Brilliant service especially drop offs and great prices. We often use Parcel2Go for sending items we've sold on ebay. Their Quick Send tool brings in the address which is really useful.

Excellent experience, every method was clear, simple payment and great communication. Last minute I had to modify my pick up date and it was simple to do so. I reserved a package from Manchester for the following day, and two days later shipped it to France. I'm going to use the service again and recommend it entirely. Thank you

We are a business customer who have been using Parcel2go for our international shipments. Yet in the last 5 weeks we have had 4 major issues. 3 parcels have been delayed by weeks not days and 1 parcel still has not been delivered after 5 weeks! We have tried to raise a claim with them this morning as we have not only given them their stated 14 days to investigate but have actually given them 19 days. Yet they refuse to raise a claim. Their claims team clearly have no idea how to look after a good customer of theirs and I would highly advise any business to AVOID at all costs for international shipping!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Hello Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I apologise for the service you have experienced. Our claims team must follow a procedure. This process starts with an enquiry. The courier is then requested to locate the parcel in the depots, and parcels will be scanned with ex-rays to locate a parcel. It can happen that this takes longer than desired. When the courier confirms the outcome of the investigation, one can proceed to the next phase. I had look at the P2G order number you put down here but I am afraid I can't see that there is an enquiry opened on this order. I would like to look into this for. Ordered a product that was sent out 6th, not only not received by tracking shows collected not at depot or being delivered, they are either have a useless system or are the worse service on the planet. Also don't bother chatting as CHAT is pointless, they just tell you what the tracking says and can't help. I will never use this service and hope none of my suppliers do either. Totally sdissatisfied

DO NOT USE - I am still waiting on a response for a possibly lost parcel that should have been delivered over a week ago now. Seeking legal advice and under the consumer rights act while the parcel is still showing as undelivered it is there responsibility. Will update on outcome whether that may be persuing court action through small claims court with all fees also being claimed for as cannot see them resolving this issue out of court. Very poor contact, No customer service. I was seeking a new courier company and this one I DO NOT recommend using. Pay the extra elsewhere atleast if anything goes wrong you may get your money back and have some sort of customer service!

I have just spent 2 months trying to get a situation resolved where our parcels were mixed up, one destined for Jersey was sent to the USA and vice versa. After providing evidence that we had labelled the parcels correctly it has taken 2 months and 32 emails and calls to finally be told that they are unable to retrieve the parcels. They also informed me their industry is not regulated and they are not part of any alternative dispute resolution scheme. We will no longer be using Parcel2Go, they seem like a good deal when everything goes well but as soon as you have a problem they don't want to know and blame you or the courier or you get stuck in an automated system. We were told twice that a collection would be arranged and now we've been told that they will not collect from the USA. The £16 refund as a gesture of goodwill is a bit of an insult after all the hassle and lack of assistance.

Extra "compensation cover" is a scam. Despite the fact that the compensation cover is purchased from them. They insist that they must wait for the courier company to agree to pay out. They make repeated promises of timescales for when this will happen. And then fail to meet them all. I'll be taking them to small claims court to resolve this. I recommend you go elsewhere so that you don't have to.

However when a parcel gets lost or damaged in transit we need to follow a certain procedure. As we don't handle the parcels directly ourselves we need updates from the courier. Do not use 'PARCEL2GO' My parcel went missing for 1 month then reported as delivered to a random neighbour of the the pickup address!!!

I tried to have a parcel delivered from UK to Germany. The address (correctly transmitted) was not found, phone number provided was ignored by the driver and it was sent back. Responsibility was denied, no refund. A delivery service not able to deliver should close doors as soon as possible.

They lost 10kg parcel but stated it was left in a mail box. Unless it was huge then obvious lie. Then took months to issue a refund Avoid

Bad enough that my parcel was damaged in transit, but the worst part was trying to claim on my insurance. Having started my claim online, I was asked to upload photos of the packaging, inside and out. Of course I didn't take any photos before I shipped my item (why would I?) - and the damage wasn't apparent until it had been unpacked by the recipient; so there are no such photos. Then I kept getting requests from a "NOREPLY" email address telling me that I hadn't yet uploaded these nonexistent photos. The entire process was automated, with no opportunity to explain to a person, and no response to my emails. Here's the kicker....my claim was rejected, with no evaluation of my actual photos (which clearly show the damage)...purely because of my "failure" to submit (non-existent) evidence within the (arbitrary) deadline set by P2G. Consequently I now have a very unhappy customer, who expects me to compensate him for the damage. Of course I will never use this service again. I recommend that you do likewise.

