Can’t fault the service from Parcelforce employees who all tried their best, were helpful, friendly and above all else showed common sense when dealing with a package that, through no fault of theirs, went astray. Parcel left Belfast on 11th Dec on route to south of England. Parcel duly arrived and first attempt at delivery was 13th. My son, who was the recipient of parcel, then contacted Parecelforce to ask for it to be redirected to his local post office. Parcelforce tracking said it was delivered and signed for by a post office employee on 14th. This is when things went wrong and for whatever reason, as it later transpired, the package ended up in Royal Mail system. From 16th to 19th my son went to said post office to collect package. Post office couldn’t find it. We contacted customer services at Parcelforce who were so helpful. Gave my son all the details he needed and even offered to send someone to the post office. Parcelforce must have contacted the post office as the next time my son went there his name was at least recognised. Anyway, on 20th when panic was setting in, we returned to pareclforce tracking to see that parcel had arrived back in Belfast at 8pm on 19th. I then, on the advice of a post office counters worker, contacted customer services at the Belfast depot. Again, professional employee listen to my query, asked me to wait while she double checked something, and when she came back she was able to tell me that parcel had got in to royal mail system and had been returned to them but not to panic and the package was already on its way back to the post Office requested by my son and should be there by 23rd Dec. To all our surprise, and immense relief, package was delivered to my son at 10am on 21st. The delivery driver had used common sense and thought that he’d try the address before taking it to the post office.

Rubbish service, same as most people on here. Upshot being i will never use them and will recommend that others do not use them also

Zero stars for Parcelforce. I am shocked and sickened by this disgusting service in this day and age of technology. I’ve been in limbo all week. My parcel arrived from USA in good time, I was tracking its progress & yet it was held at the East London depo for over 2wks! I had to phone them myself to pay customs charge. If I didn’t look for my parcel I wouldn’t have any idea that it was sitting at the depo. After paying the customs fee I was told my parcel would be out next day for delivery, took time off work, no delivery! Tracking said attempted delivery made but that was a lie as I was here all day and no card was left, I spent ages waiting on phone to speak to someone again and was told it never left the depo. Arranged another delivery, took more time off work, again no delivery! Phone again waiting almost an hour on phone to speak to someone arranged another delivery. Still no joy. Tracking said there was a problem with address, I don’t know how this could be since they asked me to confirm my address every time I phoned. More lies! I managed to get through to someone again and they said it would be out for delivery Friday, took more time off, still no delivery. Phoned again and was told it came back to depo and that I’d have a Saturday delivery for sure. The girl I spoke to said she personally put it on the van. Waiting all morning, tracking said I should get delivery between 11-12 noon. It is now 12.55pm. No delivery. I called back before 12.30pm, waiting ages to speak to someone and I’ve just been cut off with a message saying the depo is now closed! I have no idea where my parcel is nor why they can’t make a simple delivery within london after it traveled all the way from USA. Avoid this company like the plaque, i will never order from anyone using Parcelforce again!

LIARS. LIARS. LIARS. If I could give Parcelforce, London Central Depot, 24-58 Royal College Street, Camden London Central NW1 0QA 0 stars I would. They are despicable. I am so cross. Paid near £60 for 48 hour delivery on a collection. 9 times they have said they went to pick it up. LIES. The firm has CCTV and they haven't gone once. This was booked 11 days ago. It is a present for my son. Now he won't have his present on Christmas day. DISGUSTED how Parcelforce employees can get away with this. I have done live chats and phone calls over the last 4 days to get this resolved, and they assured me it would be picked up the next day. One of the phone calls contacted the driver who said it had been picked up 5 mins ago but he forgot his scanner which was why it didn't show up on the internet tracking. I made her hold and rang the firm who informed me, no, the collection item was still there and no one has collected it yet. LIARS. NO, NOT A CHANCE of them doing their job what they are getting paid for. AVOID AVOID AVOID. SCAMMERS.

My experience mirrors many of the other reviews. A parcel sent from Japan arrived in the UK two days later, only to be lost in my local parcelforce depot. Despite daily contact for the last week, the parcel remains missing. Yesterday I was assured that the parcel had been located and would be delivered today. When the tracking status wasn’t updated, I contacted the depot, only to find that this was a lie and the parcel was still missing. This has ruined Christmas for me. Their only suggestion was to contact the sender so that they could make a claim - this doesn’t help me! Parcelforce are by far the worst delivery company in the UK - avoid using them if at all possible. If I could score them a zero I would.

