“I sent a parcel to The Netherlands on the 5 January and the parcel has not arrived. The tracking says the parcel is still in the UK. But on the phone Parcelforce say it is in The Netherlands. This service is completely insecure. Do not risk your packages with this company.”

Sent a parcel to my other half in th USA 48 hours express, was lost in the system for over a week before it turned up in a sorting warehouse to be exported, got stuck there for a further 2 weeks with me calling and trying to find out where my parcel is due to my growing concern of a irreplaceable christmas present not showing up before the day itself...(oh how naive I was back then...)
3 weeks further pass with me having to keep calling and repeating myself time and time again as the callbacks I was promised by the customer service team never happened.. only to find out that my parcel has been sent and delivered in China.... wooohoo... i thought my plight was over... NOPE .. I was so so wrong...
I now find myself in the super easy and customer friendly Claims department... (sarcatsic enough)? because after filing my claim through a longwinded process of filling out a form and signing up for an account using a user inferface that pales in comparrison to that of an aging and unloved local library that hasnt been updated since the mid 80's...
Nonetheless I have made it to the part where I am messaging back and forth with a representative on what they are willing to refund me and how to get my claim processed. However it is taking a small millenia as every time I message, it takes 5-10 working days to get a response. It's been nearly a month already and im still trying to contest what parts they are choosing to refund and what parts they are not.
Bearing in mind that they have already confirmed to me that my parcel was delivered in delivered in China... IN WRITING! They also are requesting that the recipient of my parcel fills out a form that they have apparently sent to him to confirm that he did not recieve the parcel. Needless to say the delivery of this form has been about as reliable as the package itself and has not shown up... (Could be in the depths of the Borneo rainforest for all I know)
At this point all I want to do is talk to a human over th phone so I can get a straight awnswer and cut this silly back and forth email chain that could take several more weeks or months down to a 10-20 minute phone call (maybe thats too much to ask huh) but apparently since last year they no longer have a contact number for the claims department (big suprise that would be far too helpful) so I guess im stuck fighting this battle of wills to get refunded for a service that has already been confirmed as 'Lost'
Needless to say... Never again... Stay away... run a mile and never look back. This company and their customer service is awful. 0 stars”
“I am expecting a parcel since Friday.
As per the tracking history delivery was attempted twice (no email or text message received and I did not even know the parcel was handed to Parcel Force if I had not contacted DHL) and a post card was left. I was always at home, none came and no post card was left.
I phoned yesterday and asked to deliver my parcel to local post office and again this morning delivery was attempted. I called up and someone was going to investigate. I received a voice message saying to call back to re-arrange a delivery because post office was closed. When I called back I was told to call later because the parcel was not at the depot. I called back and I was told "the driver has changed route but no worries, you will receive it today" without even listening what happened and when I said "I was given a different information" the answer was "well, this is the information I am giving to you now" in a very rude way.
I am very disappointed, I understand delays can happen but you should train your team to find solutions, rather then giving rude answers. This is very poor customer service, it is ridiculous, very disappointed.”

Lost parcels, massive delays, no refund offered because you have to make the claim a few weeks after sending the parcel, my parcel didn't show up until 3 months later, at which point it sat in an unknown depot and then disappeared. No chance of getting in touch with them either. scum”

“Items marked "fragile" arrived in pieces. The damage to the corners of outer cardboard box was far more than could occur by having accidentally dropped it. Clearly, the box was thrown deliberately against a wall or the ground. No doubt the 'handler' found the resulting rattle of the pieces amusing.”

“DONT USE normally won’t deal with anyone who uses parcel force as a delivery agent , unfortunately Screwfix insist on using them .... as usual , I received a card .. no one at home , regardless of the fact two people are at this address and the porch is used for deliveries by every other delivery company, but parcel force didn’t try opening the door , no phone number on the card ... just a note saying will deliver tomorrow , where I presume again they won’t find anyone in”

Delivery was requested for tomorrow 21st Jan, but supposedly attempted delivery today whilst I was actually sitting 10 feet from front door! Guess what, lie number one. Then told that a crd was put through the door with information about me collecting it, lie number two.
This is the third time Parcelforce has tried this trick on me, causing one parcel to be returned to supplier, because no information was put through letter box.
Contacted Parcelforce, a great waste of time because it is actually just a link number with no people to deal with, so left with only one option, a complaint.
However, I must state that our local Postie always gets it right everytime, year in year out. So why can't parcelforce?
If you are thinking of using this company, I would suggest you be very careful, in case you come across the same problems I have. It is worth asking the shop you are buying from who do they use. Perhaps even pay an extra pound to get a more expensive and reliable deliverer.”

“Posted a parcel Express Delivery to Germany on 21 December. Paid over £70 for it to be delivered before Christmas. It never left the UK but was returned to us today (14 January) with a note saying the addressee had refused delivery. I have already filled in a complaint form for late delivery (having already spoken to their rude customer services). No response to this complaint and no way to update the complaint once submitted.
Don’t use Parcelforce.”

“I have posted a package before Christmas, the package was completely ruined and smashed up absolutely unusable costed me £600.
I have tried to make a claim but because I was off between Christmas and New Year I have run out of the 14 days so I simply got a; “sorry we cannot help you any further” answer
I find this unacceptable and outrageous, company hiding behind its terms and conditions while causing significant damages to clients.
I will not rest until this will get resolved not because of the £600, this is a matter of principle and decency”
“I sent a parcel to China and I paid for the express delivery service costing £90.52 and 32 days later it was still at the Coventry depot I phoned lots and lots of times about the parcel and I kept getting past around from depot to depot and no one seemed to know what was going on and finally found out that the parcel was lost I was told to bear with them and they would phone me back I was told this three times by three different people and two weeks later I still haven't heard anything. Please for your own sanity don't use this company I am fed up with contacting them”
