Totally incompetent. Sent my parcel to my daughter in Japan to Hong Kong by mistake. Had no idea it had been misdirected and 3 weeks later told by recipient UPS picked up and they had no idea. Irreplaceable personal items for my grandsons first birthday which have now been lost. DONT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE.

Never dealing with this company again, After my label failing to generate and missing my drop off appointment, only to discover my package is being shipped to a warehouse somewhere in the UK. Reading past reviews of Parcelcompare also didn't look convicing, late arrivals, lack of customer service, Extortionate suprise fees taken out of peoples accounts. Still waiting for refund of £17, which I need to pay an extra £6 to retrieve it! On top link is broken so unable to get refunded. SNEAKY TACTICS, disgusting business model. Won't ever be using again

TERRIBLE COMPANY. NO INTEGRITY WHATSOEVER!!!! Chris Mathews needs to be sacked!! My parcel was picked up over 2 weeks an ago. Scheduled for delivery over a week ago. It is still with them. I asked for a return and a refund, they say it will take several weeks to authorise a return! Can you believe? I asked to make a complaint and my emails are being ignored by Chris Mathews!

SHOCKING SERVICE AND TAKE MONEY AND JUST IGNORE YOU!! Please please please do not use these scammers!!! I booked a parcel and paid £13 and they emailed saying problem with the label and new ones will be emailed over shortly! Guess what NO LABELS NO REFUND hide behind a PO BOX

Booked a collection with this them and they never send me the lables. I sent them plenty of emails and they always answered saying that they were going to issue them. Labels never were received and carrier never turned up to collect the parcel. Still awaiting for a refund.

The worst experience of my life! Had depression and panic attack after using their service. Lost my suitcase with them and after showing my pictures it has been found they later told me that my lost parcel is a prohibited item hence they will refund me £15! How? Where? Thought my suitcase was found unless they stole it and tried to cover their evil act! Please do not use the service if you value your mental health and peace of mind. Regrets using their service! Worst courier service ever! This courier company needs to be reported cos they can’t be frustrating and fraudulent at the same time! I guess I am one of 100s that have same experience and I won’t have used their service if I have read previous reviews 😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭😭😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Charged my card after some weeks additional charge for 0.50 kg weight difference as i provided...Why was not done same day as parcel was collected and weighted by company?? I provided that weight which my scales showed to me...if it was difference i had to be informed same day after collection...not after some weeks.

Dreadful company. Avoid at all costs. Charged over £46 to return a package the next day. Another £10 was charged a few weeks later. No details of the charges, no help when I asked to speak with the courier company. Very poor service, awful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If there was the option of zero star I would go for it!! Appalling service. They were quick at collecting my parcel, it is now stuck somewhere in France, 5 days late already, and no information on what is happening. No phone number or live chat to contact them about it. I have sent numerous emails as it is the only way to contact them, no reply although they say they will reply within 4 hours?! I deeply regret going with them. As it stands, I don’t even know if the parcel will ever get to its destination. I wish I had done my research. Don’t do the same mistake as me, stay away at all cost!

Adjustment Invoice for £13.98 sent to me 42 DAYS after delivery for no reason. I booked a collection of an awning on 10/11/22 to be sent for repair to Pontefract from the Midlands. It was a circular awning bag which measured 90cm long and was 30cm in Diameter. It weighed 20.5 kilos on a set of digital scales but I rounded it up to 21 kilos so I was not understating the weight. It was wrapped in polythene, sealed properly with parcel tape and clean. The paperwork was on the outside as requested and the driver collected on time and it was ready for him. I booked it to go with UPS and paid £15.28 by credit card. The parcel was delivered on 14/11/22 as promised at 14:11 and there were no delays or problems. Today ParcelCompare sent me an email to say there was an adjustment invoice for £13.98 an they have already taken the money from my account! I will instigate chargeback proceedings with my credit card issuer as this is an illegal charge applied. The parcel was not oversized, it was not under declared in weight and was not above the maximum dimensions specified so there is no reason for an additional charge. Disgusting and unlawful practice. Fortunately the people I sent the parcel to still have it and know the weight and dimensions so I will be getting them to make a statement to back me up. I will never use them again or recommend them. In fact I will go out of my way to tell everyone about the shoddy and sharp practices followed by this company.

