First off, the driver stated that he attempted delivery, but that is a bold faced lie because my daughter physically waited for him all day and he never approached the building. Then I call and the phone rep lies and tells me they only had one box and are waiting for the other to be delivered from the storage space. Except the tracking clearly shows 7 boxes and this was confirmed with the storage company, they did indeed dispatch all 7 packages. I hope you people in the UK have better delivery options, because this company is ridiculously awful.

My order wasn’t delivered and no one even had the courtesy to call back- only when I was tracking I was told that issue with the delivery. One of the worse company ever.

Didn't show on the due day, no reason. Didn't show on the 2nd day stating couldn't find address even though the tracking said the parcel didn't leave the depot. Now saying they've made an attempt at delivery so I've only got one attempt left. Phoned customer services twice, first rep said parcel was on the van, (tracking says different) said they'd phone me back, never did. Second rep couldn't understand why it hadn't been delivered as the address I gave them matched the parcel details (it's a normal house on a normal road). Said they'd call the depot to find out and call me back.... still waiting! Wasted 2 days now waiting in for parcelforce to show up.

Bought an item on ebay Bought an item on ebay, from the US. Small parcel. Got from seller to Miami OK. Got from Miami to Heathrow OK. Got from Heathrow to Coventry OK. Charged customs and sticker applied, still OK. I know it was OK at this stage because the customs paid sticker was applied to a flat surface, a surface that ended up totally 'crumpled'. Then with Parcelforce 'out for delivery'. Arrived totally crushed and contents broken. Have registered a complaint with Parcelforce.....hmmm!

I would have given 0 star if there was any. I could not be more frustrated, I sent a hand luggage box from Dublin August 6th. It arrives uk with parcel force since August 10th, they advised the item has been damaged but repaired. Ok! No problem, send the item then, they said it has to go through customs, 2 weeks later send the item again they said they are trying to locate it between national/ international hub👀👀. Another week gone, where is my item? They said they need the receiver address so they can send it, I gave the address again. Can my item be sent now, then I was asked to describe my item🤬🤬. 1 month later, now they are saying I might need to fill a claim form with the people I sent my item with😡🤬🥵I do not want to be compensated I want my box to be found and sent to my reciever, there was a need for the items in the box that is why I bought and sent them away. Please people desist from sending valuable items with parcel force to avoid frustration of your life and soul

What happen with deliveries with huge prices “ one day guaranteed “ ? Been in a holiday and forgot my pills , my friend went straight to the post office and seen parcel force can deliver in one day guaranteed so he pays £50 for a 50g wee parcel . Sent on Monday and today we Friday , parcel never arrived , track and the parcel just arrived somewhere but not to me .... guilty ? Of course , corona virus ...

Poor customer service. I've sent a parcel through them in Germany and it was held in depot for so many days there and after in London. They damaged my package, they didn't contact me , they didn't offer a compensation and I've paid the postage £50 for 2kg. They don't communicate between them as one agent is telling you one thing and other agent other thing. In the final because my parcel was damaged, they destroyed it without asking permission and not even announce you. I don't know what happened with my package because it wasn't returned to me or delivered to recipient. I've lost all the items inside and their value and the money spent for shipping. They are not helpful, they are finding excuses and reason for not paying the compensation claim. Please find another courier, there are many other better then Parcel Force. I do not reccomend them to anyone👎👎👎

what a disgrace of a delivery company dont give you a time dont text you so they expect you to wait in all day take time of your work.mist the first delivery so i put a big printed not on my door to ask if he could put it around the back or at a neighbours!! he burst into my get in a very bad mood then left my garden quick then went back in to put a card frew my letter box saying it will be at the depo! i then checked my cctv to see what time he was there and to see if he had read my message to my amazement my cctv caught him throwing parcels about in the van. so i then phoned edinburgh depo to ask why he did not leave it with a neighbour she said he should of then she said i will phone you back to see were the driver is 40mins gone nothing so i phoned back and got someone eles and said there is no record me phoning or waiting on a return call and told them hes is caught on my cctv throwing parcels about in his van.i had to travel 14miles all in 28miles to collect my pracel all because the driver couldn't be bothered..i will never use parcel force again and i will make sure its not parcel force that will be delivering anything i order online.. please be aware of this company shocking at the least!!

Delivery man doesn’t find address we give it address post code and mobile phone number they try over charge not bringing items and sending txt Parcelforce have attempted to deliver a parcel from today. An attempted delivery card will have been left giving you further details on what to do next. You can also check for updates on the status of your parcel at parcelforce.com all days waiting but items not delivery they’re 2 times or three times try charge for it not delivery

Useless tracking and no help from customer services. Avoid Parcelforce...there are so many other better couriers that actually deliver your parcel on time.

