“It is really bad . Booked something from Amazon and they used that service. Was in the living room all the time .Depot even did not ring the doorbell or called the phone. Just left a card with the wrong tracking number. Read reviews and lots of people were in the house like me and instead of the parcel had a rubbish card .Very bad service and you can not contact them.”
“I was sent a text in the morning telling me an estimate time my parcel would arrive. I was happy because I needed my package for that evening. The parcel didn't show up though I kept an eye on the tracking. Several hours after the delivery time it said on the tracking site (not even a text) it had insufficient address. I had to waste time searching all over the site to find a number to call and then go through tedious options. The man on the end was very argumentative and refused to acknowledge there was anything they could have done saying the driver doesn't have the person's number to call them. Well parcel force, SOMEONE in your company has my number because you text me that morning. Also, SOMEONE looked at the address to give an estimate time and could see at that point the address hadn't been put in properly. They chose not to contact me at that time which could have avoided all the trouble and helped the driver - no excuse for crap service! I was told the driver might be able to come by later so I waited at home. I waited in my kitchen where i could see the road and door. In the end i had to go to the deport office, where when i checked the tracking again it said it had tried to deliver again. LIERS. I was there the whole time and there was NO slip delivered through the door. Poor poor customer service. Companies - do not use parcel force.”

went and had a look at the letterbox nothing. Had a look at my CCTV nothing. Ring doorbell nothing.
Made a call will get local depo to call. 2 hours later still waiting.
Had my neighbour come give me a card with my address. Made another call for the rude woman to hang up on me. Rang again and explained only to be told local depo will call within 2 hours.
The missed delivery note don't even have a parcel tracking number yet I need to pick it up from my local post office. How is that possible?”
“There was not one single time when I did not have some problems with this service, esp. with international packages!!!
Items sent to wrong addresses, packages returned without any notification of attempted delivery, etc. -- you name it, they did it!
This whole organisation should be scrapped for good.”
“Absolute scammers! Ordered a parcel from Australia, awaited patiently for the customs and duty invoice which never came. They made no attempt to call me despite my mobile number being clearly written on the package. They then returned the parcel literally to the other side of the planet because the duty hadnt been paid. I now have to pay another £60 for postage and they are unwilling to compensate me! They get paid twice, I loose out, not to mention the environmental damage in flying my package half way round the world TWICE!
Oh and then when I made a formal complaint to them they responded telling me that parcel is in Sydney and they cant give me a delivery time… yes because they sent it back there the morons!
No attempt was made to send me the customs invoice and one short phone call from them could have prevented all this.”

“I send parcel 4 month ago to Italy. It was 2 month on its way and my friend forgot about it, so when it is arrived she was confused because the postman didn't tell her from who is it and asked her pay tax 15€, she says I don't know anything about it (she completely confused)so they took parcel back to UK. After 2 month the parcel got lost in wrong port. No apparent. I rung 3 times, they promise me it will be sorted in 2 days but 2 weeks gone and I still don't have any information. Parcel was included kids clothes- present for her birthday. I am very stressed. No celebration for kid, also this clothes will be small when return to me. Please never send parcel with this company because you will regret it. UK and Italy 2 big progressive countries but acting like I send parcel to polar bear in middle of nowhere. I cried few times. I really really regret I choose this company.

It is customary to knock and / or ring the doorbell when attempting delivery. Today was perhaps the twentieth Parcelforce attempted delivery where the driver did neither. Useless. Nobody should use you as their courier.”
“Similar to the reviews below, this is an awful awful company! Just to give a brief overview, I’ve haven’t receive my order as it's been STOLEN from London East depot. I order airpod pros.
From the start, there was no redeliver card left for instructions, so called Parcel Force to arrange the redeliver.
I spoke with at least 6 different people in arranging a redeliver and every time I’d been met with a reason as to why it could't be delivered. Initially when I spoke to them on a Friday, they arranged for it to be delivered for Monday. However when I hadn’t heard anything, I called up & they explained that someone had marked it down as “collect from depot” and that they’ve arranged a redelivery for the following morning.
Same thing, nothing arrived and when I called they said it would be delivered between 1-2pm. After 3:30pm I called again and was told nothing has been done and now will arranged a redeliver for next morning. Once again when I called that morning to clarify they said no such thing had been processed and that the item needs to be searched for as its been a “long time”. Finally i get a call back from the depot explaining that they've searched and the item has gone missing. It's airpods so i wouldn't be surprised if someone decided to pocket it
During this waste of time, they’ve claimed that the depot has tried to call me but I haven’t received any calls. And when I’ve asked to speak with the depot directly but they don’t have direct line.
Just a flimsy apology and was told to apply for a reimbursement. That doesn't make up for lost time, being told i have a delivery, staying home for DAYS on end only for nothing to arrive is ridiculous.
I can't stress enough, totally AVOID using parcel force. Not a single employee will be able to help with any enquiry.”
“Requested them to leave parcel in the outhouse using the link they sent. But then received an email saying 'if you are not going to be in we will attempt re-delivery on Monday and if you are not in that day we will leave in the outhouse'. So now I have to stay in after all as I need it this weekend!”
“Paid for next day delivery with instructions to leave in porch if no reply. Missed delivery, and card posted through letterbox saying will attempt following day. Next day I left signed note on door to leave in porch. Did not follow instructions and left card saying returned to depot.
Drove to depot following day to collect parcel and informed staff member about driver not following instructions ( even though no signature was required) basically told me he couldn't do anything about it, and had no way of finding out who driver was!”