If you do not have certain documents or photos then there is a comment field in which you can leave your comment. When a claim is active and the documents are not uploaded the system will send reminders. Good Morning Peter, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our claims team follows a procedure in which one of the part is to provide certain documents and / or photos of the damage. If you do not have these photos, you have room in the comments field to indicate this so that the claims team can take your comments to assess your claim. If the requested documents are not delivered, reminders will be sent via email. Tried to send a box of boiled sweets to my cousin in America. There was no indication as I filled the form in that boiled sweets and crisps are prohibited items . They took my money and today I’ve had items returned saying that they are prohibited . I sent exactly the same items 6 months ago with no issues. I am now £48 out of pocket and they’re refusing to refund .

"DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE PARCEL2GO AS YOUR COURIER SERVICE. DEPSITE PAYING FOR AN ITEM, I OWN ,TO BE SENT TO MY DAD'S ADDRESS AND ENSURING THE EXTRA IS PAID FOR INSURANCE, PARCEL2GO ARE REFUSING TO REFUND THE COST OF COURIER PLUS REIMBURSE ME FOR THE ITEM AFTER THEY LOST IT. THE COURIER PICKED IT UP FROM MY HOUSE AND THEN IT DISAPPEARED. PARCEL2GO ARE NOW ASKING FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE WHICH I HAVE PROVIDED BUT SHOULDNT HAVE TO. THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE A COPY OF THE MOENY LEAVING MY ACCOUNT FOR THE ITEM. I HAVE AN ORDER FORM AND THE COMPANY'S STAMPED RECEIPT. I PAID CASH. IT IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS HOW I PAID FOR SOMETHING. THE PROOF OF OWNERSHIP IS THE FACT THE COURIER CAME TO MY HOUSE COLLECTED IT TO SEND TO MY DADS. THEY DO NOT LEGALLY NEED TO HAVE THE EXHANGE OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING I COULD HAVE BOUGHT YEARS AGO! I AM NOT A SMALL BUSINESS SENDING OUT ORDERS AND NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY FOR COMMERICAL USE ONLY. ABSOLUTE THEIVES AND CRIMINALS. ALL I AM ASKING FOR IS THE COST OF COURIER AND THE ITEM TO BE REIMBURSED AS THEY HAVE STOLEN IT. THIS IS THEFT ON 2 COUNTS. STEALING MY MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY DID NOT DELIVER AND STEALING MY ITEM. THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY OUT SO I HAVE NOW BEEN LEGALLY ADVISED TO TAKE THEM TO COURT VIA A NO WIN NO FEE BASIS AS THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW. I WILL NOW BE CLAIMING MORE THAN THE FEW HUNDRED POUND THAT THEY OWE ME. I WILL BE CLAIMING FOR ALL LEGAL COSTS, FULL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE COURIE AND ITEM AND DAMAGES AND COMPENSATION FOR THE WAY THIS HAS BEEN HANDLED AND THE STRESS IT HAS CAUSED. One star is 5 too many! It should be -10!! Atrocious customer service. The was an address query on my parcel delivery and they didn't bother letting me know for ten days until I contacted them. Then they told me the courier would contact me in two days by email. They didn't. Try again. They didn't. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Not available. I tried to tracking numbers they gave in the delivery company website (since they didn't do anything else) none of them were recognized. I asked for a phone number of the delivery company, not given. To say they're useless is untrue: they can be used top waste vasts amounts of your time and money. For me the delivery fee plus £120 of the value of the item sent. Wanna waste your money and time? Use this company and try to talk to their customer service!!

Awful, five failed attempts so far at collecting a parcel. It is not rocket science... Pick it up, deliver it to where it is going! Would you like to speak to an actual person to resolve an issue? good luck! It is a web based company so you have to use there "webchat" an hour and a half wasted so far. You get transferred from one person to another. The webchats tend to be carbon copies of previous days with the same stock questions and answers from them. Heavily scripted and utterly useless! Stay well away, go to the courier direct. Cut out the clueless middleman.

Total disaster. Lost parcel, not once but twice. Online chat, moved to 4 different people. After persisting for a week eventually found it. Took 3 weeks instead of 3 days. Collect plus!!!!!!! Someone needs to stop this company operating. Had to compensate customer. Never ever again👎
