“@parcelforce scammed - paid £250 to send insured box. It never arrived and parcel force say it’s not their problem. I have lost £250 postage cost and £1000 contents of box. They told me to email the post office in Mexico (I don’t speak Mexican) who say I they dint have it and I need to speak to uk parcelforce. Totally scammed. Cost me £1,250???”
“The worst delivery service. Incompetent staff. Deliveries were never attempted as I was home and waiting at the time of each 'attempted' delivery. My item was then returned back to the company website & I was unable to re-order as told now out of stock.

“Have had many packages sent via Parcelforce. They do not attempt to deliver items, they never show up or leave a note. They lie and say they attempted delivery, every, single, time. It's really frustrating waiting for days extra then having to go to my post office.”
“A perishable item , got a text for delivery it didn’t arrive wasn’t even attempted delivery for 2 days when I made sure someone was able to accept it , went to sorting office and picked up . Parcel force says all fine as they delivered it , no delivery attempt was made . Would be better if information was accurate and they just told you to go and pick it up . Hugely disappointed and not what they charged for .”

“Utterly useless. They can't even follow thier own simple instructions. If nobody is home either leave in the designated safe location, attempt delivery with my neighbour or take to my local post office for me to collect! They don't do any of these things, they take the parcels back to the depot and then ask you to either collect, over a 2 hour round trip which i will not do on principle or pay to have the parcels redirected to the post office that they should have delivered to in the first place. Parcel Farce a complete shower of sh*t!”
“Waiting so long to end up receiving a package at the wrong address is beyond praise. Last year there were no delivery issues, but this year something went wrong. Are you paying your employees enough? Otherwise why are they such lazy pigs? Disappointment.”
“Nothing but inconvenience and expense caused by Parcel Force this year. I had one parcel come from Denmark, sat in a Manchester depot for 5 days (about an hour by road from where I live) and when it did move, it was too Millom - completely the wrong direction! Eventually reached me after over a week in the UK.
Latest saga is a parcel delivery attempted and left at a Post Office that never opens at the weekend, do I have used the PF website twice to rearrange delivery and worked from home / took annual leave to be in. The redeliveries were not done and the website lost track of them and says the item is still awaiting collection. If I can't arrange collection tomorrow, it will be getting sent back to Germany. I'm having to ask a huge favour of someone now.
I don't have these problems with ANY other carrier and I order a lot of stuff. The companies that use them are unfortunately being filled by their 'national carrier' type image, but I think company is on the road to nowhere. You have wonder if they even care.”
“Absolutely avoid this company. I've been home all day waiting for a delivery, sat on my sofa in view of my front door and received a text half hour after the drop off deadline saying that no one was home. Lies. Impossible to find complaint procedure on website. Very difficult to get through to a person via customer services line. I missed a day of work for this and will have to do so again tomorrow. I'm forwarding my complaint to the company that used them also. Literally never again. Not remotely worth paying the extra £40 for the delivery.”
