Zero stars. Two days running they say they attempted delivery. First time I can see from my cctv that nobody came to my door, second time I was in the house. No cards left. Apart from that I had requested delivery to my nearest post office and that didn’t happen either. So currently I have no idea where my parcel is and I don’t think they know either. Best avoided if at all possible.

Driver didnot show up at all.But received message he attempted delivery. Pathetic criminals. How is this acceptable ,same complaint all over the country. After I call,they now say he could not find the address. Avoid like a plaque

Worst ever delivery company . No driver call on arrival . Went to parcelforce depot for collect my things . I were said that your parcel is with driver to deliver at your door and I had been waiting all day at my door outside my house but nobody come to deliver my things . There is not any link to show us when we will get our parcel . No specific time just wait all day for nothing . If there would a 0 star , I would not like to rate then even a zero they are less then zero .

Awful service and delivery. I got something expensive to deliver to me. But I wasn't home and have texted them to redeliver my parcel in two day while I am home and I got confirmation that they have received my redelivery message. But the delivery person delivered it to a stranger anyway regardless my redelivery message and without my signature. I can't believe they would randomly deliver something very expensive without the recipient's signature! When I got back home trying to contact them regarding the issue, they directly said my tracking number was invalid and it was not by ParcelForce and quickly disconnected the service to me. Really some BS there! anyway. Really Awful delivery service and experience. Be careful guys

Worst service. Paid extra koney to have a small envelope delivered from Londo to Cambridge. It takes 1 hour by train and they have wasted 3 days and the package has still not even left London. Keys were urgently needed and this guaranteed service causing serious damage. Will sue them for sure.

Awful awful awful … have used them twice when I had to get an urgent parcel delivered the next day and they failed abysmally on both occasions. Their claims procedure is a arduous task deliberately delaying the process further - NEVER USE THEM . If I could give them zero I would.

All the 1 reviews are correct. I would give 0 if there was such a thing. My whole feeling about them is they are hacked and scammed. You cannot trust then and the customer service advisers are just covering up. I have sent a letter including screen shots to the complaints department and the scam investigators.

Sent an item sold via eBay but 7 weeks later parcel is still lost, buyer has been refunded but I can’t get a refund?. Why? Because it’s not their fault & I should get the buyer to start filling out paperwork too!. I have been attempting to get a refund for 6 of these weeks only for 95% of communication to be ignored and the few times they respond it usually isn’t actually a response!.

Misleading, liars, unprofessionals, are the least words to express my experience with Parcelforce. I got "attempted delivery" while I never left home and never received a call from the driver or anyone else. The tracking service said "Addressee to collect from depot" but they left me without any note or card to inform me where my box is. I called them and they said first that they can arrange a redelivery for me but it will take time. I said: ok, but then they immediately stepped back and said: no, we cannot arrange this!!!!! I asked who will pay for this redelivery, if I have already paid door to door delivery from the beginning. They answered: it is free!!!! But it was not. I got a letter 4 days later saying that I have to pay 28.5 Euro for the first box. Now, the tracking gives me a "attempted delivery" for the second box for yesterday, Saturday, and I was home the whole day. I am still waiting for a letter for the second box. This company is a complete disaster, and I would never recommend it for anyone.

Tried to speak to Parcelforce Team this morning regarding a number to pay customs. After 15 minutes wait to speak to someone, I spoke to a person who gave me the wrong 17 digit number after another long wait for that number. I Telephoned again, only to wait a long time again, then the pleasant young lady said she would check and put the telephone down (hung up on me). Third and fourth time unable to get the number I needed. In this automated time why can we not put a tracking number into a system and it joins up all the dots and you can pay any outstanding customs. That’s instead of waiting a week for an official letter to say a parcel needs payment. Sorry too many distractions for those working from home.

This is the worst delivery service, ever. My package arrived in the country 4 days ago (literally, 3 days, 23 hours, as of writing). However, it is just sitting in the warehouse - or wherever it is - with nary an attempt at a delivery. For context, I ordered several items from the US *half a day* after the package arrived in the country (on Monday). I paid for UPS' "Express Shipping" option, which costs *less* than the amount I paid to Parcelforce for their delivery service (or the lack of it, for that matter). I took receipt of the UPS parcel today, about 4 hours ago. As of writing, my Parcelforce package is still in limbo. Please, if you can, avoid this courier company. They are the pits.

