“Very bad and very rude, the driver attitude is so bad, I told him left my parcel inside of parcel box on the doorstep, he refused, I told him let me open the door, he heard that and he didn’t wait for even one second and said “then there is no parcel for you!” and quickly ran back his car and drag my parcel carelessly! The driver didn’t left the parcel and did not left any card. I am so angry, My camera recorded it as evidence! If I were the boss of Hatfield depot, I will definitely fire this guy!”
“Did not leave the parcel with neighbours as requested, instead took it to a post office opened 9.30 to 2 which is not even in the same town and is impossible to be accessed by working class people who are doing 9-5. Not the first time when the instructions to leave with neighbours have been disregarded. The Amazon delivery guys always find a neighbour at home!”
“Parcel Farce morelike. Every time a company uses them to deliver by something to me it is a total ballache. They make ZERO effort to leave a parcel with a neighbour, if you are extremely lucky they might leave a failed delivery card but good luck trying to decipher the handwritten tracking number which always seems to have been written by a dyslexic who has necked half a bottle of whisky. They will tell you the item is out for redelivery when it is actually in the depot and then when you go to the depot after being told the item is there you'll find it's actually out for redelivery. You really couldn't make it up with this shower. PARCELFARCE.

“I was due to receive a 'next day delivery' last Friday only to be informed late afternoon that it would not be delivered until the following Monday - this for fresh fish! The company apologised on Parcelforce's behalf and resent the order on Monday - again for 'next day delivery' for it yet again not to be delivered for 48hrs. I was supposed to have had notification of an hour slot when it was going to be delivered - it didn't happen. I have therefore had to wait in on 3 different days for Parcelforce to deliver. There are so many alternative courier/parcel companies out there - all of which have a better service. Do NOT use Parcelforce if you want to keep your business or friends.”
“My parcel arrived in the UK from the US just before Christmas. It was held by Parcelforce awaiting payment of Custom Charges. I paid the charges of ÂŁ24.63 on 31.12.2021. Nearly everyday after that Parcelforce Tracker indicated that the parcel was on the way scheduled for delivery that day and each day the parcel never turned up. I would track the parcel within a few minutes from my home and somehow it still would not be delivered. Finally on the 11th January after I called and spoke to someone they left it at the local post office but did not leave a card. I only knew it was there because that information was on the tracker. I printed off the tracking history and took it to the hospital and that's how I got the parcel. This was the WORST delivery service of my life!!!”

Had a card put through my door on Dec 22nd stating there was a parcel left with my neighbour which I collected and **threw the card away**
Go to my post box last night to find another card put through my door again stating parcel was left with my neighbour. Speak to my neighbour who said nothing was handed in!
After multitudes of calls today and finding out where the parcel was sent from I then discovered it related to the parcel id already collected from my neighbour on 22nd
Why a courier would then post another card several days later relating to the same parcel is absolutely beyond me!
One of the many advisors I'd spoken to today stated my neighbour refused to have a pic taken of parcel and part of her "feet" this is totally incorrect as when Ispoke to my neighbour tonight she told me this didn't happen!
I then called them back again waiting forever to get through to explain this and spoke to an extremely rude female advisor who had me going round in circles, repeatedly spoke over me then had the audacity to hang up on me after saying there was no notes stating there was nothing about the depot calling me yet I had been told this all day by various advisors

Parcel from Ukrainia has been sent to uk 🇬🇧 2st of November, at 5th of December by tracking number I seen my parcel get to the uk 🇬🇧, and then just gone . I emailed to parcelforce by aisku where is my parcel , they said there was problems with address so they sent it back to Ukrainia
Nobody explained what’s wrong with delivery address, nothing. I asked them to give me a tracking number when they sent parcel back to Ukrainia, they gave me that but … what the shock I couldn’t track it , there is any information about my parcel at all , parcel didn’t found. I think I lost it and those £100 pound it’s very big money to me
So dissatisfied and feel sorry for people who will use that company in a future

“Had a text saying parcel force had attempted a delivery, they had not. I was expecting a parcel that had to be signed for so I stayed in all day waiting. The parcel did not come. The text also said a card had been left but there was no card. Lousy service.”
“I paid ÂŁ7.99 for a delivery "next working day" on a Friday to Simplywinesdirect. Message Saturday that North Essex Depot of Parcelforce had got it. Monday their tracking said at 9.38 that Charlie would deliver between 16.10 and 17.10. Fine. At 16.43 I had a text to say delivery was attempted and a card left. No card. We were in. Went to tracking and it said no delivery because of address problems, unable to locate, timed 16.31. The truth is that they had been nowhere near the place AND had given up deliveries before my time slot ended! Tuesday message - out for delivery again.. Did they prioritise a delayed delivery????? Same slot as Tuesday and gave up before. Wednesday. Out again, same slot. I watched Charlie all afternoon on tracking. About 3pm he was in the next street, 2 mins away. 16.40 he was 5 mins away and stopped moving, again over 30 mins before my timed slot. Again he "could not locate" and left off deliveries. This time he has taken it back to the depot to be held pending redelivery!!!! I was to rearrange using the info on the card - what card? he's never been near the place!
DO NOT LET ANYONE USE PARCELFORCE TO DELIVER TO YOU. THEY LIE, THEY GIVE UP EARLY. CANNOT SPEAK TO A BODY ON PHONE
This was Christmas week so I gave up. My son did not get his Christmas present. Thank goodness he is adult and IOU sufficed. What if it had been a child's present? Wednesday 29th is first working day back and I managed to arrange delivery for Friday - without a card. I can always hope.........”

“I sent a parcel to US through the Post Office who used Parcelforce. No update of the Tracking details in the past, I called twice. First call they said they made an error so fedex rejected the package. Today they tell me I have to call FedEx and they cannot help any more. “Left a note on front door in giant capital letters "Please leave large parcels in back garden" yet the courier completely ignored this and ran off... To make matters worse my parcel that was supposed to be delivered to Stevenage has been returned to depot in Hatfield when he could of at least leave it at local post office. The worst part is since this is a holiday week there are no deliveries until January which now makes the whole process much longer when all this could have been easily avoided if their couriers could be provided with basic tutoring on "how to read" at the very least...”
“Absolutely the worst organisation I have used. Parcel collected for Australia on 3 December with guaranteed delivery in 14 days; still in the UK on 24th December. Customer service is useless and full of excuses and pre-recorded messages. No idea where parcel is or whether it will ever turn up. If your post office suggests that you use ParcelForce - go somewhere else.”
