“24hr Express Delivery, cost £17.48.
I have just spoken to my local depot only to be told I will be receiving the parcel next Tuesday. Presuming that they DO actually manage to deliver then, that will turn the 24hour service into 144hour service! DISGRACEFUL AND NEXT TO USELESS”

They first sent me a text message advising that delivery slot will be between 2-3 pm, then they came an hour late and didn’t find me at home so didn’t deliver the parcel EVEN though at the time of purchasing I had purposely specified to leave the parcel at the front porch if no one at home. Then they left a card saying to go and collect the parcel at local post office and when I got there the parcel had not been delivered to the post office yet either!I called customer service and after 20 minutes attempt to speak to someone, as they clearly do anything possible to deflect customers rightly wishing to understand where their parcel has gone, I spoke to a super rude lady who told me that the drivers where not late!( against every written evidence!) and that I m being rude for complaining!wow what a bunch of incompetent jokers!”
“Did not deliver on indicated day, not even within time parameters. When contacted the instructions had not been written in correct place on form so were ignored by driver. resent next day and instructions to driver STILL ignored - in fact had been crossed out in black marker pen.
Avoid in future”
“Clear sign of parcel being dropped, every glass item inside shattered, pc monitor gone (i know they discourage sending it, i know why now), pc case cracked, it takes effort to break metal case. If you are trying to save money choose different parcel service not this shitty one and just lower the parcel insurance a little. It will still come out more worth it and you can sleep at night, knowing your parcel is with hands that are used to deal with them.”
“I don’t expect when I am not happy with the service and take the bother to call, to be talked over and to have the phone put down on me. I will make sure I will boycott any company who uses Parcelforce as a delivery company.”
“I placed an order on December 29th, 2017 to be shipped to the United States. I received a confirmation email on January 3rd the item had been shipped with a tracking number. I received an update on January 4th my package was exported from the UK. That was the last update I received. It is now January 18th, 2018 and so far the information I have received via email from ParcelForce is there is inclement weather on the Eastern Portion of the United States and all packages at US Customs will not be processed until next week. This is false information. I received two other packages from two other websites in the UK and both of the those orders were placed after December 29th. I am now dealing with a delay in work needed to be completed due to missing items and have no idea if and when my package will arrive. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!”
“Awful service. No point using Express48 if it doesn't reach the customer for five days - and this is not the first time. What really annoys me though, is when you phone to complain and the Parcelforce operative is adamant it's not their fault as they weren't told there was a parcel to collect - and maybe I should contact the Post Office and complain to them! No, the fault is with Parcelforce and their flawed business model.. but they're not bothered about that, nor me the customer.”
“I sent a parcel out on Friday the 12th Jan 2018. Expecting it to be 48hour express iv checked online and it's only in Charley! Baring in mind I sent it from Birmingham so it's not travelled a great amount of miles since Friday morning, I was informed delivery would be Tuesday I highly doubt this will happen looks like it may be later on in the week. Waste of time parcelforce are clearly in no rush to deliver on time even though customers pay hard earned money to get items sent and received safely and on time. It's now the 15th of jan and still no parcel it's 23.31pm so fingers crossed it will arrive before Wednesday”
“Like so many others on this site, I have a parcel that has been stuck in Coventry for 9 days with no prospect of it being delivered in the near future. When I try to contact this dreadful company, I get various different stories. The most popular one is to blame Customs and Excise even though they have never actually handled the parcel!
Avoid this appalling company like the plague!”

I called and they told me to come in to collect my parcel, came in right after work 6:04pm, and they wouldnt serve me because my parcel took long to find?
I let other people in front of my get served, stood there until 6:45pm and they still blamed me for having a lost parcel? - Thankfully the people around me who were waiting in the queue also couldnt understand the fact that I was patient enough to wait.
At first they were decent and nice to provide customer service but now the staff is extremely rude. It's not about even my parcel anymore, it's about respecting one another, and parcelforce does not have that”
“Parcelforce are the carrier for a monthly subscription I hold and for the last three months they have failed to deliver first time. On two of these cases the driver simply ignored delivery instructions to leave with a neighbour and one count of simply assuming I wouldn't be home and signing the job off as failed without attending the address.
Then there's the telephone customer service, who have yet to resolve a delivery issue in a single call. Their customer service reps have openly lied to me, blamed "system issues" for failed deliveries and even refused to reschedule failed deliveries asking me to collect from them instead.
They are by far the worst courier I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, but sadly you rarely get a choice of courier when you order things for delivery so I'm stuck with their non-service until they lose the contract or go under, I won't shed a tear under either scenario.”
“Extremely happy and fully satisfied with Parcelforce; the very best experience I've had with any delivery service. I went to the Post office to send a 20kg parcel through Royalmail (from Wolverhampton to Essex), but the post office staff inadvertently processed it through Parcelforce. This got me really nervous, going by the really horrible reviews I had read abou Parcelforce. My parcel was due for delivery within 48 hours, and going by the reviews I had read, it could take somewhere between 5 days and 'forever'. However, I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered within the 48hr time frame. Moreover, I was able to track it up till the moment it was delivered. Thank you so very much to Parcelforce.”