On the 2nd of August 2022, 9:47 a parcel addressed to me was out for delivery and I received an SMS message informing me that my parcel will be delivered between 13:06 and 14:06. Around this time I watched my device closely as I anticipated my delivery. The GPS on the application had shown that the delivery person was close by. I then sat and watched out my window and waited for the parcel to be delivered. I then see a notification on the application saying that "unable to locate premises". As soon as I saw that notification I rang 03448004466 informing a member of staff that the delivery vehicle never arrived on my estate. The member of staff then told me that they would contact the driver and arrange for them to try and redeliver the package. I waited over an hour waiting for any update on the package and nothing. So I simply rang again and explained to a second member of staff my issue and if they would try give me abit more information regarding the arrival of my goods. They then said that " the driver had not been made aware and will inform them to try redeliver the package." They also said to me "they will contact me once they have more information regarding the situation." I then waited an addition hour with no contact so I contacted the number again. At this point the application had shown that the driver had returned to the depot at Rotherham. I then asked the staff member if I could collect that parcel today. She said "that would be possible as long as I bring some identification to prove it was my parcel and address that I was collecting it for." At roughly half past 5 I the afternoon I arrived to collect my parcel. The staff member behind the glass told me that I couldn't pick up the parcel as "it had not been attempted delivery" I then explained to her that the parcel had attempted a delivery explaining that it had attempted a delivery but failed to find my address and that I had came to collect the parcel after been told to do so by the telephone service team. She then denied me access to my parcel even though they had located it and told me to take a seat and wait until a senior member of staff arrived to talk to. Approximately 10 mins went by until a gentleman came and repeated what the other staff member said. I then walked off to my car in annoyance and rang the customer service number again asking to change my delivery to a collection. The customer service bot then told me that I could collect this parcel on the 3rd of August at the depot. As driving away annoyed from the situation I recieve a private call from a number leaving a voice mail from the same member of staff that spoken to me at the depot saying that they cannot let me have my parcel and not to come to the depot on the 3rd! Now I have no idea how to collect my belongings that I had purchased online since I cannot collect from the depot, I will not be at home on the 3rd to receive the order and my parcel is too large to be collected at a post office. The confusion and misinformation I had received through your company is astonishing.

I'm only giving a 1 as there isn't a zero. Parcel going round and round for over a week with the driver unable to find our address in the middle of a village just outside Cardiff. Awful tracking and customer service. Tracking states not enough delivery information, though i have confirmed there is verbally and on e mail with Parcelforce. Never had this problem before. Terrible service.

If I could give less than one star I would! I am now waiting for the 3rd promised delivery of my parcel. They have the parcel so why can't they deliver it? They lied about trying to deliver it to me. I was at home all day the first time and nobody rang our doorbell nor were they on the video footage (we have a Ring doorbell system) So that was a big fat lie. Second time, they were supposed to deliver to local post office and they didn't. Another fail! I'm now waiting for their 3rd attempt at delivery, but not holding my breath. Why are they so useless?

It is a scam. Paid £47.50 for guaranteed 3 working days delivery. Parcel ended up only being delivered after 9 working days. Requested for a refund but got rejected with no reason. Absolute waste of money and waste of time. Resent documents with DHL, cheaper and way more reliable. Job done within 3 working days.

Paid for next day delivery, it’s been two weeks now and still nothing arrived. I had to call them because allegedly some documents were faulty, even though the gentleman at the counter said it was OK. Parcel was supposed to surprise a loved one before I arrived back home from travelling - now I’ll be home before it arrives. Would never use this service again.

Manipulating liars! A complete joke of a company. They lie so openly and unashamedly it is unbelievable. They sent text saying they will deliver in one hour slot - but no one came. Next day they sent another text pretending that someone had tried to deliver - but again no one came as was home all day. Then they claimed they left a card with details of what to do next - but no such card was left, because no one from ParcelForce attended the property. They are an absolute joke, shameless and useless! Retailers that use this company to deliver customer parcels are jeopardising their reputation as they will be let down by these manipulators. To top it all up, they offer no telephone number to get in contact with them and if you use their on-line form, it will take them weeks for a response - still waiting on my response from their 'customer service' whilst their driver has stolen the parcel!

Booked and paid for Amazon item to be returned By Parcel Force, on collection day they didn't bother to turn up to collect item - or let me know. When I requested another collection date I had to wait another 2 days. Low and behold they haven't turned up to collect my item 4 working days on. No email. No call. I spent over £29 on this service. No option to call and speak to someone about 2 failed collections, only failed deliveries. Cannot believe this joke of a service is endorsed by Royal Mail.
