This company is not worth it booked massive £550 parcel but recvied damaged when I made claim they rejected all proofs really disappointed

DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO or DX COURIERS. Utterly rubbish service. Booked a courier who contacted me to say they couldn't fulfil my order. Parcel2Go refused a refund. Then rebooked with another courier who ;picked up and delivered the WRONG package. When contacted Parcel2Go they said not their fault - no refund. When contacted the courier - DX - they said to contact Parcel2Go to sort it out. Suammary - 2 payments, no package collection/dliervy AND nowhere to complain. Rebooked with PARCELFORCE - awesome. Got it right 1st time.

I use this company all the time, and booked a massive order worth £300 and insured it. It arrived damaged, with the box itself having a hole in it. I put in a claim with all the relevant images and several more! It has been rejected on the basis of 'inadequate packaging' despite the box having a hole in it from neglectful couriers. I wouldn't go with them the have no phone number and no email address, just online forms with a ton of FAQs and no real people to speak to!!

I have many complaints about the service I have received however the primary one is as follows; P2G asked me for the specifics about my parcel and the delivery address in order to provide me with a price for the service. Before booking I spoke to one of their staff ensuring that this service would indeed take my parcel from my hands into the hands of my recipient. At no point prior to booking was I advised I would be required to independently employ a broker to deliver my parcel once it had arrived in Chile. This was a door to door service - that is what they advertised and that is what I paid for. After being messed around for two weeks by their staff inquiring after the status of my parcel I have been informed this morning that I will need to employ a broker to collect my parcel and deliver it to my recipient. The staff have spoken to have been rude and unhelpful - the only method of communication is via a live chat which have had closed on me twice by staff members that didn't want to or couldn't give me answers. I have been left out of pocket for both the service and the contents of the parcel with to solutions being offered.

my parcel was lost my buyer has been refunded through ebay and you have no customer service numbers for me to get this sorted . very hard work dealing with you

Terrible terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COST. I recently sold a Rolex on eBay for £5000 so paid 270 to track and insure my watch with this company. I shipped my watch and done everything I could perfectly and within days was lost. I contacted parcel2go to ask where my item was and was lied to daily, Knowbody knew where it was. I now had a £5000 Ebay bill plus no watches plus £270 postage so was extremely worried I am not rich by any means it took my years to buy this. And wasn’t helped in the slightest. I rang and rang and rang for 30 days until somebody much of got annoyed so then my watch was conveniently sent back to me. It never left the uk apparently but was still billed 270 for this. After another few weeks was finally offer £13 refund for the innocence.. yes 13 pounds. I have at least my watch back but only because I refuse to give up. I have lost 257 pounds postage , eBay fees and PayPal fees plus I now have to give back the £5000 to the seller. An absolute nightmare month all because of this company. DO NOT USE

Very poor customer service. I've had a case with them for over a month, and they've been giving me different and wrong information every time I've contact them over the online chat; as it's the only way. They've confirmed that It was UPS's fault, and UPS have also confirmed it. Then today when I contact them because they're asking me to send all of the information/images again, they said it was my fault for the way I packed it and there it nothing that they can do.

James Greenbury take note. So it didn't start out so well; none of us want to wait 14 days to get the outcome of a lost package. Lateral thinking was required, I hadn't got 14 days. I went straight to the top and I wasn't disappointed. The follow through from the appointed employee to find out what was happening was faultless and professional. There is a way's to go clearly before this is reflected in the direct line with Customers, but I have faith this can change.

The courier lost my parcel and nobody took any responsibility for it. Terrible customer service: you always need to log any query in the live chat and when i started complaining about what happened the person I was chatting with told me that it was the end of his shift and close the chat. They didn't answer to my e-mail either until I sent a formal letter. After several contacts with them and the courier directly (pdp) they said that sending personal items is prohibited, not before. They even made me pay for insurance and then said this was not covered but did not reimburse insurance or failed delivery. Do not use: it's better to pay a bit more but actually receive a service!

These people are a nightmare when something goes wrong, I have been all over review sites looking them up and I am now absolutely convinced that the 5 star reviews are their own people leaving reviews, I have been on all the social media sites and messaged a couple of people I managed to trace who very uncomfortable when I tried to find out about their review and 2 of them were untraceable. they continually pass the buck, they seem to be losing an awful lot of parcels and not refunding people for them even when you pay the insurance fee to cover yourself, absolutely disgraceful their customer services are appalling and there is no contact number anywhere. and they will lie to you when they mess up and keep promising to try to trace a parcel but they do NOTHING 8 weeks and 6 conversations later I’m still fighting them for my refund which I also insured at extra cost with them.

Item went missing - expensive painting. Unable to claim as they ignored our claim. Poor communication - no telephone contact, no accountability on their part. Not recommended

Only positive is the booking process. I booked an international parcel and received a message saying the parcel will Ben picked up between 8 am and 8 pm. Because I could stay in for the whole 12 hours I called to reschedule for the next day. Everything seemed fine with that until approximately 3 hours later the courier showed up. Because my parcel was packed I didn’t think much of it and gave the parcel anyway. Wrong decision! Next day had a slip through the door saying I missed the courier. I thought it was a bit odd because they had already been. When I tried to track my parcel about a week later it had a weird tracking history- parcel not collected(no longer needed) and above was a tracking history,for a parcel that’s wasn’t apparently collected, saying “delivery attempted” and “left in the office” note. Surely enough my parcel is missing and no one knows anything. Parcel2go opened the case and said to Ben in contact within 14 days which they didn’t after waiting over 30 minutes on live chat I still had no answers and told to wait until they investigate! Complete rip off. Avoid and use trustworthy couriers instead.

Dubious business model. We have sent through parcel2go. It's on a pay, send and pray basis. When things go wrong - and they do!! - then it only possible to contact them through their Chat forum (there is a reason for this) and there you only meet morons instructed to deny any wrongdoing. They will also reagualy try to charge you extra/additional charge even though you have entered the correct dimentions and weight on you parcels. Very Dubious business model which only excist in UK.

I have to use them because I have so… I have to use them because I have so much money tied up in the prepaid account, but as soon as its used up I will never trade with them again! The ABSOLUTE SCAM is they keep cracking on that a parcel is over weight or over size and add admin fees so you end up paying twice as much as they quoted ! We measure and weigh EVERY PARCEL As far as I am concerned I think they are complete LIARS and CHEATS

sent parcel abroad, parcel was not delivered to recipient. I made a claim,which was rejected. Parcel2go firstly used dpd service,then my parcel was transferred to Worldnet in Birmingham and with this courier crossed channel, and reached destination in Poland. parcel is marked as delivered, but not to recipient. I tried to track it on my own,but Parcel2go doesn`t want to give me even the contact number to Polish depot!!! they were responsible for a parcel and wiped their hands!! NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Item was stolen in transit and Parcels2go have refused to take the blame. Leaving me £300 out of pocket even though had paid insurance. Do not use this company