Yet another next day delivery not made I cant understand how parcel force are still in business appalling service again from the Newport depot. This is not a problem limited to the Christmas period its a year round problem. On this occasion ordered a Christmas Garland dispatched within hours of ordering for next day delivery - seller provided good service Parcel Force failed!

Mine sent from a friend in the USA may be lost now, bloody annoyed to say the least. Landed in the UK on the 12th Dec, so where the hell is it? Again full of Christmas stuff.

Seems your driver lie about making attempted deliveries and don’t leave any calling cards giving information about your parcel and how to follow up.I won’t be using any supplier that uses you in the future.Robert Dyas have therefore lost a customer based on the poor performance of your company.

This has to be the worst delivery company in the UK. Had to take a day off work to wait in for a package to be delivered, no option of times or even a delivery window. Sat from 7 to 17 waiting only for the tracker to update to’ delivery could not be made as your address could not be found’!!! Absolute nonsense, it’s a normal house on a normal street! Spoke to head office who said they would get in touch with the depot and get it out again to be delivered for 19.00. At 18.45 I called back to be told the depot did not pick up the message so it won’t be delivered. Was then told a manager from the depot will call me in 20mins- never happened. I no longer have days off work so it looks like gifts for my family won’t be given. I have made the company aware I purchased from that I won’t buy from them again if they continue to use parcel force in future. Any company I look to purchase from going forward will need to use another delivery company. If they use this one I will send an email to let them know I didn’t make a purchase from them due to them using parcel force. More people need to do this to force parcel force to improve!

Want to ruin your Christmas? Order your gift and get it delivered with Parcelforce! Been waiting 3 weeks now! I need it for today. I have no idea where it is. They keep telling me someone will call me back but they never do! I don’t even know what to do at this point...

Parcelforce, you are a pain! I'm aleady worried anytime I have to deal with you... You keep loosing parcels, your careless drivers are lost in London and your system is a mess. Can I recommend your services? Well, if anybody wants to get rid of a dead body, I highly recommend posting it with Parcelforce - nobody will ever find it! Especially their South-West London depot is a Bermuda triangle of deliveries. Zero stars, Parcelforce! The day when you finally shut down, is going to be a national celebration and bank holiday in the UK!

My parcel has been attempted to be delivered but it was left in a safe place which when I checked it wasn't there. This parcel was meant to be signed for and hasn't been they now refuse to take ownership for this misconduct Should be shut down seriously

omg! they cant find my parcel they took it from the post office and now it's missing? how? it's full of christmas presents! i'm literally crying while i'm writing this how can this happen? why? why? why? items that CAN'T BE REPLACED! YOU'VE RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Still waiting for a parcel that I requested to be delivered to the post office 3 days ago and despite multiple calls to their customer service and long wait times on the phone, I still don't have it. No idea why any company would bother using these guys.

I've been waiting for a package for over a month now. Booked days off work and stayed in 3 times awaiting the package that never arrived. At first, I was promised to be contacted by a courier and heard nothing. I tried rearranging a delivery multiple times, I have requested the package to be redelivered to a local post office, where there was no sign of it afterwards, tried changing addresses and nothing. I haven't been able to get through to anyone at Parcelforce. I had to arrange everything through an automated redelivery service to then find out 3 weeks later that it does not operate correctly, as the company never followed through with any requested redelivery arrangements and had no sign of my requests whatsoever. When I finally managed to speak to a real person, they requested a redelivery payment, even though it was admittedly a fault of their own and I still had to call the depot directly in order to make payment and couldn't get through to them for hours. Outrageous service!

ParcelForce handled the UK part of a GLS delivery from Berlin. The tracking showed where the item was and when it would be delivered. I waited in all day ( no hardship for me) and the package arrived at 4pm. Surprised, elated and grateful! (Once the package was in UK, delivery was next day AND it was Xmas penultimate week)

I received a text confirming that my delivery would be with me with between 11.00am - 1.00pm. At 10.45 I subsequently received a text saying that a delivery driver had tried to deliver my parcel, which clearly he had not as i was home awaiting my delivery ! The text message also said that the driver had left a calling card with instructions , the delivery driver did NOT leave a calling card, the delivery driver DID NOT even knock on my door!!! So now i have no parcel , and am now waiting in limbo to find out what is happening with my delivery! I went on to there website and entered my order number to find my order, and there website was un able to help ! POOR SERVICE. PARCEL FORCE YOU GUYS SUCKS.
