“Parcelforce have, so far, failed to deliver every single parcel entrusted to them at least once. They have also failed to leave a card every single time, across multiple addresses in multiple cities. They claim to be unable to deliver to the local post office as they claim there are no post offices close to where I live; there are two within a mile of my home.”

I have complained to ParcelForce before, I had the same problem before on seven separate occasions.
The same ParcelForce local delivery driver refuses to redeliver items and takes the parcels straight to different random post offices of his choice in the area, without even letting me know nor leaving me a calling card.
On two occasions no delivery at all was attempted, on the other five occasions he attempted one delivery and then took my parcel to a post office of his choice far away from my residence and rather inconvenient to reach, because I have a mobility problem and cannot drive. To add insult to injury, the post offices always charges my an extra £1 to release each parcel every time.
I cannot be right by my front door immediately when the ParcelForce driver knocks, at his beck and call. One one occasion I confronted him with the problem and he was extremely rude and dismissive, saying: "I don't get paid enough to do redeliveries, so you can go and fetch it from the post office".
How do I resolve this recurring problem? The standard of service is appalling, on one occasion a parcel was even returned to the sender without any attempts to deliver whatsoever!”
“Hopeless and inaccurate communication. I am a disabled person living on the third floor therefore I needed to be able to communicate this, to know exactly when the item would arrive and to ask for patience as I make my way down the stairs. There was at no point any possibility of dialogue. They initially tried to deliver on the 23/1 when their text directed delivery to 24/1. I was forced to contact the sender ie. Boots who arranged another date for me 27/1! Instead of which I received another text from Parcel Force plus an email informing me that the item would be delivered today i.e. 26/1. I do now have the item but after much anxiety andstress because of the uncertainty caused by an inadequate and not fit for purpose communication system. I have none of these problems with other delivery systems!”
“There are never no tracking info you don't know when they are coming until it's too late they don't give you delivery time window like most delivery companies do best of all they have your number but can't bother to call”
“was supposed to have a parcel delivered here this afternoon by chris the parcel force driver of the wirral said it was out for delivery he was stuck for 1 hour on the breck road witch is a mile away from where i live then all of a sudden the status changed to delivery attempted he never attempted delivery at my flat i have security cameras sohe must have stolen never even recieved a calling card so i see it hard house he has been never my flat he must be invisible man or something ill hsave to claim my money back and report him to his bosses”

God only knows how Parcel Force smashed this to smithereens. Was packed very well, in original packaging. Of course they don't cover screens though with the insurance I paid for.

“Appalling company. I waited for a laptop to be delivered, at the time they stated, no one came. I checked the tracking number and it stated that the delivery had been refused by the homeowner. No one knocked, no delivery note was left or anything.
They decided to return the laptop straight back to HP for some reason and now it's out of stock.

No card has been left and I wasn’t informed what’s my options.I received an email that they’ve been trying to deliver but there was no information where it was taken and how I can track it . When I called them there was only automatic service which informed me that I’ll be charged £5 for re-delivery . I booked it but no confirmation nor tracking number was provided. “Sadly the current Parcelforce delivery thieves strikes again. My parcel is in ''Secure PIN validation not possible'' for 2 days in a row, with the same hour being listed as closed, 17:00, when in fact their delivery window closes at 19:00 so to get at 17:00 at depot you must know already at 16:00 you're not going to deliver. The package is a gaming console and pretty much a sure target (silly boxed, very obvious) for Parcelforce staff. Well done heroes, you strike again.”
“I tried to get a parcel delivered to my address and they attempted to deliver. It failed, but they left no red note so it became more difficult for me to request redelivery. Upon requesting redelivery, I provided them with a phone number and email for them to contact. Not only did they not call this number or email, they again did not leave a note. I then tried to get them to redeliver a THIRD time and this time I asked them to deliver it on a certain day, they decided to deliver it 5 days before I asked them to (when I wasn't in the city mind you). This time they didn't even bother going to the address, they just claimed it was incomplete. Then, without letting it sit in the depot for a while, that day it was sent to the National Depot and returned to sender. Again, without notification. Parcelforce is a joke, DO NOT choose them if you ever have a choice and want to receive your packages.”
“Was expecting express 24 delivery, but didn't deliver on their end. Took 3 days before it appeared on the tracking system and now has been stood at the delivery depot for a few days. Tomorrow's new year's so its going to be atleast 5 days late.”
“Well what can I say parcelforce first day never came 2nd day said he collected hmm ok so I inform them with pictures boxes still sat here. I rebooked with Royal Mail who were amazing. Parcel force next day delivered 3 bags not by boxes to the address , 3 bags of empty coffee pods and they printed their own label lol refuse to refund has driver delivered 🙈🙈 they are a joke”
