Customer service rep on live chat couldn’t offer any excuse as to why there was a no show. Could also not offer a discount, compensation or any sort of guarantee for another collection. Next collection date is now not for another 5 day’s. Again with no guarantee and just told if it doesn’t turn up “we will just rebook again”

The sender of my parcel paid the extra for Saturday delivery.
First thing on Saturday the tracking reads "Prepared for delivery" and it stay like that all day. No parcel delivered.
Then once the depot (Ipswich) has closed for the day so I cannot phone them, the tracking mysteriously changes to "Delivered at 10.00 hrs and signed for by me !
Someone just cleared up the mess before going into the bank holiday weekend by putting in a false tracking message to pretend that the Saturday delivery had been fulfilled.
An utter disgrace and abuse of the tracking system to cover up for appalling service.
Every other carrier is successfully coping with Covid 19 and delivering on their obligations so that excuse will not wash.
Any company that attracts only 4% customer recommendation does not deserve to stay in business and frankly the sooner it folds the better, at least then there won't be any danger of any suppliers making the mistake of using them.
An embarrassment to our country. Use a German courier if you can and that is hard for me to say. Furious.”
“Paid £70 for less than 2 kilos package send to Indonesia. Facing the pandemic is awful yet they should be professional in doing their job. No news and the explanation only lip service no clear intention to solve the issue. If they can't send the parcel as they 've promised, please return the parcel to us for god sake!

“Another fail by ParcelFARCE. Was expecting delivery express 24, they advised the time slot when this would be delivered, this time it wasn't as bad as usual, only one hour late. But the delivery should have been 2 boxes, I only got the one with (2of2) written on it. Tracking tells me the other one is out for delivery today, I suspect they will take the other back to the depot. Yet another disaster from this pitiful company.”
“What a horrible and horrendous service, rude postman with no manners telling off my disabled wife to open door in seconds. Shouting and arguing at the door that he will not use our video door bell. As he doesn't like it. He prefers knocking at the door like animals. Threatening that he would not deliver any future deliveries to my address and will have to collect it myself. Openly challenging my wife make a complaint and nothing going to happen. Inviting bluntly to take pictures and name do what ever you want. Is this the company or customer service. He had no lanyard or logo so who knows what he is on about as we have to confirm before opening the door. But instead we got bollocking from him. I. Would recommend not to use PARCEL FORCE. AND MY ADVICE TO TOOLSTATION IS PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PARTNER. YOU WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS. I HAVE VIDEO EVIDENCE OF HIM YELLING AT MY DOOR. I made a complaint, and same thing happened as he claimed that nothing is going to happen. So be ready for getting bullied every time.

“Downloaded the app watched my parcel sit at Nottingham depot for 3 days then when it arrived the outer and inner box damaged even though it had fragile stickers all over the parcel. Brand new iPad inside”
“I had two delivery times given today.
First one was just after 8am. No one arrived. Then drivers changed. A second time was given for just after 2pm. Again never arrived. App seems to show fellas at home with his feet up🤷♂️ And Royal mail have the cheek to criticise other companies who are in competition. Shocking. Always got an excuse but never an apology 🤷♂️”
“Out of the five or six fruitless attempts at trying to use this pitiful excuse of a service, not one time has a parcel been delivered to my house. I have left specific instructions via the live chat (credit where credits due- quick responses) as to how to get there and the driver has never bothered to follow them or even try to contact me. You’d be better off strapping your parcel to a particularly stupid pidgin and throwing it out a window. Waste of time and money.”

“Total joke of a company. Collected parcel and some how delivered a total different parcel with my labels on to the customer. So my parcel is lost and can not be located and someone else’s parcel is sitting with my customer which they will not collect back and cancelled my claim as tracking information shows delivered even when showed photos of the parcel they collected to the one that got delivered. They mixed up parcels and will not refund or help in any way. Shambles of a company

“Absolute joke of a delivery company.
My parcel got delivered a week ago to the wrong address, so iv rung the main depot asking where it has gone. I was told that they needed to investigate and would ring me back on the same day, latest the next. Received no call.
So I rung again and got told the same thing... Surprise suprise, no phone call.
So I phoned again, this time I got an automated voice that asked my to put in my tracking number and I asked for redelivery. The voice told me that I would have to pay 5-12£ to get a redelivery despite this was not my fault!
In the end I ended up personally checking shops and all houses nearby for my parcel and finally found it at a pharmacy..
Not happy!!
Would receive better customer service from a plank of wood.”
