Today I received 2 chest of drawers both adequately wrapped up by the sender and fragile and please be careful written all over it. My first inkling of a problem was when the driver took no care in removing the Furntiure’s from his van. My husband offered to help because of the way he just dumped heavily to the ground the first chest of drawers and he refused his help and continued to lift the chest of drawers himself slamming it to the ground. He then started to tell us in a very annoyed manner how much of a problem these chest of drawers were and how he was so glad to be rid of them due to the distance he had to travel. I didn’t answer him but thought how weird. Plus by saying this he really showed another example of lack of care for my goods in his attitude. It really is an unacceptable thing to say to customers seeing as that’s his actual job and we have actually paid for it. It’s not like he’s doing me a favour!’ Anyway when I finally opened the package this is what I got!! It was obviously dropped and although only one had a chunk falling off both showed structural damage signs of having been dropped. Wish me luck because I am just about to start the claim process!!

was sent 2 packages by my ex-wife from the US. Both have arrived 5o the UK by October 20th. One of them is an artwork, for which I supposed to receive some paperwork, but I never did. I have called in several times, spent over 4 hrs on the phone , was promised multiple times to be called back, which I never was. Your people have provided me with inaccurate information, which has resulted in thw parcels being sent back. Other than the 1 letter I received from Sarah Rawlins, I have received no apology, no follow up whatsoever. Your employees have made empty promises, and it has cost me money and time. Your effort to reimburse me is a drop in the ocean. I need to contact my ex-wife and aske her a favor because you are unable to follow up on your promises? I am going g to have to ask her to send resent wh packages foem thw US to the UK? Who is going to pay for that? I have been working in a customer service environment for over a decade- never in my life I have experienced such a lack of care about resolving an issue. This is ridiculous. It has been 4 months and none of my packages are here. How can you operate a business with people who don't know what they are talking about and clearly they don't care to follow up? Shame on you. I will make sure to file this complaint on every single platform I find and will take this as far as possible. I appalled by how you conduct business

The worst delivery company with the worst costumer service! Please avoid them. They never come to deliver and they say they do, you can spend the whole year at home and they will say you weren't at home. The costumer service isn't much better, they are rude and unprofessional. They returned my parcel to another country after 3 months of having it even when I called them and asked for it four times and they denied having it. Those people are the worst company you will find.

The experience with Parcelforce has been nothing but woeful. Their automated phone lines and online system would not allow anyone to speak to a human being. We were waiting for a parcel from family in Australia who had already paid over £80 Australian dollars for the delivery. We receive a letter stating we need to pay customs charges, charges which had already been paid. The online and phone automated systems would not recognise the tracking number. Had to send emails to complain. After nearly three weeks I actually receive a phone call and pay the £35 needed. She tells me the parcel will be with us the following day. The following day came and went and there was no parcel. Back on the phone and online and again the automated system would not allow me to track the parcel. Email again and then find out they tried to deliver but nobody was home. No card left or anything. They clearly had not tried. I get an email response this morning saying it’s out on the van. I had to leave the house for 10 mins, so put up an A4 notice in the front window in large letter stating - parcelforce if you turn up please leave parcel in the utility room. Came back no card no parcel. Have been home since and then there’s a knock on the door from a neighbour saying parcel force gave him a card about our parcel. That card states I have to travel 8 miles to the post office at which they are leaving the parcel. I don’t drive!!!! I wouldn’t touch this company with a barge pole and certainly won’t recommend them to anyone.

I have private driveway and parcel letter box ,i left the gate open yet the parcel force driver ,took my parcel away a small package that would have fitted in the letter box and left me a redeliver card, parcel force is the only company that stupid

They delivered my parcel to wrong town! I was calling them few times buy they never sent driver to collect my parcel and bring it back to me. After one month of waiting I have lost hope I will see my parcel.

Supposed to collect on Friday, never showed up. Customer Service told me "sorry, we'll collect Monday, you'll get an email with the exact hour and confirmation beforehand." Obviously it's Monday, no collection, no email, no nothing.

The most horrible and rude company ever!!!!! Dont send nothing with this company!!!!! Od 2 febuary I was sending parcel 5 kg with global priority to Poland!!! Was cost me 70£ and I was be told will be take max 5 daya!!!! From 6 febuary last updates was exported from uk. After calling ruth customers servise its not give you aby information. JUST WAIT!!. I was send with global priorityand I expecting delivery fast!!!!! Frends is sending with difrent companes and even is recive in difrent country after 3 days!!!! Horrible!!!! I wish bankrupt this company!!!! We spend lotsow money to send and your JOB IS TO DOED FOR WHAT YOU HAVE PAID!!!!!! WE DONT WANT ANY PROLEM WITH FIGHT FOR US MONEY BACK!!! WHEN SOMEONE IS NOT DOING JOB PROPERLY DONT DESERVE PAYMENTS!!!

Very bad experience, customer service has no idea how to do their job. One of them even been very rude with me. I received letter from them to pay the customs charges and would receive my parcel next day after payment. Received confirmation email,waited all day next day,my parcel wouldn't move on the tracking. Called today and they say have no idea why I received the letter as the parcel didnt reach the depo by 1am last night but would put it as priority and definitely to r it latest tomorrow. Called this evening again and told will receive it on Monday. Is like a joke,not delivery company. Very disappointed with them,first time and hopefully last.

