“Parcelforce need to check with there staffs the service don’t even deserve a one star. I have try to get hold of my parcel almost 10days on call with them and each time you call they gave you an ungenuine excuse. I have been home all this week no signs of delivery driver either my parcel .”
“5 times I've tried to get my parcel since 15th of last month.
Booked redelivery online twice - wasnt attempted.
Called to ask why - no explaination given, told deliveey would be reattempted on 29th (this was actually date it was retuened to sender)
Called again - advised it would be delivered this Friday but I needed my package so I was advised to go to post office, I didn't do it usual 2 hours over time and left work early to go and collect - they told me it was sent back a week ago!!!
I called again and told I MIGHT be able to get it delivered but it wasn't a guaranteed service. ('parcel watch' - what's the point??)
So I said fine - return it to sender, how long will that take? Advisor said he didn't have a clue.
So I said fine... I'll wait an undetermined amount of time for my refund from the seller, what about my costs - the postage, over an hour spent on the phone to be misadvised completely, how do I claim that back - I was directed to your online claim form WHICH IS ONLY FOR THE COMPANY THAT ARRANGED THE POSTAGE!!!!!

“Item was attempted delivery I was not at home , driver didn't leave a card, phoned up through to automated service, added I would collect from depot, so turned up today to collect to be told driver attempted another delivery and has nw took it to local post office half mile from my house after I have just driven 10miles through traffic, clowns 🤡”
“2 Parcels have been sat in Medway depot since 30/11/22 supposedly on a 24 hour next day delivery, it is now the 6/12/22 and still no parcels delivered, not even loaded on a van for delivery when tracking number is checked. I cant even collect them as parcel force hasn't tried to deliver them yet.”

I sent an item to be delivered outside the UK. The item was on the list of hazardous items. that was strange because they delivered it to me.
However after the post office accepted it knowing what was was in the package off it went.
Then after a week or so I thought I'd check to see the location of the package via the tracking number. Was advised it was in hold in there hub in Coventry. Strange they had taken it all the way to there hub with no issues. Called them I was told that I would have to collect it from the hub although they had already carried it.
I was advised that I would need to make arrangements to collect it.so I called as I had a day off work to collect it. Told that the advisor would call me.
No calls till the following day and was then told I would need to arrange collection for another day due to strike action. The company is a joke avoid using them at all cost.”
“Two dire experiences with Parcelforce Newcastle regarding the same parcel. Last week, they attempted to deliver my parcel to an address other than mine... ...and one that wasn't on the label either! They reported it as 'refused by addressee', even though they had gone to a school on a different street with a separate postcode, and had been advised by reception where they should be. I rearranged delivery for today, waited in - no parcel. However, I found from tracking that they had 'attempted delivery' at 1610. Clearly they hadn't as there was no card. We're not difficult to find - we occupy 150 metres of the main road, have huge red signage and the property has been here since 1831. No doubt the courier was in a hurry to get home for the football. In addition, their website is a poor excuse for a service support - their re-booking is down too. The complaint I made last week provoked a response, but they missed the attachment for the phone number of the Newcastle depot from their email, making it useless. Who would use this lot? No wonder they're in a state... ...and the employees want a pay rise... ...really?”
“Bought a used fish finder £400 ,seller posted with FARCELFORCE 48 last monday-so thats a two day delivery-still waiting-no customer service number just a click and complain email -no response-no having to try and get the funds from my bank -absolute trash-on strike???sack the F++ling lot”
“Awful service. Failed to collect parcel, rebooked by customer service, failed to collect, rebooked by customer service, failed to collect. Parcel sat for so long it got collected by wrong courier and now lost but apparently that was my fault, not Parcelforce for not collecting it.
No one will investigate the driver, you just get copy and paste customer service that doesn’t actual address your concerns. Will never use again. Avoid at all costs if you actually want anything delivered. This service has really gone downhill.”

if it wasn't for our cctv and the clearly visible boxed items logo i would never of known there was an attempted delivery and would of gone back to the ebay seller saying i never received my goods! and all because of a LAZY LAZY driver!! and you lot reckon you need batter pay!!! you don't deserve nothing if that's how you treat your customers who actually indirectly pay your wages!!!!
I had to play detective and go to the local parcelforce centre in Bristol and ask if they had a parcel in my name and address... and proof of who i was...i did the hard work!

Absolute useless and no integrity at all. Completely disgraceful as they said couldn’t have made delivery as there was no one at home even though I was waiting all day just to receive the delivery and when I rang, they absolutely not able to come up with an answer about the delivery!

I work from home so I was expecting the delivery when I got an email saying that I missed.
They had no customer support, just a bot so good luck.

“Parcelforce is really rubbish!! They always change the delivery address on their system and thus the delivery address is totally different from the waybill info. And this is not the first time I have seen this serious mistake! I truly don't understand why they still got 5-star reviews! I would give 0-star review if I could. Don't go on strike all the time! Improve yourself first. You don't deserve a pay rise, guys!”
“Bad service. Bad customer service. They act like scammers. I sent four packages to Cuba. I paid for the service, after a week they returned the packages to me but they never informed me of the reason for the return. I have contacted the agency and after 6 months I still do not have my money back and no response from them.”
