I have now used Parcel2Go for 2 parcels to my son in America. And the service was excellent. Easy from the first booking online, to tracking to delivery. And fantastic price. Instruction of what to do for packing and customs was very clear and very informative. We just dropped the parcel off at the local Herme's pick up point, and the tracking began from that moment. And with weekends included , they only took about 5 days to get to my son.. Absolutely fantastic... I would highly recommend Parcel2Go to anyone. AS long as you follow all instructions , then no problems. And I even emailed them afterwards to show my appreciation. and had a great reply from Peter Chandler, thanking me. So it was also good to get a personal reply from him. Thank you Peter, and thank you Parcel2Go.

Used parcel2go to send parcel. Was collected by UPS and got lost. No phone number to resolve problem so took 3 weeks emailing to discover and confirm that item is lost and location unknown. Every single time after contacting parcel2go was promised to Obviously awaiting side is unhappy as couldnt provide answer where is item. Now trying to claim money for lost parcel and it's a night mare. So many rules created to avoid compensation. First of them, make sure person who collects items gonna provide You with Proof of Collection. Second to claim Your money back You'll need Proof of non-delivery, when so simple to check tracking number and it's shows item was collected but not delivered. And finally Proof of value. All these conversations by emails and online chat - forget phone.

whether it was sent like it or it happened on route I cannot say. 2 parcels I have received have been partially opened. Not happy. D.B. Keele road Newcastle under lyme staffs.