Even though I was at home Parcelforce delivered my parcel to one of my neighbours. They left no note or any indication at my house that they had been there or where the parcel was delivered. I had to call the customer service line to find out where my parcel was. After spending 5 minutes repeating my order number to an automated system, I was finally transferred to a person. She could also not tell me where my parcel was delivered. 32 hours after I called the customer service line I still have no feedback where my parcel was delivered. I did get an email informing me that my inquiry has been closed. Now I'll have to ask all my neighbours if they have my parcel.

Avoid them like a disease. They managed to get me to waste 7 hours of time (so far) after they lost our parcel sent at a high cost last October. They make out that they're efficient but the opposite is true. Finally they said to claim via their website but it does not work. Then they said the only way forward is to go a PostOffice, collect a form, fill it in and then put this in your own envelope, pay for a stamp, address it to a PostOffice box so they can collect and decide. Even though the claim sum is quite low they want proof of purchases by receipts etc. In other words they are throwing obstacles in your way so they can avoid paying out. They even demanded the expected receiver fill out a similar form, again proving costs with receipts. Two words, Total Madness.

Do not under any circumstances use this company worst experience ever.Overs month sent email about damaged return to company have sent lots of emails, sent messages made calls but one answering email messages and hanging up on phone after saying everyone working from homr

SENT A PARCEL TO ITALY OVER ONE MONTH AGO SENT A PARCEL TO ITALY ONE MONTH AGO. HAVE BEEN TOLD IT IS IN A CONTAINER SOMEWHERE STILL IN THE UK? Your reply is useless! Who do I contact? I have been going around in circles for a month. Still no sign of my parcel sent one month ago! 1. PERSON ON HELPLINE TELLS ME IT IS IN ITALY 2. PERSON ON HELPLINE TELLS ME IT IS IN A CONTAINER IN UK 3. PERSON ON HELPLINE TELLS ME IT HAS GONE BY ROAD AND IS LOST 4. PERSON ON HELPLINE SAYS THE "PRANADEMIC" !!!! HAS SLOWED THINGS DOWN, CAN YOU GET SOMEONE WHO CAN SAY PANDEMIC! 5. NO UPDATE FOR OVER 3 WEEKS. 6. BUYER DEMANDS MONEY BACK AND IS REFUNDED £300 WHERE IS MY PARCEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I genuinely recommend not to use this service if you have any other adequate alternatives or if you are looking to send something important overseas. I had an experience of using Parcelforce to send a parcel from the UK to Poland. It seemed great at first - they collected a parcel the next day, and I received regular updates via tracking number regarding its status within the next couple of days. But after my parcel "was exported from the UK" I stopped getting updates. Just to clarify: the parcel was exported from the UK on 21st of January, and it's 6th of February today. The promise was that it would be delivered not later than by the 1st of February. I got a reply from the customer service on 2nd of February saying that "there are delays in international items leaving the UK to some countries at present due to reduced flights caused by the impact of the corona virus. I am sorry, we cannot however confirm exactly when this may be." This response doesn't make any sense because according to their own tracking system, my parcel had already left the UK. Maybe they lost it in transit, maybe they forgot about it - I have no idea. But I know for sure that I am very frustrated with this unprofessional approach and ignorance of the customers. I wrote another request to customer service, and I'm wondering whether they will come back with an adequate response. UPDATE That's the reply I got: "There is currently a suspension of guarantee on all countries worldwide. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in this matter, but due to the nature of the issue we will be unable to assist you at this time. Please continue monitoring the online tracking at and feel free to contact us again once the delay caused by the suspension no longer applies" My parcel hasn't been delivered and there are no updates.

I would like to make a complaint about your cornwall depot office, i sent off a parcel to Denmark and it never got delivered it came back as return to sender but we have since moved house they kept saying we have to speak to the sender .. and we kept repeating it over and over again we weren't they were vile and rude and then shouted at us and hang up.. we have it all recorded

Absolute rubbish. I shipped two metal fining cabinets and they arrived looking like they had been kicked there. Honestly whoever handled these did so with zero care. They were not fragile in any way but they were literally bent and dented all over. It's a complete joke. Then, even though I paid extra to cover them, Parcelforce dug out some exclusions which meant they refused to then pay me back for the damage. Unless you plan to ship bricks, I suggest you go with another provider as these guys not only suck at what they do, they also suck at accepting responsibility for how they do it. I wish now I would have just trashed the cabinets, so much for trying to do my bit to up-cycle them.

I guess that many people have satisfactory service from parcel force as, indeed, I have experienced in the past. It is, of course, when things go wrong that their service is properly tested. I recently sent a parcel to a customer it used the 48hr tracked signed for service. The parcel reached the local delivery depot ( Maidstone) and there the problems started. For several consecutive days I received tracker messages saying the parcel could not be delivered because of access issues. The customer says there are no such issues and other couriers are delivering as normal. I have tried to resolve this on line but am just taken round in circles and cannot contact anyone. The help desk does not work, I have waited on hold for over an hour on each of several phone lines, My emails are returned with the statement that they cannot answer e mails at this time. There is absolutely no way that I can contact anyone. Don't think you are getting some sort of up market service from these guys they are useless!