Disgusting scam artists. Quote you take your money. Then weeks later you are informed that the weight was incorrect and they just take extra extortionate fees direct from your bank even after you prove beyond a doubt your weight and measurements were correct. Loads and loads of customers have been caught out. It’s so bad there are groups online just for the people been conned by Parcelcompare. They need prison

These guys take no responsibility for their failings. Our parcel was labelled incorrectly by them to Brazil so got trapped in customs. There was never any tracking so we only found out after chasing them one day after the arrival date but because the parcel had been sitting in customs it was sent back out but is now lost in the either somewhere. Parcel compare are very unhelpful in the whole matter saying it’s our responsibility yet they didn’t update the tracking so how would we have known.

The package was not picked up, the support does not respond, I found another solid company for transportation. From 9 in the morning to 7 in the evening nothing is done, the problem is not solved, I want to return all the money - I do not respond. Shocking. Registered fraudsters and thieves - I've never seen anything worse.

Unfortunately , like many other, I also have been ripped off by these scammers. Wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I sent a shipment to NZ for £495. Shipment was delivered ok. A month after the delivery, they charged £439 extra from my card without even asking me stating that the billable weight was 89KG and I declared 51KG. No way in this world that box can hold more than 51KG. We even had lots of difficulties to adjust 51KG in the box we used. Just a way to robe customers,. I contacted my bank to cancel this transaction. My bank advised to give 14 days to the retailer to fix this issue and if not sorted within this time, they will look into this. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST. Take my Advice. These scammers shouldn't be allowed to operate as a company. I have written to Trading Standards as looks like they are robbing every other customer in this way. Please book directly with courier, you will be regretting later if we use this company. I have all photographic evidences but still they are not ready to refund me. I will be taking the matter to the small claims court and to every extent I could to fight my case. They have now blocked my account so I don't write them anymore messages.

This company is the worst. Basically they stole my package. They picked it up one day late, then no more news form my package. Never got through any more scans and 2 months later after a great time lost on their terrible customer service, they told me it was lost, no insurance no refund, no nothing. This is absolutely the worst experience. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Pay double with someone else. It will be worth it.

They are a racket and will dupe you. Avoid like COVID. They charged us £192 for a tray that cost £135. They just removed additional£147 saying the wt is wrong. This is what was quoted on the package and they won't say what weight they are now charging us for. They get no stars from us. Don't use tham and you will thanks me later.

This company is a stealing money from customers by fake advertising on ther websites. Stating next day deliveries that are not fulfilled and then they don’t own up to it and try to blame it on you.

Not even 1 star. I paid for two boxes to come from UK to Cyprus I paid nearly £100 for 4kg to come express meaning 3 days. That did not happen, only one box came to Cyprus after 10 days. The other package is still in the UK and they are looking for it. No one to contact only by email and the replies are all automated

Hi, I have been charged an absolute absurd £184.82 for 14.50kg which absolutely ludicrous.  I've attached a picture of the item that was returned, in the picture it shows the NET WEIGHT of the product I had purchased and returned using UPS via your intermediary site. The NET WEIGHT stated for the product is 31kg, I understand that does not include the weight of a box, only its contents. SO HOW ON EARTH DOES A BOX THAT IS 90CMx50CMx50CM WEIGH 14.50KG? AND WHY THE HELL IS THE CHARGE SO RIDICULOUS, THE ORIGINAL PRICE  PAID FOR THE DELIVERY WAS £31.91. I AM ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS WITH THE SERVICE AND WILL BE POSTING THIS AS A REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN REVIEW YOUR COMPANY AS I KNOW THAT YOUR COMPANY IS ADDING EXTRA FOR COMISSION AND I FIND THAT ABSOLUTELY ABHORRENT AND DISGUSTING. YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF ITSELF. SHAME!!!

Avoid this company at all costs. They have no customer service number they don’t respond to emails and they take more money out of your bank fraudulently by saying your parcel weighs more than it actually does. I’m fact the amount that they said my parcel weighed I wouldn’t have even been able to pick up which I did when I carried it to the van. I also weighed it on my scales as I’m an antique dealer and send things regularly. They also broke my parcel I sent them all the photos of damage and my packed parcel they informed me that they would not pay out as it was insufficiency packed. Of course they will say that to any claim just Avoid!!!!
