“The worst delivery service in the UK by some margin. An attempt was made to deliver my parcel today but no one was in and a card was left? Oh really, is that right? Did the driver use my soundless doorbell and leave an invisible card then? So here I am day 2 awaiting for my package which apparently was being delivered an hour ago. Their live tracking app has shown the driver is in my road and has been for the last hour? Invisible van is it? I shudder when I see my orders have been dispatched using these donkey's”
“Parcel Force are utterly incompetent and useless - been waiting since June for a parcel from the U.S. - passed from USPS to UPS and then onto Parcel Force- they hadn’t bothered to deliver it, hadn’t bothered to tell me - I found out it was sat in a post office “somewhere apparently” for a month! and now it’s on its way back to the USA !!! You really are a S***show Parcel Force - filed a complaint for what good it will do - now I’ll have to project manage my parcel back - they should be fined £500 for a non-delivery then they’d buck their useless ideas up !!!”
“Waited in all day today, (Friday), for a delivery; tracking showed it was on its way. Then "returned to depot" appeared. Accompanying message was that if the driver left a card, (no card was left), it was because there was no one at home, or if he did not leave a card it was because the address was difficult to find, (we love on a main road with easy parking and good house signage). Nowhere did it say "Sorry the driver ran out of time", or "Sorry, the driver got fed up". All phone lines are automated. To get the package re-delivered tomorrow I would have to pay them £12.00 !!!!!!!! It could be redelivered to a post office for £1.00 or to my address for free - Monday the earliest !!!!! Since the company is unreliable I now have to drive to Manchester in the morning to, (hopefully), pick the parcel up. OK, it's only 20 miles, but a 40 mile round trip to do their job for them is no joke.”

“Awful handling of my parcels that were sent from the US. Tracking info stated my parcels were at customs awaiting customs fees. I received no text, letter, or email notifications for two of the parcels - the parcels have been with them for 3 weeks now. I eventually phoned them to find out one of the parcels is being returned to sender and the other one was just sitting there at the depot.
Another parcel I had delivered recently was a day late, after I selected a specific day from the Parcelforce website.”
“Horrible service. Purchased Express Delivery 7 days prior to the delivery date, still waiting.
On the site they say 2 days. Can't get neither contact details nor the address of a local courier company to reach someone and pick up my parcel. Tracking isn't updating for a few days already, it's just saying it is located in the destination county. Customer Support can't help. Chat functionality is broken on mobile. It's hard to make any changes to a delivery. Paid extra money for a faster service but got only additional problems. Do not recommend it.”
“Waited in all day. Checked the online tracker and said attempted delivery made? So I called them they said what does the card say? I told them no card was left and the door wasn’t knocked. I asked if I my item could re redelivered they told me yes not a problem.
Few hours later I check the online tracker now says at local post office? Doesn’t say which one? And it was taken there 2 minutes before it closes. So I call again to find out which post office. Terrible”
“I ordered something and it was meant to be delivered by Travelforce. After a couple of attempted deliveries in my flat saying there was nobody there (lies, I was there all the time) I called them. They promised me the driver will press the buzzer or call my contact number next time. The driver never did and, again, two more attempted deliveries. Nobody ever left a card in my flat to explain anything. I called again to arrange a redelivery to the nearest post-office. I called again in the due day to check the package needed to be delivered to the post office and not my flat. Even so, they redelivered the parcel to my flat. Again, failed because nobody was there (lies). I called again (4th time now) and they suggested that I could collect it at the Depot. I went there, traveling across Edinburgh in the middle of my working day, and they didn't have my parcel. Apparently, other driver took it. I don't know if I'll ever get my parcel. If you can avoid this company, do it.”
“Absolute joke of a company. I sent a parcel to Nigeria for the UK and paid for their premium 'Global Priority ' service because the post office staff convinced me that I could track my parcel until the delivery point and that the parcel will be delivered between 6-8 days. Up till today, 14 days after, my parcel is still not delivered and the last tracking information update on their system was from 12 days ago, when the parcel was supposed to have been shipped. I have called customer service, but the are totally unhelpful and I sent a complaint but received the most annoying response asking me to visit their website to see update regarding suspension of delivery guarantees due to Covid. But they are a still selling these premium services to unsuspecting customers and never advise you to check there website for service disruptions before collecting your money.!
Parcel Force Worldwide is a total fraud. I will never use them again after this nasty experience. BE WARNED.”
“I receive deliveries regularly for self-employed work. Constantly late, partial consignments, bashed about, tracking not updated so I am stuck in all day waiting and can't schedule other work activities. Using covid as an excuse to have zero customer service guarantee eg paying extra for nextday delivery but having no comeback if it isn't on time and costs me trade. Only has any stars at all because some of the delivery chaps are quite nice when they bring whatever they have. Hermes is bad but they don't add insult to injury by charging stupid money too.”
“First off, the driver stated that he attempted delivery, but that is a bold faced lie because my daughter physically waited for him all day and he never approached the building. Then I call and the phone rep lies and tells me they only had one box and are waiting for the other to be delivered from the storage space. Except the tracking clearly shows 7 boxes and this was confirmed with the storage company, they did indeed dispatch all 7 packages. I hope you people in the UK have better delivery options, because this company is ridiculously awful.”

“Didn't show on the due day, no reason. Didn't show on the 2nd day stating couldn't find address even though the tracking said the parcel didn't leave the depot. Now saying they've made an attempt at delivery so I've only got one attempt left. Phoned customer services twice, first rep said parcel was on the van, (tracking says different) said they'd phone me back, never did. Second rep couldn't understand why it hadn't been delivered as the address I gave them matched the parcel details (it's a normal house on a normal road). Said they'd call the depot to find out and call me back.... still waiting! Wasted 2 days now waiting in for parcelforce to show up.”

Got from seller to Miami OK.
Got from Miami to Heathrow OK.
Got from Heathrow to Coventry OK.
Charged customs and sticker applied, still OK. I know it was OK at this stage because the customs paid sticker was applied to a flat surface, a surface that ended up totally 'crumpled'.
Then with Parcelforce 'out for delivery'. Arrived totally crushed and contents broken.
Have registered a complaint with Parcelforce.....hmmm!”

Another week gone, where is my item? They said they need the receiver address so they can send it, I gave the address again. Can my item be sent now, then I was asked to describe my item🤬🤬. 1 month later, now they are saying I might need to fill a claim form with the people I sent my item with😡🤬🥵I do not want to be compensated I want my box to be found and sent to my reciever, there was a need for the items in the box that is why I bought and sent them away. Please people desist from sending valuable items with parcel force to avoid frustration of your life and soul”

Been in a holiday and forgot my pills , my friend went straight to the post office and seen parcel force can deliver in one day guaranteed so he pays £50 for a 50g wee parcel . Sent on Monday and today we Friday , parcel never arrived , track and the parcel just arrived somewhere but not to me .... guilty ? Of course , corona virus ...”
“Poor customer service. I've sent a parcel through them in Germany and it was held in depot for so many days there and after in London. They damaged my package, they didn't contact me , they didn't offer a compensation and I've paid the postage £50 for 2kg. They don't communicate between them as one agent is telling you one thing and other agent other thing. In the final because my parcel was damaged, they destroyed it without asking permission and not even announce you. I don't know what happened with my package because it wasn't returned to me or delivered to recipient. I've lost all the items inside and their value and the money spent for shipping. They are not helpful, they are finding excuses and reason for not paying the compensation claim.
Please find another courier, there are many other better then Parcel Force. I do not reccomend them to anyone👎👎👎”
