I went to the door immediately, less than 10 seconds. The carrier was gone even I kept asking if he was coming for collection.
Arranged collection again. The carrier was so impolite.”

“Putting a 1 star because won't allow a zero. Worst company I've ever had to deal with! I had a parcel coming from the EU, I NEVER received a letter with a custom charge, so the parcel was updated as being sent back to sender. I called them to intercept it and pay, and now it's impossible to know where the parcel is. The customer service are incredible unhelpful, every day I call with no updates from them or assistance, I asked to speak to a manager and never called me back. It has been 3 weeks since I purchased the item and I can't get a refund or the item. I continue calling every day with no resolution. PLEASE DO NOT USE.”
“Tracking system advised delivery was on schedule, then I was informed there was no one in to take the parcel. I was advised delivery would be attempted another day ( live plants being delivered). Several hours later I was informed the parcel was at a post office. When I collected it I was told the delivery driver for Parcel force had dropped the whole load off at the Post Office that morning with clearly no intention to do a round. Beware, tracking system is based on LIES. There was no attempt to deliver, no card, no intention to carry out schedule.”
“I had no choice as the vendor used them. I don't use them as a rule a friend of mine worked for them and said they break the packaging and check inside the parcels for valuables and if it looks good they steal it, he told me they all did it in full view of eachother I have had a fair few things never delivered. I loath them.”
“Absolute jokers - no point insuring anything with them as they will find every excuse under the sun not to pay anything. Tried to say that a box that was completely sturdy, filled with packaging paper and bubble wrap wasn’t adequately protected. When that didn’t work they said the item was excluded anyway. But still took the money!”

“Parcel Force were due to deliver an item from B and Q. They did not deliver on the day they said. They gave another date but said they could not find the address. ( we live on a main road). We phoned parcel force who said that not all drivers have sat navs. They said that would ring back in two hours but no one did. We received a text saying someone had tried to deliver the parcel but had left a card. We were in all the time and no card was left. We were told we would have to collect it from the local post office.
I would never buy anything if it were going to be delivered by parcel force.”
“The worst experience ever with this horrible delivery company!! Nothing but just irresponsibility! They have not delivered my parcel to Sweden and after two months they returned the parcel to the original post office in the UK where it was posted, for me to collect it . Their ally in Sweden PostNord asked for additional fee from the recipient but there was never any parcel present to be collected after several attempts. The parcel was Christmas gifts for my mother which had been in the hospital before Christmas. They just ruined the joy and emotions attached to the parcel. And they just deal this damage as a normal service they provide to their customers. I don't know who they are but this is almost impossible to speak to a manager to get a proper answer. The tracking system is all misinformation and not reliable. I had to call the PostNord in Sweden to get the answer and it cost me again, but not a proper response.
They are now NOT processing my refund claim and all the damages they have made. When you call them there is an option to give them a feedback, but they will never contact you to see how they are doing as suggested. very disorganised disappointing delivery company..really upsetting ...”
“I am disabled so asked guy to come into my house to deliver a large hospital hospital table.
He was about 50 very affable and very helpful. He helped me pack the old unit and was most kind.
Bravo to Parcelforce for employing such a kind helpful and patient couriet”
“My address has a concierge + fire marshall at reception 24/7 + ground floor letter boxes + me WFH for 2 days straight.
Day 1 - Stated attempted delivery and left a card. Confirmed w concierge no delivery and no card left with me. Called cust hotline, arranged redelivery for next day.
Day 2 - Delivery scheduled for 1230-1330. 2x call to cust hotline confirmed delivery driver deviated from planned route. Multiple messages left with the driver. (was 5mins away from my address at 1230 but did not enter my postcode). Also, spotted parcelforce delivery van driving past my apartment at 515pm. 3rd call of the day at 6pm - confirmed driver drove past without stopping to deliver and has now ended the day to head back to the depot. Redelivery promised for day 3 (saturday) for free.
Day 3 - 5th call now to cust hotline. Apologised, no space available for redelivery. Agreed to open an investigation into this incident. Also advised to contact sender and arrange a refund. I headed to depot to collect parcel. In the 10mins I was there, another customer confirmed a similar experience above.
Summary
1) Avoid this delivery service (this for East London at least) due to unreliable drivers as confirmed by company itself
2) I suspect not just a one off looking at reviews and the customer I met at the depot
3) You can open an investigation into incompetent deliveries
4) You can arrange for a refund by contacting the sender
5) You can call the customer service hotline (0344 800 4466) and actually speak to someone (not an automated voice) by pressing 2 for all the options, state no delivery number available and reject all address options given.”
“We used ParcelHero to courier a Fit to Fly PCR test by 9am the next day, to be processed within 48 hours. It arrived 6 days later, and despite purchasing the insurance against loss and damage, they refused to reimburse me the £120 I lost on the tests (we ended up having to get them done at the airport!). Just useless and dodgy - last time I ever use them.”
“DON’T USE Parcelforce Worldwide if you want something special delivered.
I carefully packed and sent a parcel using them on Monday. I followed their packaging guidelines carefully. I even put FRAGILE stickers on every face on the box. I paid £28.80 and this is how it arrived yesterday.
Apparently, I don’t qualify to claim compensation as the objects I was sending are exempt.
So I’m out £28.80. The elderly couple I was selling for are out £140.00 and the buyer has a pile of expensive, broken porcelain.
ParcelForce had no people to speak to directly, all correspondence has been through DM on Twitter.
They’ve offered an apology. That’s it.
I’m absolutely sickened about this. So much time and effort for nothing but heartache and disappointment.

“Poor service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Item wasn't delivered on time due to an 'insuffient address' (there was nothing wrong with it and entered correctly as confirmed by a PF advisor). Can't collect the item from the depot without proof of my work address. Paid express delivery as needed the item today, now I'm going to miss racing tonight because of their error.
Not happy and will be seeking compensation for the loss of £35 from racing and also the extra costs of postage. Won't ever be using PF again.”
