"Almost 10 days ago, I tried to order 2 parfumes from parfumdreams with the iphone app. I entered my credit card information, but at the end of the order process I got a technical error from their site. Afterwards I contacted their customer service multiple times via email and phone. First they blamed me and told that I probably did a mistake during the purchase process. Then they insisted that its my banks fault and I must contact my bank. I did that too and my bank stated that parfumdreams blocked the amount from my credit card. So they let the money stuck just without any reason. At the last time with the customer support they finally admitted that they have a problem with their credit card purchase system. And that this happens with multiple customers and I just have to wait more without giving me a timeline when I will get my money. And after I asked them why they didnt tell me that from the beginning on, they lied again and stated that they already told me that I will get my money.\r\nJust stay away from that company, their customer service is worst, they have problem with their system and if you draw the short straw, they do bot take the blame, you are the wrong one as customer."

"Ordered shampoo never arrived got sent a parcel with jeans in it that where meant for another customer from zalando, could not get a reply from parfum.de absolutely a joke this company definitely Need to be reported to consumer affairs"

"Scammers!!!! Ordered and no response for a month. They provided a fake tracking number which they have not dispatched it yet. I am lucky my bank gave me back the money. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE"

"Parfumdreams is a website that when there's a product damaged when you received it, it's all the post office's fault and the customer's responsibility. When customers ask for a return, because the supposedly brand-new product was now damaged (during the shipping, claimed by them), they are not allowed to return it. They will tell you at first, but with efforts on taking photos and they'll contact the courier. The next day, they told you you should be contacting the courier yourself. The outer package was fine while receiving it, not sure why it became the courier's problem. They just throw the responsibility to the customer - sending the message telling you to solve your own problem. Won't recommend buying any stuff from the website anymore. The customer service person is nice, but being nice won't solve problems, because the company's customer service is suck."

"On their site they promise to send you a 15% discount voucher if you subscribe to their newsletter.\r\nWhen I did not receive it they told me to wait 24 hours.\r\nI have now had 3 or 4 communications with them, we are 4 or 5 days later and still no discount voucher.\r\nDISHONEST SITE - watchout!"
