“I had paid for a parcel to be collected from London yesterday (07/08/2017). The scheduled time for collection from my place of work was between 12-6pm. I had been waiting up until almost 7pm and spoke to the Customer Services team to find out what was going on. They informed me that the driver's handheld terminal had broken and as a result of this - he was not able to retrieve the addresses to collect from. There was nothing to notify me of this until I called Customer Services - unacceptable.
The gentleman from Customer Services London then said to give me peace of mind, my parcel will definitely be collected by 4pm the following day (today)...Guaranteed! It got to 3pm when I called to make sure everything was still on schedule and another gent from Customer Services London picked up the phone and told me he would look into the issue and call me back by 4:30 but never did... I called back again at 5 and spoke to a lady called Hazel from Customer Services London. She cut me off every time I tried to speak to get my point across and told me that the team are "doing their jobs" and to leave them to do do and wait until the parcel is collected as my name is definitely on the list of places that the collections team are going to.
Its 7:15pm now, I'd like to get home and reschedule again but can't as the parcel needs to be sent off today. No offer of apology let alone compensation for the delay / hassle / rudeness and lies.
All in all a terrible experience - will definitely not be looking to use ParcelForce again for any of their services and I strongly advise the same for others so that they don't go through the same ordeal!”

“Ordered express delivery, and was home the day it was meant to be delivered. Checked the website for a delivery estimation and saw that delivery had been attempted. Turns out they had tried to deliver it to the wrong address and given up. When I finally found the "sorry we missed you" card it was illegible. Called to rearrange delivery for after the weekend, and again was home for delivery. At 6pm I called up and there was no record of the redelivery request! Asked to speak to a manager and they put me through to another person with no managerial power. What a joke! Who knows when my parcel will arrive...”
“Paid for premium 2 day delivery service to France 12 days ago for small package- cost a small fortune! After numerous phone calls last week and at the start of this week, I asked for it to b returned back to me in England. I am still waiting...I phoned again at 8.15 this morning and still waiting for them to ring me back as to location of my package. Staff doing all they can, but as u can appreciate my patience is wearing thin.! ????”
“Parcel was somehow lost in their system on the delivery day which showed it both being out for delivery as well as sitting at their delivery depot. It was a lavatory from Victoria Plum which was well packaged and sealed with 'Fragile' parcel tape. It finally arrived at 4.17pm with box well dented having been dropped or thrown around; contents were shattered into 10+ pieces.”

“I was expecting a delivery yesterday that never came, instead Parcelforce said they tried to deliver my package but no one was there to receive it, when that is not true because I was home all day. And the same thing happened today. When I called to find out what is going on, no one knows where my parcel is and they keep redirecting me to other people because apparently is no one's job to find a parcel. I still don't know where my delivery is or if I'll ever see it. Very bad service, very bad costumer care. If I could leave less than one star I would.”
“Absolutely horrendous service. Received a text message at 8am stating that I would receive my package at 8.15-9.46am, not received by 11.20am so called to check. Spoke to a rude lady who said it was the drivers mistake and that the package would be delivered at some point before 7pm. Later when checking my delivery on the tracker service saw that the driver had returned to depot at 1pm. Called to speak to customer service, spoke to a nice sounding man who said he would find out what had happened, next thing I know I've been transferred to a depot - and the wrong depot at that! That lady transferred me to the correct depot where I spoke to a very rude lady. Said that the tracking website details were all wrong and the parcel had never left the depot. Said that the earliest I would get it would be tomorrow before 7pm, despite my paying extra for it to be delivered on that specific day. After explaining that it was urgent, had no empathy. Asked why I hadn't been called as I would drive the hours to the depot the matter was so urgent and she said they don't have my details, despite my being texted by the company 8 hours earlier. The worst service provider I have ever spoken to, then wouldn't put me through to a Manager. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
“The drop off times at numerous post offices around the Caerphilly area, has gone from bad to worse.
I went to the post office, was there at 13.20 only to be told that today's parcels have already been collected and the parcelforce driver won't be back. They need to advertise this fact instead of putting up a false front. It's appalling the service; shouldn't be allowed.”

“I received a txt from parcel force on Thursday 19.07.17 stating parcel due for delivery on Friday 20.07.17...Nothing arrived. I checked tracking details which stated parcel out for delivery. I contacted customer service on Saturday morning to check whether they would be delivering the parcel that day but told it is with their Sutton depot and I collect it from there. I needed this parcel urgently so I went along to collect. After 20 minutes of waiting in a queue with only 1 person serving I finally got to speak to someone who said my parcel is there but no way of telling where it is and I would have to wait for the parcel to be delivered to my address! The woman serving asked who I spoke to in customer service? Like this is going to help them. So I just wasted 1.5 hours of my time and 10 miles there & back for nothing! Do yourself a favour and never ever use Royal Mail Parcel Force! Useless crap service!”

“Delivery of the parcel was attempted on 29 June when we were out. An attempt was made via the website to arrange re-delivery on 11th July. Stayed in all day, nothing happened. Called the depot to be told the parcel was still at the local post office and would need to returned to the depot within 3 or 5 working days and they would then call us to arrange a re-delivery. Nothing happened. A further attempt made to fix a re-delivery on line for 14 July. Nothing happened. Called the depot number on 20 July to be told that the parcel could be uplifted from the post office and re-delivered within 3 or 5 working days. Nothing more specific than this as it was the driver's responsibility. If we were out when this delivery was attempted, the parcel would go back to the depot and a re-delivery could be arranged. Once again, no specific day, let alone time could be given.
Other parcel delivery companies can offer delivery times on the next day and give a precise hourly time slot.
I cannot see why anyone should want to tolerate such poor service from Parcelforce.”
“Wtf, we are in 2017 and we can't follow the delivery, already late and I expect the worse with this company, I misclicked when I made my order... I normally go for DHL (Best for me, really reliable, very quick) or sometimes if DHL is not proposed UPS (delivery may take longer but still very reliable). Watch out when chosing delivery for your next order, do not trust this company.”
