Parcel force is worse than Evri/ Hermes or any other parcel delivery unit. Paid for 24 hour tracking it is now 48 hours since it left our local post office and is still not been delivered. Whats the point ?

Usually they're OK but twice in the last ten days - mid march 2025 - the tracking system has stalled and a 48hr delivery took a week . And they delivered one parcel to the wrong address and the photo was of a different parcel .
So 90% fine , 10% disaster.

When I called the contact center, I was told I would have to pay £12 for Saturday delivery since I can't afford to take more time off work to wait for a weekday delivery.