Given that, like so many, my parcel was sent to the wrong depot initially, I was pleasantly surprised to find it arrived the day after arriving at the correct hub. Thanks to Steve the driver from the Bodmin depot who helped me carry the large parcel indoors.

Parcelforce is not set up to deal with the delivery time scales they Claim they provide. Let me give you an example, I used DHL when I brought an item from America. It cost me £37 for a 3-5 day delivery to England. It got picked up on the Monday, by Tuesday it was going through customs and they sent me an email link where I could pay the import tax in advance to stop any delays. I did this and by Wednesday morning I had my parcel. Excellent service from DHL!! Another item I brought coming from America I had to use usps which cost $67 express delivery (fastest international shipping) 3-5 days. I thought well they must be the same as ups but I was wrong. Ups are a completely different company and when usps deliver to England it gets handed to parcelforce. Now In America the shipping was going well from usps, picked up moved from facility to facility then left America in 3 days from being picked up. When the package got to the uk it was processed through Heathrow then sent to Coventry customs where parcelforce took over. It has already been 5 days processing through customs. They will eventually raise the charges and send me a letter, from experience this will probably take another 7-10 days. Once i go to parcelforce in Plymouth I will then be able to pay the charges and pick it up. They should not be offering services they are sold as 3-5 days and actually take 28+ days. I have experienced this 5+ times with parcelforce and it’s always the same, they also have “lost” two of the five parcels and eventually found them when I’ve put in a complaint, both of those packages took over 6 weeks to be delivered. Most unprofessional, unhelpful and worst organised company I have ever experienced, Try to avoid at any cost unless you like being lied to, overcharged and potentially loosing an expensive item.

Tracking number IR2860798 , for all my life I've trying to avoid the swear word, But today I had to say F word , My son studying abroad and last week finally he found the time to visit me for one week, I ordered from amazon a single matress urgently for next day prime delivery, which amazon sent as described and sent me tracking number with parcelforce. And my nightmare started, next day I found that my parcel was sent to wrong depot and cannot be delivered that day, Another day tracking stated is out for delivery, we waited whole day home never arrived, later found is returned to depot and will be delivered next day, next day its again stated out for delivery, another hopeless wait whole day, not arrived, again stated returned to depot, next day same..... during that days called to customer service few times, simply sorry we will deliver next day, when you trying to find out what's going on just simply hanging the phone Finally today, Saturday went to collection point in Beckton , where I met very rude eastern european lady who after 1 hour wait informed me it's out for delivery and I have to go home and wait there, when I ask for manager to make a complain she in very rude manner told me to wait and I heard she was talking to other staff ....(now he want to see the manager) and she was laughing.....and quess what she presented me my out for delivery parcel!!!!! What kind off service that? I'm not a beggar, I've paid for that matress plus for delivery charge!!!!! Monday my son leaving to his uni, for his almost whole holiday at home he slept on small sofa in leaving room, thanks to you parcelforce!!!! For future if I order something my first question to seller will be which delivery service you using! People! Avoid this company and keep far far away from them!!!

Working with Parcelforce is a complete nightmare. They consistently trash our orders, fail to deliver and then refuse compensation using any excuse to not even refund the postage. We have regular situations where our deliveries are smashed by parcelforce and we have to send replacements out which are charged for again. In our latest cases, we have 2 separate parcels to Sweden. The first was undelivered, so I asked them what was happening. They gave me a number in Sweden to call, so I said no, my contract was with them. They promptly sent me a set of questions the answers to which are all in the consignment details. I have no idea when I will get my parcel back. The second parcel has not left the UK and has already been smashed. I then received an email asking what I wanted to do. The parcel contained expensive wine , packed in airsacs, so of course I want it back. I cannot send out a replacement as I have no idea until I receive it what is broken and what I have available. Again a stupid inane email, which could have assisted but did not. A third parcel went to France, was undelivered, and then after a month returned to be with part of the contents broken. This was never mentioned before, but because the contents were liquid, and something was broken there was no way to claim compensation. Maybe the contents got broken so compensation would not be paid. You cannot speak to anybody, their responses are written by juniors with a script and they are possibly the worst company we have ever dealt with.

Paid for a Saturday delivery on an important item that is keeping a job on stop. Tracked where parcel is and told that it had been incorrectly sent to Newcastle. I live in East Sussex ! Parceforce appear uninterested in resolving this asap

Recently sent a small parcel with you and parcel was damaged in transit. Put in a claim for the damaged parcel (pfw 2908861). What a nightmare the claims process. They started asking more pictures of the parcel pre-posting and post posting packaging of the parcel. The whole process is carefully design to deny iability. Up to now my claim hasn't been finalised but its now crystal clear to me that they are going to deny liability. Scammers!!! You have lost my custom!!!!
