Just genuinely blood terrible service. Absolutely atrocious. I ordered second hand goods off someone on Friday evening, they dropped it off first thing on Saturday morning and paid for ParcelForce Express 48 service, meant to be trackable and delivered within two working days. Parcel wasn't picked up Saturday evening or all day Sunday. Fair enough, I thought, it's the weekend, and it did say two working days. Monday, nothing. Bear in mind as well that the tracking number the seller had provided me with (which was correct) wasn't working this entire time. Tuesday, they had finally collected the parcel. I had rung PF multiple times but was continuously put through to their bloody stupid automated service. I emailed and they said it should be delivered by Thursday 7pm. Nope. Not even at the delivery hub on Thursday evening. It had been sorted at the hub and sent to the delivery depot at 08:56 on Thursday morning. How the hell it wasn't at the delivery depot nearly 12 hours later, beggar's belief. Now delivery is meant to be Friday. At this point, I don't care if it's late anymore, so long as it gets bloody delivered. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Seller has been a star throughout this entire thing but I can not recommend avoiding ParcelForce enough.

I had a problem when a parcel was going to be delivered, the driver tried to deliver it to the wrong house and no one was in so a card was put through the door , I rang parcel force and they said sorry it was delivered to wrong house and the parcel was now at local post office ,I was told it would be re delivered but no luck rang again and spoke to a lady called Melanie from Newport office and she arranged to sort it out for me,she was so helpful.x

Crappy service all round. I was sent a package from Holland with the Dutch postal service. ParcelForce never informed me they had it and when I tried the tracking number it said delivery had been attempted twice when I was AT HOME both those times! It's now been a week and it was supposed to be here 2 days ago. I spoke to a "customer care" person on their chat app who was just ignorant and rude.

Seen so many bad reviews about ParcelForce and how many people haven’t received parcels or their parcel has turned up but contents missing and that is what happened to me today, parcel arrived but when I went to open the box I saw that the seal had been broken and the contents of my parcel had been taken, £300 worth of jewellery stolen. I am absolutely disgusted that these people think it’s okay to steal peoples parcels, luckily I have been refunded by the company who will also be reporting this and investigating further but I highly advise people NOT to use this company and if you are ordering something online, if this is the delivery service used then I really wouldn’t bother as your item may not turn up. Do not trust this company to deliver your parcel.

I'll not be using Parcelforce again most unhelpful company. A parcel was delivered to the house but no one was here to receive it has most people have jobs! to go to. The time estimated was between 7am to 6pm. When I tried going online to re-arrange an option for a Saturday delivery I was unable to. These drivers are clueless if there isn't anyone at the house for god sake leave it with the neighbors who can sign for it. For this reason I will not be using them again. No wonder the company is such a mess.

Parcelforce have, so far, failed to deliver every single parcel entrusted to them at least once. They have also failed to leave a card every single time, across multiple addresses in multiple cities. They claim to be unable to deliver to the local post office as they claim there are no post offices close to where I live; there are two within a mile of my home.

Several attempts to deliver - the last failure because they couldn't find my address (I don't believe them, obviously). Rang customer service in Hatfield and got nowhere. Heard it was bad, but THIS bad..?!

Shockingly poor service... I have complained to ParcelForce before, I had the same problem before on seven separate occasions. The same ParcelForce local delivery driver refuses to redeliver items and takes the parcels straight to different random post offices of his choice in the area, without even letting me know nor leaving me a calling card. On two occasions no delivery at all was attempted, on the other five occasions he attempted one delivery and then took my parcel to a post office of his choice far away from my residence and rather inconvenient to reach, because I have a mobility problem and cannot drive. To add insult to injury, the post offices always charges my an extra £1 to release each parcel every time. I cannot be right by my front door immediately when the ParcelForce driver knocks, at his beck and call. One one occasion I confronted him with the problem and he was extremely rude and dismissive, saying: "I don't get paid enough to do redeliveries, so you can go and fetch it from the post office". How do I resolve this recurring problem? The standard of service is appalling, on one occasion a parcel was even returned to the sender without any attempts to deliver whatsoever!

Hopeless and inaccurate communication. I am a disabled person living on the third floor therefore I needed to be able to communicate this, to know exactly when the item would arrive and to ask for patience as I make my way down the stairs. There was at no point any possibility of dialogue. They initially tried to deliver on the 23/1 when their text directed delivery to 24/1. I was forced to contact the sender ie. Boots who arranged another date for me 27/1! Instead of which I received another text from Parcel Force plus an email informing me that the item would be delivered today i.e. 26/1. I do now have the item but after much anxiety andstress because of the uncertainty caused by an inadequate and not fit for purpose communication system. I have none of these problems with other delivery systems!

There are never no tracking info you don't know when they are coming until it's too late they don't give you delivery time window like most delivery companies do best of all they have your number but can't bother to call

was supposed to have a parcel delivered here this afternoon by chris the parcel force driver of the wirral said it was out for delivery he was stuck for 1 hour on the breck road witch is a mile away from where i live then all of a sudden the status changed to delivery attempted he never attempted delivery at my flat i have security cameras sohe must have stolen never even recieved a calling card so i see it hard house he has been never my flat he must be invisible man or something ill hsave to claim my money back and report him to his bosses

Why isn't there zero stars?! God only knows how Parcel Force smashed this to smithereens. Was packed very well, in original packaging. Of course they don't cover screens though with the insurance I paid for. Got a £400 hole in my pocket. Absolutely livid.

Parcelforce are a rubbish company who cannot carry out the most straight forward delivery without either delay/loss or late delivery. A company that will be gone in the next few years as incompetance has its own reward.They marked my parcel as loaded on vehicle for delivery but failed to deliver.

Terrible , Useless Company. Dont give them your money. ( I really cant believe how they are still in business!) The Drivers DONT CALL AT YOUR PREMISES and DONT LEAVE CARDS so its near impossible to locate your missing parcel! Utterly Clueless! Thanks For Nothing PARCEL FARCE!

What a joke for a delivery service. We are at the stage where the driver doesn't even deliver - just choosing to drop the parcel off at a local post office. I just can't understand how/why a company like this still exists... What was once a decent service has fallen sharply downhill...

Same as reviews below awful company they say they came to house but don’t and send goods back. Don’t buy anything from a company that delivers with them.

Appalling company. I waited for a laptop to be delivered, at the time they stated, no one came. I checked the tracking number and it stated that the delivery had been refused by the homeowner. No one knocked, no delivery note was left or anything. They decided to return the laptop straight back to HP for some reason and now it's out of stock. Do not touch this company.

I was expecting delivery today. They came but I was not in . No card has been left and I wasn’t informed what’s my options.I received an email that they’ve been trying to deliver but there was no information where it was taken and how I can track it . When I called them there was only automatic service which informed me that I’ll be charged £5 for re-delivery . I booked it but no confirmation nor tracking number was provided. Absolutely shocking service

Criminal company! Badly run organisation that is not fit for purpose.Drivers claim they’ve attempted delivery and don’t leave a card because clearly they have not attempted at all. Lucky if you have a positive outcome because generally your parcel is missing for good.Full investigation of this company is required because of fraud taking place.

the website is an ABSOLUTE FRUSTRATION! It doesn't answer anything that I need to know i.e. When is my parcel being delivered. There are so many options on what could be wrong non of which answer my question. Get ride of the AI and employ people for customer service. Angry and frustrated.
