“ Terrible delivery experience. The tracking system is almost nonexistent, and I received little to no updates. The driver falsely claimed an attempted delivery, even though I was home all day. Customer service confirmed the driver was in my area, but there was no evidence of any real delivery attempt - no card, no message, nothing. Completely unreliable service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ”
