Parcel collected on 30,/12/2024, said out for delivery on 6/1/2025 slot was between 15.52 and 16.52, no attempt made to deliver and driver was back at depot at 16.58, tracking then stated Addressee had requested a new delivery address, that's an absolute lie! No card was left, Parcel now out for delivery again (7/1) the live tracking map doesn't update, this company are the absolute pants supposed to be 48hr service.

I have no idea why any business would choose Parcelforce to deliver their goods? It feels like every service we pay for here in the UK is being degraded to the most minimal, hopeless and dismal that companies can get away with.

I shouldn’t even put a star because a one star is way too much for you. It was horrible and pathetic, i paid for an express delivery and it took 5 days. No one delivered, I went there myself and collected after lots of back and forth. Worse experience ever, I will never ever use this delivery service in my life. So so so bad
