and then made an offer on the value that it was insured for. Surely it’s pay up when you’ve lost it?? Useless of you’re running a business.

This is unprofessional fraud company please avoid I. Sent parcel to Pakistan worth £400 my brother hasn't received parcel and tracking showing parcel has been delivered

Refuses to pay for stolen package despite insurance A large order of sustainable home products was packaged in the UK and shipped to France using Parcel 2 GO. After the first three notifications on the tracking site, we stopped seeing any further updates. After following up with Parcel 2 Go service team it became clear that our package had been "lost" or most likely stolen. Parcel 2 Go policy clearly states that enquiries of this nature ought to be completed within 7-14 business days. Our Enquiry Case was created on 19th May 2020, it is now 31st August 2020. We insured the package under their Parcel Protection policy which clearly states that we are due to be reimbursed the total amount of GBP 480.00. Thus far Parcel 2 Go has attempted to offer us less than the total we are due. They have no legal right to deny us our full reimbursement. Parcel 2 Go's care of our package has been negligent, and their management of our claim has been neither fair, speedy nor, so far, legal. Based on this experience I recommend avoiding Parcel 2 Go for any of your shipping needs. We are three months on from submitting our claim. They are barely responding to our communication efforts, and they are still refusing to refund our stolen package despite it being fully insured. They are contra to their own policies as well as the law.

They got my money,they lost my parcel and after 2 months I opened a claim which they closed theirselves saying that they tried to return the parcel but the address was insufficient...the address they had delivered the parcel in the first place!!!! They are liars and I think this company is a fraud, Don’t use them!!!! I will try to let people know as they will lose their money

One of worse and unprofessional company we sent parcel to Netherlands and has been damaged now they are doing black mail to us because don't want to pay claim money

DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO! I can only reiterate the messages below. Courier lied about having picked up the parcel in the first place - tracker said picked up when it was still sitting in my hallway. Then courier said "address not found" for delivery when the address is on a main road and simple to locate on any satnav. The only way you can follow up any of this is by Parcel2Go's "chat" system. Turns out their representative in turn only has one-way email access to the courier itself. So if the courier doesn't respond to Parcel2Go, you reach a dead end. That's where I am now. My parcel had almost zero monetary value but massive sentimental value. It is literally irreplaceable. And I have no idea where it is. Once again, DO NOT USE PARCEL2Go

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! 4 parcels lost in a week and a half. terrible customer service. It's like talking to a toddler. Save yourself a headache.

I was the recipient and their delivery update initially said delivery attempted at 3pm and card left. Not true, because I was in the house at 3pm and no card was left. I even answered the door around that time to a courier who had the wrong address (that courier probably had my parcel...). Spoke to their customer service via the live chat (which was difficult to find) and the agent said the delivery will be reattempted the next day. That was about 8.30pm. First thing in the morning, I checked the delivery update and it said that the re-delivery was successfully made at 6pm - before I spoke to the customer service agent...! Went straight back on the live chat and they couldn't help because I was the recipient. The sender (my sister) then contacted them on live chat and they've opened an inquiry. But didn't give us any indication as to whether they might compensate us (the delivery was guaranteed and protected). They even said that the recipient is disputing the delivery which is a bit of a stupid way of putting it - makes it sound like the inquiry is whether I received the parcel or not, and not why it's gone missing. Definitely not worth the fuss for anybody to go through and I recommend very strongly that nobody ever uses this service ever.

Firstly they failed to collect on the designated day, they then ‘lost’ my package, a large armchair, and after 2 days refused to pay either compensation nor continue to look for the chair. Which is obviously languishing in NB a depot, where nobody has bothered to look for it, or been delivered to the wto f person or ‘borrowed my by a courier. Shockingly por or service from a company whose only remit is to deliver items safely. Avoid at all costs. And Don’t pay for insurance as they don’t honour it.

Absolutely disgusted with this company I will not be using again and if anyone any sense they wont .booked friday for Saturday pic up and no one showed up to collect Sunday still no one showed . Went on chat re booked for Monday collection quess what no one showed up absolutely disgusting they dont email or text or ring to keep u informed . I got a refund now sent via royal mail . Scandalous company you pay for service and they dont follow through. This is 2nd time in 4 weeks they not showed up to collect . AVOID AT ALL COST

I wish there was a -1 for this service. Not the customer service team, they are helpful. How effective the customer service or claims teams are I can't comment but they currently get a -1 also. I sent two separate parcels at the same time. Parcel on clearly addressed. Was delivered within 48 hours. To the wrong address. I was then found on the doorstep, contents broken. For this I have been told a refund has been issued and should be in my bank soon. Parcel 2. The address I gave has ALL you need for an address. The correct name, house name, street, town and postcode. They came back with.. 'Insufficient address'. Seriously, the postman has found them before. Why didn't I post it.. cost.. Well next time.. eh.. So I used their chat system.. (hard to find.. it's not obvious but a tip to anyone wanting to chat.. go on claim refund, and the chat option appears. I gave the correct address (again). They told the courier, they told DX. (I will never ever use DX myself directly. ) I waited.. no reply.. no action.. I then get a message saying it's all been dealt with. Check with my friend.. no delivery. So I go on chat. for the 4th time, (I've spared you the other chats ref the broken items). I'm told they will email the courier again. They don't phone couriers it's all e-mail. They don't have a phone number, the couriers don't have a phone number. I ask can it be returned to me so I can post it. NO because.. here's the punch line folks.. 'It's still in transit!!!' Oh my days.. So they can't deliver it, or won't, probably because they've damaged that one too, and don't want to admit it. But they can't return it to me. Where am I at .. waiting. Where is my customer.. waiting.. Would I use DX no. Am I out of pocket for post, package, time taken to contact these people yes. Do I have to remake an order at my cost yes so it seems at the moment. They assure me I could have a credit note .. to use again with them. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

I have sent 11 boxes from UK to sweden, I was at home waiting for the boxes, they never came and they never called me. It was very difficult to get in touch with them, I had to pick them up although I paid for home delivery.Never again

They stole all my 10y old son clothes They lost my bag found it opened it seen a PS4 inside with my sons clothes, all his clothes and conveniently lost the bag again and they want to give me 50£ for it when I sent all receipts for everything over 600£, now I’m about to have my baby and my eldest has nothing to wear and we just moved countries They have seen my goods and disappeared with the bag because if you are not covered for more they will make more money reselling your stuff!
