"A Masterclass in Miscommunication and Mismanagement\r\nEver wondered what it's like to communicate with a black hole? Try Parcel2Go. Their customer service seems to be in a different universe altogether.\r\n\r\nLet me paint a picture for you: I sent a parcel with three copies of the invoice (yes, three, because apparently, one is never enough). The parcel was returned to me a month ago. Since then, I\u2019ve been caught in an email ping-pong match with their support team, who clearly have no idea what's going on.\r\n\r\nTheir latest gem? An email stating they\u2019ll request an update on my parcel's status. Seriously? The parcel is sitting right here next to me! It's been back for over a month. Maybe they're hoping it will magically teleport back to their depot?\r\n\r\nTheir responses are so disconnected from reality, I'm starting to think they might be using an automated system powered by a random response generator. Show them the tracking info, show them the returned parcel, and you still get emails asking for updates. It's like a surreal comedy show, but without the laughs.\r\n\r\nIf you enjoy frustration, go ahead and use Parcel2Go. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Trust me, you\u2019ll thank me later."

"Please do not use this company if you value your items ,if anything goes wrong with you're delivery (late\/lost\/broken) there is one to talk too, just some AI nonsense on the other end.\r\nI paid parcel2go for 24 hrs delivery and now has been estimate at 6 days It was dropped off at just after 1pm on Thursday,estimated delivery Tuesday\r\nParcelforce want nothing to do with it as it was purchased through a third party ! and the AI says it's Parcelforce fault !\r\nAnd your stuck in the middle\r\nEither way you loose.\r\nBy the way for your information, I went straight to the PF website as I need to send another item\r\nThey were as cheap if not cheaper than P2G,and the HUGE bonus is you can speak to a person.\r\nI have used P2G maybe 10 times in the passed with varying degrees of service.\r\nBut I will never use them again,that's for sure\r\nGo straight to the company you want to deal with,the deals are every bit as good,and humans on the other end of the line.\r\nAbsolutely trash service,avoid at all cost !"

As you can guess it was damaged and the contents broken. Missing parcel that was lost I'm still fighting for compensation. Of course there will be no compensation, despite taken out \u00a3500 of insurance. Be warned they take you money lose your parcel and trash the ones that are delivered. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!"
