They aren't even worth 1 star. We sent a parcel out 11th April the parcel still hasn't been delivered and when I go to the chat for an update they don't even help you. They state that someone will be in touch in the next 2-3 days. That was 2 weeks ago! I have just spoken to someone on Chat, they asked if there was anything else they could help with. I asked for them to tell me where my parcel is and he cut the chat off!!!!! This company is a joke and our company will not be using them again!

Dreadful service! Do not use this company and deal direct with the courier. The parcel I sent did not arrive by due date so I opened a claim and the response has been non existent. I contacted courier direct and they informed me the parcel was deemed as lost and that they had informed Parcels2go and I should start a claim. Parcels2go are denying they've heard from courier and I've got to wait to start a claim. Obviously I'm going to have to refund my customer and be out of pocket until this is resolved. I urge again do not use this company you cannot speak to anyone only use live chat!

Oh how I regret not reading the reviews prior to using this company. Avoid at lost cost. They've lost my parcel, not the biggest parcel but still about 40cmx30x20 and 3kg. Once I have made them aware I don't think they have even bothered to look for it. The claims team is just a bunch of robots, I have been trying to discuss my claim further for the past 2 weeks and honestly I doubt there are actual human beings working for this company. All responses feel very automated (that's if you're lucky enough to get one). I know that I'm not getting any money back even for the postage cost. Never again.

TO AVOID AT ALL COST. They lost our shower tray (1200mm by 800mm and 40kg!!! how could you loose such a big item I wonder....) and didn't want to give us any money back. It took me over a month of battle via emails, live chats etc. as this is the only way to get in touch with them to receive some money back but not even the full amount we were entitled to receive.

Why did I not look at reviews before entrusting P2G to look after my parcel needs? One word sums them up Terrible - Do not use them unless of course you like throwing money away? You have fair warning!

Parcel2go was inefficient and unhelpful. I was sent a parcel which was posted ot my previous address and the parcel got lost in transit. Parceltogo never informed me that there was a problem, having to reach out to my land lady to query them in their online system (the company actually has no telephone number to talk to, essentially you are forced to "communicate" with automated chats that essentially copy and paste company policies that ultimately just mean they take no responsibility). This parcel contained sensitive information and an expensive perfume. My impression is that at some point in the process, my parcel got quarantined and the content kept by employees. When my landlady raised a claim, she was told to wait for 2 weeks, in which nothing really happened as they claimed she had "declined to cover the parcel". When she queried this further, she was asked to wait for another 2 days, and again, nothing happened. In short - they are allowed to lose parcels, waste your time and take no responsibility or action. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

If possible i would leave no stars!!!! I have ordered many collections and had to re book upto 8 times and still sat waiting for collection. The final straw i went on a live talk with Odilia who advised me to re book and they could refund after the terrible service, once re booked then back tracked to stated she meant to type they cannot refund. What a sham!!! Use another avenue to send parcels!!!!!! I am currently still sat waiting for a parcel to be collected and if i'm honest, i could walk to Nottigham from Lancashire and have the delivery on time!!!!

the whorst thing of this company is the insurance they offer included in the price this is a joke, as parcel2go does not have any insurance in fact, if your parcel is lost or damaged, they have a special claim team who drowns you in a very complicated bureaucratic procedure, so you will prefere to give up or, if you insist, they will close your claim with an absurd excuse, or simply they disappear BE SURE THAT YOU WILL NOT REFUNDED BY THIS COMPANY, NEVER! also, the couriers they use, have a very high percentage of damaged parcels so, if you intend to deliver with this company, you must pack your goods very professionally, otherwise your thinghs will be damaged at 100%

Really terrible experience with Parcel2Go. I booked with Yodel through Parcel2Go. Over two weeks I had to rebook with them about 5 times... lost count! first couple of times it said that 'the item had been collected' but it hadn't, when I enquired through LiveChat they then said there had been a miscan! The rest of the times they wrote 'parcel couldn't be collected' because apparently no one was in.... NOT TRUE at all! We were in! Couldn't ever speak to someone directly on phone only through online chat.... Two weeks later from original collection date and I still haven't got my parcel. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Parcel2go lost my parcel and kept me watintg for two weeks whilst doing nothing about it. They took me through a burocratic and long process of raising a claim and liaising with automated chats to eventually just tell me that they did not know and could not help in finding my parce, which contained important letters with sensitive information, and an expensive perfume. The service they provide has proven to be considerably below my expectations.

PARCEL2GO Company Delivered a large parcel to the wrong address. I arranged for the parcel to be collected THREE TIMES, but they kept failing to collect failed to collect 3 TIMES i paid for a new label as the incorrect recipient was helpful for getting the parcel to where it should be (An ebay buyer) They failed to collect THREE TIMES / THREE DIFFERENT DAYS I now have no way of sending the parcel to the correct buyer as the wrongly delivered to person is going on a working holiday for a long time MY HELP from parcel2go NONE, No refunds, no help. Nothing A rude advisor on their livechat who couldn't have cared less DISGRACEFUL COMPANY who should be out of business. I wouldn't dream of treating anyone this way, never mind a paying customer. Now, out of pocket around 200 pounds and counting...PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, OR HELPING ANYONE OTHER THAN THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS

!!!Don’t use this company!!! Lack of respect and 0 customers service.!!! I posted my 400£value watch through parcel2go on 16 of feb. We are 26 of April and my watch is stolen/lost. They couldn’t even start an investigation, because “they don’t have the infrastructure” of having phones so they can’t contact their partners. They also blocked me on the live chat which is the only real option of contacting parcel2go. When I am emailing, I am always receiving the automatic reply of “Good Afternoon Daniel, Thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused here. I am a supervisor here at Parcel2Go. I can advise you that DPD informed us of the following today: please allow us 24 to 48 hours we will get back to you once we have a response . We will have an update for you regarding your return within this time, and I thank you for being patient in this time as I understand how frustrating is. Please let us know if we can do anything to help in the mean time, Daniel.” Of course they are not contacting me back after “24-48 hours” Scammers scammers and just scammers. I will sue this no name company and so all of us should do.

If you run into problems with couriers, even if it's Parcel2Go's fault, then good luck. They'll just dismiss you as fast as you can say whoops! I sent a parcel which wasn't delivered because they gave an incomplete address to the courier. I had to pay more for the parcel to be returned back to the UK then I had payed for it to be sent and they refuse to refund me because they keep saying it was my fault. I have a picture of the address they provided to the courier on the box of the parcel and it's NOT the address I entered on their website. I spent the last 3 months chatting on their useless chat!... Don't trust them, just go to the courier you want directly.

The most abysmal service I have ever encountered. Terrible customer service - do not use. Go elsewhere. I have never used a more unreliable, untrustworthy service. They never reply to you, do not give answers or compensation when parcels get lost and just try to make life as difficult as possible in the hope you will go away rather than make a claim - which you have paid the insurance for

Claim next day delivery but mine arrived after 3 days then in the small print next day doesn't really mean next day it means "next day or more" and that it's nothing to do with them what the actual couriers do. Customer service very unhelpful. Dishonest company selling something they don't deliver and terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
