Received a text message to let me know, parcel hadn't been delivered as nobody was in, confusingly I was actually at home at this time as I had been all day awaiting delivery of this item. So I phone to ask what is going on, first call left my number to be called back to be updated on what was happening, second call (after not receiving a call back) was told I would be transferred to talk to the depot, then the phone line was cut (hung up on me), third call I was finally transferred to the depot and ensured that it would be sorted.... I am now writing this review as nothing has been sorted, did I mention that having been told that a card had been placed through my letterbox to instruct me on what do to next, there was no card as even if delivery was attempted, it was clearly attempted at the wrong hous, how can you deliver to the wrong house in this current technological haven, they do realise a sat nav takes you to a house, you know so you make sure you have the right place... anyway I do hope I receive my item before Xmas otherwise it is money wasted, I hope that parcelforce sort themselves out but seriously doubt it, with all the complaints I wonder why companies persist with using them to deliver their items.

Euro priority from UK to Greece. Supposedly 4 workings days delivery. On the third day it was being exported from the UK. 10 days later is still being exported from the UK. On Monday it will still being exported from the UK for the 15th day. All of that for a parcel containing an expensive guitar with 64 euro posting fee. Way to go Parcelforce! I just hope that guitar is not "lost" aka stolen. According to the reviews i read EVERYWHERE worst company EU

Did not collect the parcel despite the fact I was waiting the entire day for them. Now I have to take another day off to wait for a courier. I am surprised at how our lawmakers are failing to regulate this industry

Had one delivery date. No delivery they lost Parcel. Another parcel ordered and fixed delivery date. Said they tried to deliver a day earlier but they didn't. I was in and they left no card. Had to fix another delivery date. Identical problems last year. Terrible company.

Express48 December 5th, December 11th still sitting at the 'hub'... same thing happened last year. Wont be using them again!

The delivery guy couldn't find our address, which is ridiculous, didn't even try to contact me. For the third attempt he left my package at one of the locations that I suggested. Obviously, there is no card as he couldn't find my address and now I have to find out to which location did he drop the package. Genius. After more that 2 weeks from the expected date, it would be nice to finally have my package.

Included postage cost in the charges: Over charged, included postage cost with the charges, what a ripoff joke! And it was deliberate as the postage price was in a separate location, there is no way to be refunded without a lawyer being involved.

I have only used parcel force twice , the first time the service wasn't too bad and the item was collected on time and arrived on time. The second occasion it was one of the worst services i have ever had , not only did the company not pick up my parcel but customer service was utterly disgraceful, many rude members of staff who don't listen to you. besides one person called Shaun who was the only person to apologize out of the 5 different people i spoke to and he was very helpful, i think it would be better putting him in charge then maybe they would be able to provide a good service. As i was saying, i was given false promises that the parcel would be collected the next day and the next day etc after it not being collected on the allocated day but was never collected and after making 2 formal complaints they still did nothing at all to resolve the issue. I seriously think parcel force's service is shocking and i can't understand how they can run their business like this, they have a lot to answer for and seriously need to improve vastly to be anywhere near becoming a good company again Finally i would recommend people not to use parcel force and give serious consideration to seeking an alternative courier as this company literally, can't deliver.

Received SMS in the morning saying parcel would be delivered that day (the expected delivery day). It never even left the depot.

Did not deliver parcel and did not leave delivery attempt card. We were in the house looking out of the window during the time the parcel was due to be delivered. We didn't even see a Parcelforce van drive past. The delivery was arranged by a major retailer. John Lewis, please don't use Parcelforce again. It will loose customers for you. They are utterly useless.

This is Kim, I was supposed to receive my parcel on 28th Nov, until Dec 7th, still no parcel received. On Dec 1st, I've received a phone message that they have attempted deliver the parcel to me at 9:30, but i was not at home so they left a card. The truth is that my mother and I were at home and nobody came and no card has been left. During these days, I have called Parcel Force customer service 12 times in total. Each time, different customer service staff answered the phone call but eventually after the call has done nothing to make the delivery happen. Im not sure if this website works, but I'm just giving it a try, hopefully, it could make the company realise how bad their customer service team is and how their driver lied, and how late their staff deliver a simple parcel, and how bad their staff's implementation is!

Awful customer service, the lady hang up, she did not like the fact I was not happy as I could not read the tracking number as it was bad written.

Parcel force is one of the most incompetent delivery services you can imagine. From missing deliveries to parcels being delivered a week too late to an address 10 houses down the road. Any complaint or support request you send them will be ignored just the same as you redelivery arrangements via their website. Their drivers will even take the time to run to your door just to slip a missed you note through the letterbox most likely not all the way so it will end up on the street. This note wont have a date, time or driver name either because why would you want to know that their came around when you were in the house waiting for an important package but all they did was leave you an empty note because ringing the door bell is above their pay grade. Avoid this company as much as you can...

I am currently disabled with a fracture and was unable to answer the door but was able to answer the doorbell. I asked the delivery person to leave the item in the secure garage that I can open/close from inside and offered him my name and unique number as POD. I was able to tell him/he confirmed the delivery item as evidence he was at the right address. He refused and offered to leave the item at the nearby post office. I agreed. He didn't leave it there but took it back to the depot. I use the website to arrange redelivery to the post office for pick up today. The item was not there/again.

Utterly useless and incompetent company. Two days running they sent texts/emails saying they would deliver, but didn't. I tried to contact them, but couldn't get through. Then, with no warning whatsoever, they tried to deliver when I was out. Appalling. Don't use them. Even Yodel would be better, and that's saying something.

Got an email from Parcelforce on Thursday saying my package was out for delivery. It didn't turn up. Yesterday I got a text (which didn't mention Thursday's contradictory email and certainly didn't apologise or anything like that) saying it would be delivered yesterday. It still didn't turned up. I tried to ring up to find out what had happened but gave up after being put on hold for twenty minutes. These guys are hugely incompetent. I will not be buying from any company that uses their services again.

What a wasted time I really angry because I paid £12 for delivery on Saturday please refund £12 now, lazy Saturday that robbery my £12, got delivery attempted 10:00am 2nd Dec I bet they lied or can't find my address I have no card & no call me & no one doorbell I checked doorbell to flash light & vibrate is worked fine. I ordered 2 ceiling lights with dimming & warm to cool white light on AliExpress from China to UK just 21 days too slow & Customs charges raised cost £30.32 bit expensive, Fedex much faster about under 10 days from China to UK. I'm deaf can't call number I use contact us way too slow to answer they busy too many email to reading. don't have chat online is help quick
