Failed delivery attempt! ( supposedly) even though my wife was home. Said they left a calling card. No card left , very poor service. Tracking info not up to date, all I want is my coffee machine ! 😬

Package correctly addressed. Property house number clearly visible. Van driver delivered to house 3 doors away. not the first time this has happened. Online complaint form only accessible for senders not recipients. Telephone contact access went around in circles . After 8 times gave up.

PARCELFARCE Part of the ROYAL MAIL apparently but beware they are worse than all the rest. They will not honour any insurance claim 100% and make the claim as difficult as possible ***USE AT YOUR PERIL***

Yet another poor service from Parcelfarce. Unable to deliver as we were out, so a card was left to collect from the local Post Office. As it was for recipient only I couldn't collect it, as it was for my wife. The card didn't include my wife's name. I don't do clairvoyance.

Every time I receive a parcel via Parcelforce, it is always delivered on time and the driver who delivers in my area is very pleasant and polite.

SHAMBLES !! Parcel travels from Glasgow PO to Glasgow hub.. to Birmingham who sent it back to Glasgow.. who advised it was on its way back to Birmingham, only to find they had delivered it back to the POST OFFICE where it was posted !! - THEN, they sent ANOTHER PF van to pick it back up, and now its back in Glasgow awaiting despatch to Birmingham !! You could not make it up - utter shambles - 48hr delivery (GUARANTEED ?) to customer, who will have waited since 24th Nov ?? will be using courier in the future.. customer service not interested at all, waste of time contacting them as I appear to know more about PF than they do ! will avoid like the plague in future.

You are an absolute shambles one day from Wigan to Ipswich 7 days to deliver 16 miles from depot. My house is on main A12 with front door within 10 metres of the road It shown on google and gps systems You can not get any satisfaction on your web site or by telephone then you have the cheek to ask for an extra pond to drop it off at the local post office, if the driver had any thing between his ears he could ask the local post office where the house is I have instructed my supplier not to use your service any more as you are total waste of time

Sent a parcel with parcelforce 24 on the Thursday at 4.30pm did not get to the delivery address until Monday at 9.30pm. Unless my calculations are wrong that is 101 hours NOT the agreed time of 24 hours that cost me £21. Absolute disgrace!!!! Will not ever use them again!!!

They just pail into comparison...failed delivery (despite being at home), incomplete failed delivery note so no idea what they're planning to do next, website didn't recognise my tracking no. (might be wrong due to appalling hand writing), eventually got through on automated phone call, and finally managed to rearrange delivery...to the same address! This is something Amazon and others do automatically!

Customs charges are stupidly over priced when its a item for yourself. If i was someone reselling or a shop selling stuff i wouldnt be charged . no one should use parcelforce when buying stuff in from outside the UK

Sent a message that an item will be delivered between 3-4pm. Left job early to receive it. On the way home got another message that it has been attempted to deliver at 14.25. Sk what is the point of those silly messages. Tried to call customer service but everybody just trying to get rid of you instead helping it. One of the worst delivery companies

Do not use this courier! Save yourself the effort and stress! Terrible customer service! Items out for delivery arrived 3 days late with 2 of the boxes being damaged boxes. After contacting customer service and claims team multiple times and spending an hour and a half on the online chat with them. I have been told that they are 'sincerely sorry for any inconvenience but I am not entitled to a refund'. I am also out of pocket due to expenses due to their error! Don't waste your time, there are so many negative reviews for a reason!

Twice missed The expected delivery time is not reliable. When they say they have tried (in my cases) they found it to difficult or planned their route not taking into consideration road works. I know they did not show up on one occasion as I was there all day and evening. Yet they say they attempted and to read the instruction card that has been left. I have had NO CARD was left from any attempt.

Parcelforce seem to have a new policy now, where after the first delivery attempt, they will just drop your parcel at a Post Office of their convenience. They tried to deliver a parcel during the 15min time window when there was no-one at home - sod's law. They left a card stating that the parcel could now be collected from a Post office on the high rd leading into town. This is a post office, with 3-4 parking spaces outside which are almost permanently occupied during the day and double yellow lines in the surrounding area. There is a Post Office about 3 minutes walk from my house - but they chose not to leave the parcel there. There is also another post office about 5 mins drive away which is open late most evenings and also has reasonable parking nearby - again they chose not to leave the parcel there. Never-mind I thought, just arrange a next day re delivery. I rang then up and was told a minimum of 72hrs is required for a re delivery and due to the weekend that would mean a minimum of 5 days wait!! A joke - maximising their profits at the inconvenience of their customers.

My children live in Gothenburg Sweden and I live in London. I did winter shopping for my children, necessary items for blistering cold weather and sent to Sweden using parcelforce’s global priority which I was told would take 4 days. It’s been 3 weeks and still not delivered! This is an absolutely useless service. I guess it’s back to using DHL.
